Precession of planet earth is calculated to be 25,765 years, which is the time taken by the sun to 'precess' i.e. move backwards, through the 12 zodiac constellations.
This 25765 years in NOT uniform over time, for as of now the precession rate is increasing and the time duration is decreasing .
As per the 7000 year old Vedas , the precession mean is 24000 years which is one yuga cycle.

Markandeya thus realized that the child was none other than the cosmic god who had withdrawn the world into himself. In that vast sea he again saw the banyan tree growing on the tiny island and the infant boy lying within the leaf.
The child ( Vishnu ) glanced at him from the corner of His eyes with a smile imbued with the nectar of love, and Markandeya took Him into his heart through his eyes. Greatly agitated, the sage ran to embrace the transcendental Personality of Godhead.
At that moment the Supreme Personality of Godhead, who is the original master of all mysticism and who is hidden within everyone's heart, became invisible to the sage, just as the achievements of an incompetent person can suddenly vanish.
After the Lord disappeared, O brahmana, the banyan tree, the great water and the dissolution of the universe all vanished as well, and in an instant Markandeya found himself back in his own hermitage, just as before.
Here Lord Vishnu turned himself into a child ( read as DNA from cosmos ) as small as that could fit on a tiny leaf of a banyan tree, floating in the Aakasha , until he himself decides to recreate everything back out from himself.

Your son and daughter in law listened to their parents. So waited for proper horoscope matching and proper marriage.
Parents taught them proper sanskars. Did lots sacrifice with happiness and love for child not just as duty. So children look on them with respect and as aadarsh. Ur two families provided proper care for child and obviously they look very happy and well settled.
But today city wale parents do not take care or teach their children.
There r boarding schools now for 3yr old children. Parents just produce kids and dump them without love. Put careers first. Then these kids r bound to b unhappy dysfunctional adults later.
I wish u would put a post on how to raise children properly.
Unfortunately modern age parents need to b taught to b good parents.

Upon being entrusted with the task Maharishi Bhrigu decided to test Lord Brahma first. He went on to see Lord Brahma in Brahmaloka. On reaching Brahmalok Maharishi displayed utter disrespect to Lord Brahma on purpose. Lord Brahma got angry and wanted to punish Maharishi but Maha Saraswati, wife of Lord Brahma saved Maharishi from his anger. Angry with disrespect, Maharishi Bhrigu cursed Lord Brahma that no one will worship Brahma in Kaliyuga. To this day, there are very few temples devoted to Lord Brahma (the notable exception being the Brahma Temple at Pushkar).
Maharishi Bhrigu then decided to visit Lord Shiva at Kailash Parvata. On reaching Kailash Parvat, Nandi stopped him from going inside because at that time, Shiva and Parvathi were sporting fun ( DOING WANTON JIGI JIGI ) .
Bhrigu curses Lord Shiva to be only worshipped in Linga form. (We however have a statue form of lord Shiva in Kashi (Maha Mrityunjaya Temple) said to be over 400 years old.)
Then in order to test Lord Vishnu, Maharishi reached Vaikunth Dhama. He entered the Dhama without Lord Vishnu's permission and saw that the Lord was resting at that time. Maharishi asked him to wake up, but Lord was in deep sleep. On seeing no reaction from Lord, Maharishi hit Lord Vishnu on his chest (that strike by Maharishi Bhrigu left a foot print on Lord's chest and that foot print is known as "Shri Vatsa").
Lord Vishnu got up after the strike and realized what had happened. On realizing that Maharishi had hit him with his foot, Lord asked him, “Maharishi, are you hurt in your foot? My chest is strong but your foot is not so strong". Seeing the decorum of Lord Vishnu, Bhrigu was pleased and declared him superior amongst the Trideva.
According to Hindu theology, goddess of prosperity and wife of Lord Vishnu, Maha Laxmi also witnessed the whole incident, as she was also present in the Dhama at that time. She could not tolerate disrespect displayed by Maharishi Bhrigu towards Lord Vishnu and cursed him that henceforth she would never visit Brahmins and they will all live in absence of wealth.
On hearing this curse from Maha Laxmi, Maharishi told her about the true nature of his visit. Maha Laxmi then told Maharishi, that her curse would still haunt Brahmins but whenever any Brahmin would worship Lord Vishnu, he would be liberated from the curse.[13][14]
After this incident Maharishi Bhrigu decided to write his famous book of astrology, the Bhrigu Samhita, to help Brahmins earn their living.( THANK GOD FOR TENDER MERCIES !)
