Four stages: consciousness plus thinking is waking, consciousness minus thinking is turiya, unconsciousness plus thinking is dreaming, unconsciousness minus thinking is sleep.

The mantra has got a Beeja or seed. The seed is a significant word, or series of words, which gives a special power to the Mantra. The Beeja is the essence of the Mantra. This represents the sound string defined by the Seers as being the repository of auditory energy sources.
The Beeja gives the mantra in which it is used, its special power of self-generation and effects. Just as within a seed is hidden within tree, so too, the energy of the mantra is resident in the seed on which it is based. This helps the mantra to manifest itself into spiritual consciousness.

When you know man, you know the universe. This intimate relationship between the human body and the universe forms a major topic of the most holistic system of health care, Ayurveda ( 4200 BC ) .

The human body is a good illustration of the effect of consciousness on form . Without an overseeing consciousness that can maintain an overview of the body's form and processes, we wouldn't be able to exist in our physical form.
Morphogenetic fields help to differentiate cells and form biological systems. They instruct genes to produce necessary proteins in a given biological environment. Morphogenetic fields are not material, but are more like biological blueprints giving birth to various forms. They carry encoded organizational information.

The quantum world cannot be observed by our 5 senses, and they do NOT follow the cause and effect laws of classical physics. We live in a time obstructed world using 5 senses -- and also a timeless realm in the quantum dimension, where what you see is NOT what you get.

When the Gita says "The Universe produced phenomenally in me, is pervaded by me. . . From me the world is born, in me it exists, in me it dissolves." It can only be understood if we understand consciousness. This is why the Western readers who has NO idea of consciousness , thought that the glorious Vedas are bumpkin shepherds verses .
Only consciousness can explain consciousness.
We have unlimited and immediate access to the radiant field of consciousness which is infinite active universal intelligence. Akasha, the mother of all fields—provides the ultimate holographic blueprint of the world for all time, past and future. It is this that we tap into when we see the past or future.
The brahmAn (morphogenetic field) is the reason why a partially formed biological structure (the 'morphogentic germ") gets attached to the morphogentic field of a species, which then guides the growth of the rest of the form. Every structure carries its own morphogentic field. If a structure like an organism incorporates sub organisms of different nature, then the morphogenetic field of the organism would also incorporate the fields of the sub organisms.
The fabric of the universe, the primal Field, was created by consciousness and is held in existence by consciousness. The entire universe is the consciousness of the Creator. Consciousness creates energy, it creates matter, and it creates the perspectives of space and time.
The transmission of scalar information creates consciousness fields— Morphogenic Fields. They cannot be detected by the usual instruments for measuring electric and magnetic fields, which work by interacting with electron flow and energy transmission.

Vedanta says that there's an inner intelligence in your body, and that inner intelligence is consciousness, it's the ultimate… it's the ultimate in supreme genius, which mirrors the wisdom of the universe.
STUPID Newton’s classical objective science is devoted only to that which is observed. Soon psychology came along, to the process of observation. But western science like Vedanta never devoted itself to who's observing, and a science that does not take into account the observer, who is so fundamental to the observation, because without the observer there would be no observation - is an incomplete and mindless science.
We cannot call it a science; unless we include consciousness. The Upanishads are not philosophy but are darshanas, “something seen” and therefore to be realized.
Consciousness is the intelligence, the organizing principle behind the arising of form, unlike what MAD MAN Darwin says . The quantum field or pure consciousness is influenced by intention and desire. Consciousness is the intelligent force that started the blueprint which ultimately manifested itself as a particular form.

Intuition is an internal synchronicity. It appears suddenly and feels real. Always trust your intuition. Intuition happens when the universe sends you a message but wishes to remain anonymous. Intuition predicts your future destiny. It is a glimpse into the hidden structure of life, a clue to the origin of reality.
Events in your life have meaning. These events are telling you something. Practicing awareness of your life’s events is the best way to see the messages. Everything in your life has happened because you have attracted it.
Christianity adopted Karma vide its spin, in Galatians 6:7, anything at all over reaping what we sow.
Understanding synchronicity requires nothing less than a radically different cosmology than we’re accustomed to, one with roots in a Vedic spiritual way of thinking– in which Jung’s “meaningful coincidence” actually plays only WEE part..
We all heard of the fable—the blind men of Hindoostan and the elephant. A group of blind men come across a great elephant, and each one tries to determine its nature from their own limited perspective.
For the man grasping only its trunk, it seems to be a large snake, while for another, feeling only its leg, it’s more like the trunk of a tree, and so on. Because of their partial and limited vantage points, none is able to grasp the true nature of the creature, since that can properly be understood only from a larger, more global perspective.
All events and phenomena are elements of a supremely ordered whole. Like the intricately arranged threads of a great novel or myth, the elements of daily experience are intimately interrelated, with no event out of place, no situation accidental.
Even a seemingly trivial occurrence can serve as an important key toward unlocking a greater pattern of meaning: the appearance of lightning at a critical moment, or the overhearing of a chance remark – such events are significant because they’re perceived as interwoven within a greater tapestry of relationship.
Carl Jung, the founder of analytical psychology, linked intuition to synchronicity, which he defined as :
The coming together of inner and outer events in a way that cannot be explained by cause and effect and that is meaningful to the observer.
We’ve all experienced coincidences in our lives. However, at times there are coincidences that are so perfectly tailored to a detail and so improbable in terms of timing that you can’t dismiss it.
There is an internal voice that sets you to something and synchronicity provides you with what you need.
Jung believed that synchronicity occurs when a strong need or a deep archetypal excitation arises in the psyche of an individual.
Steve Jobs leant about gut feeling in India . He emphasised the overriding role of intuition and synchronicity in his life.
According to him, following his intuitions and stepping into the realm of synchronicity not only led him to greater creativity but also stengthened his belief and faith in his path.
He said that even if at times you can’t see what path you’re going down, in time it will make sense as long as you have faith (this can be faith in God, karma, destiny, yourself or your talent but there has to be faith in something, so finding the source of your self-belief is important).
You can’t connect the dots looking forward ; you can only connect them looking backwards. So you have to trust that the dots will somehow connect in your future. This is the only time it is worth giving a darting glance in the rear view mirror on the road behind
I have used intuition at sea , with marvelous results—the best was all knew it out of 20/20 hindsight and they did NOT ask me why I decided in a particular way.

On a sub-atomic level, the building blocks of our material universe can exist both as particles and wave-forms at the same time. Electrons are not bound by space-time restrictions, as they can be everywhere in the universe simultaneously. However, as soon as one attempts to measure this phenomenon, the particle leaves this quantum dimension and collapses into a single aspect of space-time reality.
Quantum Physics has therefore scientifically proven what the Maharishis had always taught, namely that the reality we perceive as being out there in a fixed state is in fact an illusion. Instead what we are actually dealing with is a field of infinite possibilities, which is in a constant state of flux. The reality we perceive is what our brain has come to assume is there. Our experience therefore is merely a result of conditioning.
Yogi mystics posit against this illusory conditioning a direct experience of reality as a non-dual state of consciousness. This “by-passing” of the mind, which results from systematic techniques to stop its inner turbulence by temporarily suspending thought, is the only way we can catch a glimpse of how things really are.
Any type of Yoga will do this to a degree, but if you turn your practice into a conscious act of self-healing that involves an active dialogue between body/energy and mind/heart, the results will be more powerful.
In the context of yoga, as well as Quantum physics, the body (or matter in general) cannot be spoken of as divorced from energy. Quantum physics has revealed that matter in fact consists of spaces held together by energy.
The thing that is more “real”, in the sense that it informs the qualities and characteristics of a thing, is this energy, not the object itself. That energy responds immediately when it comes into contact with other force fields, and our mind, though not itself the source, directs energy.
Hence, as soon as the instruments of perception are directed to a thing, it responds and changes; so it is with the body in yoga. This is why for our practice to be truly effective and transformative, it has got to make room for such interactivity.
Once we imbue our sadhana with greater consciousness, we will become skilled at sustaining this same level of awareness in all our actions. The importance of intention takes on a whole new dimension, and this realisation will cause fundamental change and improvement in our lives and that of others.

Perception, and the way we react to our perceptions, depends on the brain's ability to pattern match to innate and learned knowledge. Although we talk about pattern matching, in a way it is more accurate to talk about pattern perception. What we perceive are the meanings that we attribute to certain stimuli
.Patterns of perception in our brain always seek completion in the environment and each perception is 'tagged' with emotion. Emotions are feelings which create distinctive psycho biological states, a propensity for action and simplified thinking styles
They originate in the limbic system and it is here and in the thalamus that all basic patterns are stored. The system is continually on the lookout for physical danger, monitoring information coming through our senses from the environment. It does all this prior to consciousness. The information that comes into conscious awareness arises up to half a second after the reality has been experienced unconsciously.
In other words, human beings experience conscious reality after it has actually occurred. It is what happens in that half second that is significant. Information, processed subconsciously at enormous speed, is compared to patterns already existing in the brain derived f rom previous experience. On this basis the emotional brain decides whether what is happening now is threatening or non-threatening.
Only after this filtering process has occurred is information sent 'up', if necessary, into consciousness. Our perceptions are always accompanied by emotions, ranging from very subtle to the extremely strong. Emotions exist at a prior stage to language.
They are the only language available to the subconscious mind for communicating the significance of patterns. If an emotion is strong, the signal will take the fast track route and trigger a response before the neo-cortex has had time to get involved.
As happens, in a dark alley when we run away from possible attackers in the shadows. It also happens in non-emergency situations when certain individuals respond to stimuli as if they were emergencies because they haven't learned to adjust an inappropriate pattern from the past.
COMPUTERS CAN NEVER MATCH THE HUMAN BRAIN— THEY CANT BE MADE CONSCIOUS
When the emotional arousal is not quite so strong, the information can take the 'slow' track which involves the neo-cortex. In such circumstances, in the dark alley, it is the neo-cortex which may decide that the shadows are in fact empty and that the feelings and thoughts which they have prompted need modifying.
It is the job of the conscious mind to discriminate, fill in the detail and offer a more intelligent analysis of the patterns offered up to it by the emotional brain. The emotional brain is necessarily crude in its perceptions and the degree to which the fight or flight reflex is activated is the degree to which our thinking becomes polarized - more black or more white.
So with emotional arousal there is only a right or wrong, all or nothing, black or white perception. Everything operates out of those two extremes; "high emotional arousal makes us stupid".
. An effective counsellor has the skills to disempower the strong emotional templates that 'lock' their clients into disabling viewpoints and help them access more helpful ones so that they can operate out of a bigger pattern. This is known as reframing.
"Black and White" thinking, or stubborn, rigid and extreme thinking, is common with immature cognitive development.
Immature people are not yet developed enough to think in complex ways about a range of issues. Immature cognition often leads to simple solutions to problems, and a lack of ability to see things from other people's perspectives. This type of thought is present-focused and tied to reality Mature thinking includes the ability to think in the abstract and to consider a number of solutions to a problem.
Loosening the VICE grip of black or white thinking allows you to gain a clearer understanding of the circumstances around you. You’ll find a new world of possibilities — alternatives you could never have seen otherwise.
Synchronicities may simply occur just to make a point. Don't blow them out of proportion. You must look at the bigger picture of the synchronicity, think outside the box, (the patterns of reality) not at the actual experience.
You can consider an event synchronistic when an inner experience such as a dream, vision, or other form of deja vu, prepares you for the physical event.
Your soul is always multitasking to create new experiences for you. If you observe how you move through life, you will understand. When an archetype is activated by an emotionally charged event (such as a tragedy), says Jung, other related events tend to draw near. In this way the archetypes become a doorway that provide us access to the experience of meaningful (and often insightful) coincidence.
Implicit in Jung's concept of synchronicity is the belief in the ultimate "oneness" of the universe. As Jung expressed it, such phenomenon betrays a "peculiar interdependence of objective elements among themselves as well as with the subjective (psychic) states of the observer or observers."

It is so ingrained in us that it seems difficult to conceive of anything otherwise.

They all show superposition. When two waves meet they overlap and interact. Sometimes they add to make a wave bigger, sometimes they cancel each other out, and often it’s a combination of both. Noise-cancelling headphones listen to regular and constant noise around you and play the exact opposite sound to cancel annoying noises like jet planes engines.
But because quantum mechanics is weird, instead of thinking about a particle being in one state or changing between a variety of states, particles are thought of as existing across all the possible states at the same time. It’s a bit like lots of waves overlapping each other.
This situation is known as a superposition of states. If you’re thinking in terms of particles, it means a particle can be in two places at once. This doesn’t make intuitive sense but it’s one of the weird realities of quantum physics.
However, once a measurement of a particle is made, and for example its energy or position is known, the superposition is lost and now we have a particle in one known state.

Superposition means that a particle can be considered to be in more than one place at once. Superposition in time means that it can be considered to be in the past, present or future at once. On the quantum level, space and time as we ordinarily think of them do not exist. This is clear in Vedanta
In the Yoga Sutras (4:12) Patanjali states, “The past and the future exist in their own form as inherent characteristics.” In other words past and future are superposed in the present.
4.12- - - atitanagatan svaroopatostyadhvabhedad dharmanam
The existence of the past and the future is as real as that of the present. As moments roll into movements which have yet to appear as the future, the quality of knowledge in one's intellect and consciousness is affected.
The understanding of time liberates one from bondage. Time is a system revealing the sequential relation that one event has to succeed another and another and so on, as past, present, or future. Time is regarded as an indefinite continuous duration, wherein events follow one another. The past and future are as real as the present. The orderly rhythmic procession of moments (ksana cakra) into movements is the wheel of time (kala cakra). Its existence is real and eternal. The present may fade into the past, or manifest clearly at a future time. Due to the play of the gums of nature, conditions change, raising the illusion that time has changed. Past and future are woven into the present, though they appear different due to the movement of moments. Desire nurtures action aimed at its gratification. The interlude between desire, action and fulfillment involves time, which manifests as past, present and future. True understanding of motivation and the movement of moments release a yogi from the loop of bondage. Moment is changeless and eternal. Moments flow into movements eternally and are measurable as past, present and future. This measurable time is finite, when contrasted with eternity. The negative effects of time are intellectual (lack of spiritual knowledge, avidya, and pride, asmita); emotional (attachment to pleasure, raga, and aversion to pain, dvesa); and instinctive (the desire to cling to life, abhini-Qesa). Time's positive effect is the attainment of knowledge. The experience of the past supports the present, and progress in the present builds a sound foundation for the future. One uses the past as a guide to develop discriminative power, alertness and awareness, which smoothens the path for Self-Realisation. The yogi who studies in depth this unique rotation of time, stays detached from the movement of moments; he rests in the present. Thus he becomes clear of head, clean of heart, and free from time, which binds consciousness. When the concurrence between the movement of moments and consciousness terminates, freedom and beatitude - kaivalya, are experienced. Human concept of time is not based on reality, but merely on the perception of the senses and the mind, whose capabilities are limited. In reality, the whole of past exists even now, in this very moment, but, it is hidden from human perception by being placed in a different plane, which is unavailable to human eye and mind. Likewise, the whole of future too, is available right now, in this moment. This is also hidden from eye and mind, by being placed in a different plane, unavailable to us. Past and future have different characteristics compared to his moment. The power to perceive those characteristics is not available to ordinary human mind. But, certainly, these are not beyond the Yogi’s power of perception. We live in the present. But, as we all know, our mind is constantly oscillating between the past and future. In fact, it is very difficult to keep the mind in this moment. The Yogi’s effort is not to go into the past or into the future, but, to keep the mind in the here and now. But, Patanjali affirms that past and present are available in the present moment itself – in different planes, due to their different characteristics. It is not that past just vanishes away totally, nor that future comes into our life from nothingness. They are always available but come into our consciousness as the present moment only and then go back into their planes. Past and future are in the here and now: All of the characteristics, forms, memories, deep impressions, etc., exist in the here and now, whether in active or potential forms. The appearance of past and future comes from the condition, path, or order in which they are sequenced. The existence of the past and the future is as real as that of the present. As moments roll into movements which have yet to appear as the future, the quality of knowledge in one's intellect and consciousness is affected. Time is not an illusion. It is real in that sense. Because of definite characteristics, there is a certain course which time takes from the past into the present and into the yet-emerging future. The inherent characteristics (dharmanam) from the past mold the future. The changes which come about in the present are stockpiled by time as the basis for slight or major differences which are to come.
According to Vedanta , the past and the future can be understood in terms of the actualization (KARMA) of latent potentials (vasanas.)
Both past and future exist within a field of possibilities which are experienced inwardly as desires and actualized outwardly as objects. The past simply represents actualized potentials while the future represents latent potentials. Because of memory and the cyclical ( fractal) nature of time, these potentials recycle themselves endlessly.
Again, according to Patanjali , the presence and the constant modification of objects is based on the constant fluctuation of three basic principles: tamas ( Shiva- inertia) , rajas ( Brahma- activity ) and sattwa ( Vishnu –homeostasis ).
It is due to the fluctuation and combination of these three states of nature that time and objects appear to exist. Purusha, the Self, is purely the witness of this passing show.
The Yoga Sutras state, “Purusha is the witness and the master of the fluctuations of the mind.” (4:18) When we are able to experience this deeper aspect of our being in meditation or contemplation then we are able to rest in a state of pervasive bliss and inner peace.
4.18- - - sada jnatashchittavrittayastatprabhoh purushasyaparinamitvat
Purusa is ever illuminative and changeless. Being constant and master of the mind, he always knows the moods and modes of consciousness.
The Lord of consciousness is the seer. He is changeless, constant, and never alters or stumbles. In deep sleep, consciousness forgets itself. It is purusa, as a witness which reminds the mind of sleep after waking. This designates that purusa is ever alert and aware (sada jnata). Purusa's alertness will be known to the sadhaka only when consciousness is purified and liberated from rising thoughts and their restraints. Then the sadhaka, the seeker, becomes the seer. The seer knows his consciousness and its branchings. He is the seed and root, and consciousness is the seedling. Its stem is the 'I' consciousness (asmita), which branches forth as ego, intelligence and mind. The seer, being the seed and root of consciousness, observes the changes and transformations taking place within it. The mind is never constant. It is ever-changing. Our thoughts, ideas, perceptions are always changing. These are the modifications of our mind. But, behind these modifications, there is an unchanging PURUSHA, the pure consciousness, who is the watcher of all these modifications. The Purusha is the constant witness of the mind and its modifications. The Purusha is superior to and is the master of the Chitta. In other words, always two things are happening simultaneously in us. At one level, within the mind is a constant stream of ever-changing thoughts, emotions, ideas, desires and so on. Behind all this changes in the mind – there is a witnessing soul – the Purusha, who is changeless and permanent. It is only against this unchanging background of the Purusha, that all changes can occur in the mind. This unchanging Purusha is the lord, the pure consciousness, the real ruler of the mind-stuff. And, he does it merely by witnessing and not participating. The activities of the mind are always known by the pure consciousness, because that pure consciousness is superior to, support of, and master over the mind. The activities of the mind are always known by the pure consciousness, because that pure consciousness is superior to, support of, and master over the mind. Purusa is ever illuminative and changeless. Being constant and master of the mind, he always knows the moods and modes of consciousness. Because the Atman, the Lord of the mind, is unchangeable, the mind's fluctuations are always known to it. The activities of the mind are always known by the pure consciousness, because that pure consciousness is superior to, support of, and master over the mind.
In dreams, meditation or Soma driven psychedelic experiences we get a glimpse of the open-ended, nonlinear field of potential that constitutes this mysterious universe. Yoga tells us that it is crucial that we realize the underlying consciousness which actualizes this potential through the power of pure observation.

When we attempt to observe their behavior using measuring instruments, they appear as particles. But when such instruments are removed, they behave like waves, meaning they don’t seem to be located in any specific point in space at any given moment.
Unobserved, they are theorized to exist in a “superposition,” the range of all locations that it will be possible for them to appear in when they are observed. Until they are observed, they do not exist in space or time. They are literally dependent on the presence of the mind to attain a position in 3-dimensional reality.
Without the presence of the human mind, the physical universe may exist in a kind of superposition — an infinite range of possible modes of occurrence. Which is to say, it doesn’t exist at all as a “physical” universe unless the human mind is present.

Honestly, even after going through his blogs and twitter, I did not want to support that guy. But only because you told, I sent a message to PMO and a tweet in Twitter to all relevant authorities.
He's back and he's Ungrateful. Very well........his karmic baggage will not leave him.......he knows this and he's acting as a tough guy.
Screwing over the people who helped you is worse than cheaters, rapists and pedophiles. This is the lowest level of treachery.
If we held a competition to compare who contributed more to this world and especially to India, what will we have ?
On one hand, we'll have that guy Ravi, who's track record only shows ---- mindless bitching, dividing on caste-lines, hyping up bullsh!t Hindutva (Hindutva is just a political tool to make Sanatana Dharma and Hindus look bad)........his other glorious contributions include mindless rabble on twitter, talking nonsense, etc...............all of which you aptly summarized by calling him a "Mental-Midget".
And on the other hand, we have you ---- who single-handedly changed the entire perception of Sanatana Dharma, Indian Culture, revealed India's real past, etc...........many many more things such as providing invaluable insights and revelations about Shipping-Industry, Science, etc..........too many to list.
On one hand we have a Crybaby-Cadet-Kalra type of guy. On the other hand we have a man with integrity and honor.
