The Rothschild historian has written that Brihaspati is indeed considered to be the founding father of Charvaka thought. It is his verses, for example, that the FAKE Madhvacharya quotes in his "Sarvadarsanasangraha"—and thus gave credibility .
Sorry Brihaspati existed in hoary antiquity, in the times of Shukracharya –who was the political advisor of King Mahabali of Kerala –whom Vishnu killed by assuming the Vamana avatar.
In their ethics, the Charvakas upheld a kind of hedonism: the only goal people ought to pursue is maximizing sensual pleasure in life while avoiding pain—the kind that proceeds from over-indulgence and instant gratification—the quintessential Ayn Rand philosopy.
According to the FAKE and POISON INJECTED Charvaka, the soul is only the body qualified by intelligence. It has no existence apart from the body, only this world exists, there is no beyond—the Vedas are a cheat, the "incoherent rhapsodies of knaves"; they serve to make men submissive through fear and rituals.
The Charvakas mocked religious ceremonies, calling them inventions of the Brahmins to ensure their own livelihood. The authors of the Vedas were "buffoons, knaves, and demons."
Charvakas did not accept the authority of the srutis and considered them to be human works suffering from incoherent rhapsodies, inconsistencies and tautologie.
In India sages lived by alms –unlike these modern fake rascal gurus like PADMA VIBHUSHANs Sri Sri Ravishanker and Sadguru Jaggi Vasudev who live in opulence and stay in 7 star hotels when they travel.
The Charvakas demanded to know --those who make ritual offerings of food to the dead, why do they not feed the hungry around them?
Like the other two heterodox schools, Jainism and Buddhism, they criticized the caste system and stood opposed to the ritual sacrifice of animals.
When some STUPID Brahmins went on the defensive and claimed that the sacrificed beast goes straight to Swarga Loka (an interim heaven before rebirth), the Charvakas ( like Zakir Naik ) asked why the Brahmans did not kill their aged parents to hasten their arrival in Swarga Loka.

The Charvakas pointed out the disagreements, debates and mutual rejection by karmakanda Vedic priests and jñānakanda Vedic priests, as proof that either one of them is wrong or both are wrong, as both cannot be right
Charvakas, according to Sarvadarśanasaṃgraha verses 10 and 11, declared the Vedas to be incoherent rhapsodies whose only usefulness was to provide livelihood to priests. They also held the belief that Vedas were invented by man, and had no divine authority
Charvakas rejected the need for dharma, ethics or morals, and suggested that "while life remains, let a man live happily, let him feed on ghee even though he runs in debt".

The path of action (karma-marga) is the discipline (tapas) of body, senses and mind. The path of knowledge (jnana-marga) is the study of the self (svadhyaya) from the skin to the core and back again.

In the second chapter of the Yoga Sutras, the Sadhana Pada, Patanjali outlines “the means to liberation.” Within these key principles we find the five kleshas, or obstacles: ignorance, egoism, attachment, aversion and clinging to life.
Klesha is the negative state of mind.
According to the Yoga Sutras of Patanjali, the five Kleshas are the source of our suffering and are said to bind us to an eternal cycle of birth and re-birth, preventing us from reaching our ultimate goal of self-realization (Moksha). The first Klesha, Avidya (ignorance), is the root Klesha from which all other Kleshas are born.
The reward one gets when one gets rid of five kleshas is Moksha.
2.03-- avidyasmitaragadveshabhiniveshah kleshaah
The five afflictions which disturb the equilibrium of consciousness are - ignorance or lack of wisdom, ego, pride of the ego or the sense of 'I', attach ment to pleasure, aversion to pain, fear of death and clinging to life.
Ignorance is the field or source for the four Klesas, viz., Asmita, Raga, Dvesha and Abhinivesa. All these five disorders ruffle the mind like physical malady. Therefore they are great impediments to meditation. They raise Vrittis and bring about fructification of Karmas by coming to depend upon one another for mutual support. If you eradicate Abhinivesa, Raga and Dvesha currents will die. If you remove egoism, these two currents, like and dislike will vanish. The root for egoism, Raga, Dvesha and Abhinivesa is ignorance. If ignorance is destroyed by getting knowledge of Purusha through Samadhi, the other four Klesas will die by themselves. The Karmas are supported by afflictions and the afflictions are supported by Karmas. This is mutual support. This is a Chakrika or cycle like the analogy of the seed and the tree (Bija-Vriksha Nyaya). These Klesas develop the Mahat Tattva, egoism and Tanmatras. These are the five ties that bind a man to the wheel of birth and death – the impediment to moksha. The most important knot is ignorance (Hridaya Granthi). This is the fundamental cause. The other four Klesas are the effects of ignorance. Pain and sin are ignorance only. These manifest in those who have forgotten the true all-blissful and eternally pure nature of Purusha. Afflictions are of three levels - intellectual, emotional and intuitive. Avidya and asmita belong to the arena of intelligence; here lack of spiritual knowledge combined with pride or arrogance billows the ego, inducing arrogance and the loss of one's sense of balance. Raga and dvesa belong to emotions and feelings. Raga is desire and attachment, dvesa is hatred and aversion. Succumbing to exuberant desires and attachments or allowing oneself to be carried away by expressions of hatred, creates dissonance between body and mind, which may lead to psychosomatic disorders. Abhinivesa is intuitive - the desire to prolong one's life, and concern for one's own survival. Cohering to life makes one apprehensive in dealings with others, and causes one to become selfish and self-centred. The root causes of these five afflictions are the behavioural functions and thoughts of the various spheres of brain. Avidya and asmita are connected with the conscious frontal brain, and the top brain is considered the seat of the 'T' consciousness. Raga and dvesa are connected with the base of the brain, the hypothalamus. Abhinivesa is connected with the 'old' brain or back brain which is also known as the unconscious brain, because it retains past subliminal impressions, samskaras. The sadhaka must learn to locate the sources of afflictions, in order to be able to clip them in the bud through his yogic principles and disciplines. Discrimination remains shaky as long as false knowledge has not been completely removed. Egoism is the root cause for Raga (attachment to pleasures ). Asmita happens when you identify with the parts of yourself that change—everything from your mind to your body, appearance, or job title—instead of with the quiet place within you that does not change. Road rage has to do with reptilian instincts ,the amygdala is involved. The amygdala can mistakenly misfire messages of danger creating a chronic state of anxiety and panic. The amygdalae react to negative events in many ways, including activation of your sympathetic nervous system. The results cause you gut wrenching turmoil. Because the amygdala helped the ancient cave man survive, it remained as the brain grew and evolved. Today, it’s rare that we face an extreme emergency that requires the amygdale to spring into action, but it does so nevertheless. It is the classic “fight or flight response.” A feeling of revenge and retribution , “to teach a lesson” to a guy who has “cut you off “ is always involved in road rage . Some delusional ones even feel that they have been chosen to “bell this bad cat”. Road-rage incidents stem from the stimulation of the reptilian mind -- a driver experiencing road rage feels threatened and responds aggressively to ensure his “survival”. The reptilian brain is inflexible, compulsive, ritualistic and incapable of learning from previous screw-ups. Territoriality - like many animals, human beings react negatively when we feel our space is threatened by someone else. A mature man does not engage in self-destructive behavior. Maturity is the ability to bear an injustice without wanting to get evenand act within the framework of dignity. When you are consumed by rage you hyperventilate , there is an increase in your heart rate, BP and a rush of adrenaline, cortisol and other stress-induced hormones. Breathing deeply from your diaphragm is essential to calming and relaxing you. There is nothing mystical about the power that breathing has to prevent panic. As you control the rate of your breathing, it sends a subconscious message to the amygdala that there is no need to be stressed. Just breathe deep and slow until you feel any butterflies start to settle down. Yoga has NOTHING to do with hyperventilation ( patented SO HUM ) taught by Sri Sri Ravishankar. There are many low IQ drivers on the road—remember this. He is NOT busting your balls. He is just trying to reach his destinations using his limited cerebral faculty. You do NOT get angry with stationary trees which have popped up on your path, right? Rage is a complete blackout of the thoughts. Rage only sees its own "rightness". Rage does not care if it hurts others, in fact it aches to hurt somebody. Rage feels justified in hurting others. Rage detracts from the quality of your life, driving away the people who love you and can help you. According to yoga philosophy, this unchanging part of you is known as the “seer”—the cit, drasta (drg), or purusa—that which experiences or “sees” the world through the lens of the mind. As Patanjali explains in the Yoga Sutra, the mind—which includes your thoughts, emotions, and even the sensory input you receive from your body—is the instrument of perception through which the seer engages with the world around you. Asmita, or false identification, is common to everyone because our external qualities inevitably influence how we see ourselves. The nature of the Soul is eternal bliss. What can make it sorrowful except ignorance, hallucination, delusion; all this pain of the soul is simply delusion. For destroying the following evil Vrittis, raise the opposite good Vrittis given against each: - Lust (Kama).. Brahmacharya, Mumukshutva.---Anger (Krodha)...Love, Kshama (forgiveness), Daya (Mercy), Maitri (friendship), Santi, Dhriti (patience), Ahimsa.---Pride (Mada)... Humility (Namrata or Vinaya).---Greed (Lobha)...Honesty, disinterestedness, generosity, Santosha (contentment), Aparigraha (non-covetousness).---Jealousy (Irshya)...Nobility (Udarata), magnanimity, Mudita (complacency).---Delusion (Moha)...Viveka (discrimination).---Vanity, Hypocrisy (Dambha)...Simplicity.---Darpa (arrogance)... Politeness, Hri (Modesty).---Cunningness... Arjava (crookedness) (straightforwardness).---Harshness... Mildness.---Attachment (Raga)...Vairagya.---Insincerity (Asraddha)...Sraddha (faith).---Chanchalatvam (Fickleness)... Determination (Nischaya Vritti).
The Karmas are supported by afflictions and the afflictions are supported by Karmas. This is mutual support.
Afflictions and actions intermix and interact, and the cycles of birth and death roll on.
Actions rooted in desire, greed, anger, lust, pride and malevolence invite adversity, just as those which are free from the spokes of the wheel of desire lead towards the state of ecstasy
Life itself springs from the admixture of good and bad actions, favourable and unfavourable impressions. These form one's birth, type of human life, span of life and the kind of experiences one has to go through.
According to the law of karma, every condition in the nature of human birth and life stem from one's past actions, and are responsible for the experiences, pleasant or otherwise, which one meets in life.
The fruits of the actions gathered in this past lives are called soul samskaras, which become residual imprints or impressions. Soul samskaras are impressions remaining unconsciously in the mind from past good or bad actions, giving rise to pleasure or pain.
Samskaras become the cause of future actions. Every action leaves a deep trace in the citta as printing or impression ( samskara ). All the impressions accumulated in the citta and which is the fruit of action is what we mean by karmāśaya.
Karmashayas are of two kinds – those that must mature (niyata vipaka)and those that may not mature (aniyata vipaka). Aniyata Vipaka karmashayas may take one of these three courses: Karma may get nullified by a stronger karma of the opposite kind
A dominant karma may subdue a minor karma and may not fructify in the next life. The unfructified minor karma my bear fruit in a future birth. Karma can bear fruit only when the kleshas exist.
Grains of rice can germinate only when they are not burnt and the husk is not removed. At the time of death, the karmashaya will determine the three fruits: type of birth, life span and life experience – pain or pleasure.
Karmashaya contains impressions of deeds – samskaras – from countless previous lives. At the time of death, the subtle body, which contains the karmashaya, is transferred to the new body.
Only the gross body is destroyed on death. Most of the karmas will fructify in the next life. In each re-birth on earth , we acquire some bad karma and some good karma. Only conscious humans have bad karma baggage .
Animals do NOT have karma as they have never risen beyond their mooladhara chakra.
In each incarnation we suffer the consequences of some of our previous bad karma –and every human soul has a resultant karmic baggage plus some picked up samskaras , which affect current life on the planet , like phobias , deep rooted vices etc .
Though weighed down by past life samskaras , the soul ( ball of energy ) within you is a part of the mother field of brahmAn ( god ) The Universe is not inanimate but conscious; it records our actions and provides feedback to us for our psychic growth through the mechanism of karma.
This karma gets recorded in the form of inchoate formations in the higher mental worlds. These formations get fleshed out as they descend through the various planes of consciousness until they materialize at the appropriate time as events in the physical world.
Happy or painful experiences are based on whether the thoughts, feelings or actions that produce them were "virtuous" or "vicious". This is the basis law of karma.
Virtuous deeds are those that follow the universal moral code. Vice, apunya, produces a short life which is stressful (paritapa) and gives painful experiences. Virtue, punya, produces good karma resulting in happy (hlada) experiences. There is NO escape from laws of Karma .
Organised religion applies severe retribution method at the hour of judgement – Sanatana Dharma applies Karma. Willfully and knowingly transgressing the laws of the universe generates a lot more negative karma than unintentional or ignorant transgressions.
Whenever you act with intention you create Karma. Actions are considered to be thoughts, emotions, words and deeds, and the motive, desire and intent behind each. The purpose of Karma is to attain harmony.
Although many of the major events in your life are astrologically predestined, , god has given you consciousness and free will to mitigate the impact of the event, or to transcend it entirely. Beliefs can be changed when you recognize those that are not working for you, and begin programming what will create success and harmony in your life.
You are NOT an animal—you are a conscious human with free will and the power to choose. The unlimited creative power of your mind, through dedication, awareness and training, can be the wisdom to rise above your Karma.
Sanatana Dharma guides you in this aspect. There are no accidents in the way the cosmos works.Your energy, translated into thoughts, words, emotions, and deeds, causes all your experiences.
This assures that you always have the learning opportunities you require to resolve your Karma, and, as with you, the collective thoughts, words, emotions, and deeds of mankind create the environment for us all. The purpose of karma is to attain harmony and balance.
The universe is perfectly balanced. When you are in harmony you are in balance. Until you have resolved your Karma and fulfilled your Dharma, you will continue to reincarnate into sequential lifetimes upon the earth. You decide what lessons you need to learn for each life experience.
Whenever you act with intention (actions being your thoughts, emotions, words and deeds and the motive, intent and desire) you create karma. Dis-harmonious acts, are rooted in fear-based emotions, must be eventually balanced and resolved.
When you can live a life of perfect harmony, liberation will follow. Karma can be experienced in pain and suffering, or it can be experienced in grace. The choice is yours. If you give love , fairness with grace , you will receive the same in return.
Karma is simply an opportunity to make good by CHANGE – it neither punishes nor rewards; it simply guides. Karma is a matter of basic cause-and-effect without the need of a deity to mediate the effects.The law of karma is not the cause of suffering, it is merely the change agent.
Karma is self-balancing divine justice; it is 100% fair and absolutely infallible. It doesn't matter if a criminal seems to GET AWAY WITH IT – see evil Jew Rothschild has got away with it.
There is no getting away with it – karma will eventually catch up with him -if not in this life then the next life.
After doing sins no dip in Ganges, no puja, no pilgrimage , no endless prayers to god can lessen the weight of your karmic baggage. It can be reduced only by good karma.
Karma is not some mysterious metaphysical, or supernatural, force or power that somehow comes back to haunt you. Karma is simply what we do in a conscious manner . Karma is a Sanskrit word meaning "action". Karmic baggage is a resultant – and is negative bad karma.
Experience of happiness is due to attachment to objects and that of suffering is caused by hatred or dislike for an object. The karmashaya (storehouse of karma) is a result of these experiences.
When the senses are accustomed to short experience of happiness, they are not inclined for renunciation since their attachment is increased. For a Yogin, even these pleasant experiences are source of ultimate misery and he shuns attachment to these objects.
Greed and infatuation are the cause of aversion which brings misery as one pursues to overcome the source of aversion

In Hinduism, karma is the force of retributive justice that compels believers to behave righteously according to Dharma—the moral order of the universe.

In earthly life, the soul gains many more Samskaras or experiences through actions and these are added to the original store and become the future Sanchita Karmas (accumulated actions).
All Samskaras lie dormant in the Chitta as latent activities, not only of this life but of all previous innumerable lives from Anadi Kala (beginningless time).
The gross body and the mind have, on account of your past Karmas, a tendency to act in a certain way and you act just in accordance with that tendency like a machine. Most of your actions are done more or less automatically.
Your next life will depend very largely upon the Karma you perform in this birth. From Samskaras emanate Vasanas like swarms of locusts. From Vasana flows the stream of desire and from enjoyment of objects of desires arises Trishna or internal craving (intense longing).
Try to acquire some good spiritual Samskaras in this birth at least. Do some kind of meditation for a short time daily for mental clarity. New, healthy Samskaras can be implanted by new, healthy suggestions.
The physical body may die. But, the thoughts and Samskaras of actions, enjoyments and thinking follow you after death till your soul attain Moksha.

Karma manifests as a result of our negative emotions and thoughts (fear, shame, guilt, anger, regret, hatred, self-loathing), not only towards other people, but also towards our self. If we let go of all this stuff, we will be liberated.

Karma is the true spiritual law governing interactions. It starts with the energy of a single thought, which develops and grows over time through our feelings, attitude, words, actions, and relations.
The law of karma dictate that every single action results in a reaction ( NOT equal and opposite ). We have a choice in what initial actions that we take. Then we have our free will to respond to the energy force that returns to us as the resulting reaction.
Through our free will, we can choose actions that bring success and happiness to ourselves and others.
Karma can be fixed/strong or non-fixed/weak, or a combination of the two.
If the karma is strong then the predetermined event will almost certainly happen. If the karma is weak then it may be relatively easy to avert it.
The three levels of magnitude are:
1. Fixed karma (Dridha) – This is karma that cannot be changed by any effort on our part. Only the grace of God can alter fixed karma (Dridha).
2. Mixed karma (Dridha/Adridha) – This is karma that can be changed but only with substantial effort.
3. Non-Fixed karma (Adridha) – This is karma that can be easily changed with some effort.
Sanchita Karma is the vast store of piled-up Karma accumulated in the preceding and in all other previous births and yet to be resolved.
In other words, it is the aggregate sum of yet unseen Karmas committed during innumerable previous existences. This is your total cosmic debt. It is the accumulated result of all the actions from all our past lifetimes and from the current lifetime till this moment.
Thus Sanchita Karma is our total Karmic debt (combination of Karmic Credit and Karmic Debit.) Every moment of every day we are adding to the account by performing a Good or bad Karma. We also reduce Karma balance from our account sometimes by selfless service and spiritual practice.
From the accumulated karmas (sanchita karma) a certain portion is taken out for being worked out or consumed in this birth. Many ripe karmas amongst the accumulated sanchita join together and bring one life. This forms the prarabdha karma of the present life.
Astrology has been a tool to mitigate the magnitude of Karma
Astrologers are like detectives looking for clues. When we’re looking at a chart and trying to determine the level of magnitude of a particular karma we’re literally counting the number of reinforcing indications.
A small number of indications represent a non-fixed karma (adridha), or only a possibility of the event manifesting. A large number of indications represent a more fixed karma (dridha) or a relative probability of the event manifesting.
The 'Law of Karma', states that a points of merit is added to our life for every positive deed we do and similarly a points of demerit for every negative deed we do - the number of points ( marks) depend on the nature and gravity of the event.
Everything in the Universe is in a state of creation, maintenance, or destruction. The cosmic forces involved in this are Brahma / Vishnu/ Shiva.

In Turiya, the self does not think, feel, or do, but rather observes thought, emotion, and action capable of truly understanding the totality of the universe. Turiya has no limits and no endpoint. It is infinitely transcendent, which means its potential is forever expanding.
You are now a unique individual and you are a vital part of a larger universal life force that transcends everything on earth.. Reality and truth become more clearly defined, allowing you to perceive that which lies above, below, and beyond the human experience.

No one dared and one thief immediately took bath in River Ganga and safes the old age man. Here the intention plays a crucial role. The thief must face his fast karma act but his new good karma has saved life. Will this act cancels all past negative karma. His intention based on saying - who take bath in Ganga will get rid of past karma has worked here. I really don't know that this story has happened or not.
