Meditation is about holding your mind to the present. The aim of every form of meditation is to still the mind, or you cant purify it and get rid of deep rooted negativities , which affect your health and even give you severe migraines.
Meditation is a surgical operation of your subconscious mind to remove and discard negativity / ego and improve tolerance, grace and kindness.
For a layman-- you are stressed when your hands feel cold, your heart rate, breathing, and muscle tension increases. The result is that your immune system goes for a toss and you get depressed or burnt out.. Depression is a weird feeling of loss .
Meditation teaches you to look inwards, with awareness , within yourself and know the true nature of all sensations, and loosen the stranglehold of habits and vices.. He scans his own body and sees where the stress and tension is.
He just witnesses , he does not react. His mind does not control him, rather he controls his mind. It is a universal remedy for all universal ills.

SOUL is the source of consciousness.. The soul is that part of us that enables us to be aware of ourselves. All life has soul within
No matter what our past deeds might have been like, the present moment is totally a new opportunity .. Hindusim gives all a fresh opportunity to choose how we think or act. Karma is our own choice made entirely through our free will in the present moment regardless of our past.
A SOUL can lessen its karmic baggage only when inside a human body
After one’s death, when the soul is parked in one of the bottom six astral layers , it does not possess Kriya Shakti or the ability to act or perform Kriyamana Karma. This starts again at rebirth.

The accumulated result of all actions from all our past lifetimes is called "Sanchita Karma
Agami Karma: Approaching or Future Karma: This is the Karma or the actions that are now going to be done which will give their results later in the future. Some of Agami Karmas bear fruit in the current life; others are stored for future births in the form of Sanchita Karma.
Kriyamana Karma: This is Karma that we create in our daily life because of our thoughts, will and actions. It refers to the decisions before us to act upon. These karma consequences add to our Future Sanchita Karma as we perform the current karma. But, not all of this karma goes to the Sanchita balance and some of them can fructify in the current life
When it comes to Karma, it is useful to show gratitude toward the universe and to develop an attitude of service. By being thankful and always seeking to serve the greater good, you will naturally place yourself within the flow of cooperation and congeniality within the universe.
When you act as an agent of universal good, good things happen.
In this way, you attract good Karma through your SHRADDHA to the laws of the universe
Lack of ego, greed and jealousy ( austerity ) brings fruits at once. That is why the delivery of karma is faster for those who do meditation or spiritual practices.
A yogi (enlightened one) is not affected by his karmas because he has no attachment. He is absolutely desireless. Karmas cannot bind him
Yogi does his karmas without ego or the feeling of "I am the doer". Since he is not the "doer" karma can not bind him. He works without expectation of any fruits for his actions.
Since he is "not the doer" he does not have to enjoy the fruits of his actions. He has reached state of perfection. He works for the upliftment of humanity

We have been given the indriyas, and the power of viveka, CONSCIOUS discrimination, to help us know what is good and what is bad.
Do not mistake the power of viveka with the mind because the mind is nothing but a bundle of thoughts. If you follow the mind and not your viveka, you will end up making mistakes.
Mind has the power to grasp but not discriminate. That is why Hindu tradition emphasises the need to control both our mind and our sense organs because they impact our karma.
When the universe was created, the law of karma came into play. No one can escape it. Therefore the intention to do good karma has to come from within; only then can you set in motion the process of overcoming bad karma.
If we use viveka to ensure that the five indriyas follow the path of righteousness, our accumulated ‘bad’ karma can be reduced to some extent. When a person dies, his karmas are not burnt or buried with his lifeless body. Karma stays and gets carried forward to the next birth.
Karmic baggage is carried by you alone . No pharaoh can employ a porter to carry his karmic baggage on your behalf nor can he transfer his karmic baggage to someone else.
Karma is solely the result of self-action based on the action-reaction philosophy embedded in Quantum physics.
Karma is the result of your actions and INTENDS—there is good karma and bad karma .
Forgiveness is very important to living a life of positive Karma.
You may have undesirable experiences due to past Karma. This cosmic debt can only be paid once the lessons are learned and experiences have been fully processed.
Your attachment to the decision-making process and identification with the vulnerable ego is what opens the door for undesired Karma. Detachment from this, and developing true trust in your Self and the Universe, will always lead you to the “right” path.
Giving is important when paying attention to Karma, You can create better Karma for yourself moving forward by being a blessing and force for good in other’s lives. From today onwards—on every birthday of yours give something to the needy .
As an evolving individual, you’re here on earth to learn. Many of life’s problems can be solved by simply stopping to appreciate the lesson in them. Since this is a core factor of Karma, you can create better experiences for yourself by truly appreciating the wisdom you gain from them.
When something bad happens in your life, sometimes a simple shift in attention is all it takes to transform that happening into something better.
Allow yourself to grieve for a moment, but place more attention on what you’ve gained from the experience. Even when it comes to something as grim as death, try to place more attention on the blessings of the person and the happier emotions of the past. This will undoubtedly allow you to feel better,
The universe is here to serve your inner being in growth, love, and health. Even the bad stuff is truly meant to teach or help you with something.
Try seeing things from this perspective by asking yourself: “What is there for me to gain?” or “What have I learned through this pain ?” Sometimes this is enough to transform even the hardest experiences into Karmic blessings.

Samadhi: Samadhi is the deep absorption, wherein only the essence of that object, place, or point shines forth in the mind, as if the mind were devoid even of its own form. Meditation leads to absorption (samadhi)
Samyama is the collective practice of concentration , meditation , and samadhi , which are the sixth, seventh, and eighth of the eight rungs of Yoga. The three processes of dharana, dhyana, and samadhi, when taken together on the same object, place or point is called samyama.

Pratyahara is the withdrawal of the senses (indriyas) of cognition and action from both the external world and the images or impressions in the mind field . Ramkrishna Paramahamsa has given a very vivid description in his own words of who Swami Vivekanand was : ‘One day in samadhi I saw that my mind, going up a luminous path, went beyond the gross world studded with the sun, moon, and stars; and entered first into the subtle world of ideas. The more it ascended to higher and higher strata of that realm, the more did I see beautiful ideal forms of gods and goddesses existing on both sides of the path. I came gradually to the end of that region. I saw that a fence made of light separated the realm of the divisible from that of the indivisible. Leaping over that fence, the mind entered by degrees the realm of the indivisible. No person or thing having a form existed there. As if afraid to enter there, even the gods/goddesses possessing heavenly bodies only exercised their authority over realms far below. But the very next moment I saw seven Rishis having bodies consisting of divine light only, seated there in samadhi. I felt that in virtue and knowledge, love and renunciation, they had excelled the gods and goddesses, not to speak of human beings. Astonished, I was pondering over their greatness when I saw before me that a part of the homogeneous mass of Light in this abode of the indivisible, devoid of the slightest tinge of difference, became solidified and converted into the form of a divine Child. Sruti means the smallest interval of pitch that the human ear can detect and a singer or musical instrument can produce.
The musical sruti concept is found in ancient and medieval Sanskrit texts such as the Natya Shastra, the Dattilam, the Brihaddeshi, and the Sangita Ratnakara. Chandogya Upanishad speaks of the division of the octave in 22 parts

Shruti or śruti, is a Sanskrit / Malayalam word, found in the Vedic texts of Hinduism where it means musical intonation and what is heard in general. It is also an important concept in Indian music, where it means the smallest interval of pitch that the ear can detect.

A sruti is the smallest gradation of pitch representing the quality of frequency, while a swara is the selected pitches from which the musician constructs the scales, melodies, the Natya Shastra identifies and discusses twenty two sruti and seven swara per octave.
Of the twenty two sruti, veena scholars identified the 4th sruti to be sa solfege, 7th to be ri, 9th as ga, 13th as ma, 17th as pa, 20th to be dha and 22nd as ni suddha svara. Theoretically, a number of sruti are possible, and later music scholars of India increased the number of sruti in their studies.
It has been used in several contexts throughout the history of Indian music, recent research has more precisely defined the term Shruti, its difference from Nada and Swara, and pinpointed positions on a string to play 22 shrutis.
The meaning of shruti varies in different systems, Bharata Muni uses shruti to mean the interval between two notes such that the difference between them is perceptible. He formulates jatis, which are classes of melodic structures and these can be further grouped into two gramas—shadja-grama and madhyama-grama. The notes are separated by intervals, as measured in shrutis.
The shadja-grama is given by the division, Sa of four shrutis. Abhinavagupta describes an experiment to obtain the correct configuration of shruti in shadja grama. The madhyama-grama is the same, but the panchama has to be diminished by one shruti and that is, the panchama of madhyama-grama is lower than that of shadja-grama by one shruti, according to Bharata.
Shruti is only mentioned as a measure in the music of Bharatas time. In both the gramas, Ri is three shrutis away from Sa – there are three perceptible intervals between Sa and Ri, the third of these is called trishruti rishabha.
Likewise, the interval is called dvishruti rishabha, and the first ekashruti rishabha. Notes 9 and 13 shrutis from each other occur at a ratio of 100,133.33 and 100,150 respectively and are mutually samvādi, the notes that are at the distance of two and 20 shrutis are mutually vivādi.
The remaining ones are called anuvādi, the shruti table below shows the mathematical ratios considered to correspond to the system described by Bharata and Dattilam, along with the comparable notes in common Western 12-TET tuning
There are 12 universally identifiable musical notes (pitch classes of Chromatic scale or Swara-prakara) in a Saptak (Octave).They indicate 'a musical note or scale degree, but Shruti is a more subtle division of the octave'.
The recent research has shown that 10 out of 12 of these notes (Swaraprakaras) have a 'spread' or a 'region' on a string (Swara-kshetra in Sanskrit) in which, 'any' frequency leads to the perception of the 'same' note by the human ear, and the perception 'changes' at both the ends. The remaining 2 notes, namely the Fundamental frequency (Shadja) and the perfect 5th (Panchama) have a 'single point' on which they are placed on the string by nature.
Thus, the 10 notes give 20 Shrutis, and along with the 2 points of Fundamental frequency (Shadja) and the Perfect 5th (Panchama), a natural system of 22 Shrutis can be observed and played on any string.
These 22 Shrutis are not theoretical postulates, but solid musical facts that provide the foundation of Indian music, and have been used for centuries
Shruti is intimately linked to the fundamental aspects of Swara.
Dhwani (Sanskrit) means sound of any kind. Out of all the Dhwanis created in the world, sounds that are 'musical'—give an experience or perception of a 'musical' sound—are called Nadas. The sound of a 'clap' is a dhwani, but that of a bell is a nada. The commonest example of nada is a musical sound made on a stretched string under constant tension. There are innumerable 'Nadas' in a Saptak (Octave).
Chaturdandi Prakashika (Sanskrit) by Venkatamakhin in Shloka 3, Chapter 2, stated that,

With yours and lord blessings I have completed my sabrimala pilgrimage. I dont even know that I have got PURE AWARENESS awareness or not Because that period was like something which i have not noticed before, no thinking was invloved.
with lot of difficulties I finished the jungle walk and most difficult was track of kariMalai Hills. After travelling 10 km from erumely, i got swollen feet and being adamant I keep on walking and got pus in my right feet and feet got baterial infection.
Thank God !! in sabrimala hospital is there and by betadine dressing, infection also went away and i felt comfortable.
But still i have two doubts which only you can solve :
1. VAAVAR masjid in dharamshasta and saanidhanam.
2. wOMEN WOH WANTED TO marry lord ayyappa but Ayyappa refused.
