THIS POST IS CONTINUED FROM PART 94, BELOW--

TIME FOR ME TO GIVE A DEEKSHA TO MY READERS..

THIS IS THE MOST POTENT SYMBOL ON THIS PLANET AFTER OM

IT REPRESENTS THE “PRANA SWITCH”  TO TAKE IN OR GIVE UNIVERSAL ENERGY

YOU HAVE TO BE WAIST DEEP IN WATER ( RIVER / LAKE / SEA )  – FACING THE RISING SUN

TAKE A DIP ( HEAD MUST GO UNDER WATER )

WITH A FEELING OF GRATITUDE TO THE “MOTHER FIELD OF BRAHMAN “
MAKE AN RESOLUTION  “ I WILL FOLLOW THE LAWS OF THE UNIVERSE “

AFTER THAT

DRAW THIS SYMBOL ON WATER SURFACE

AFTER THAT

MAKE AN INTENTION FOR YOURSELF ( OR SOMEONE YOU ARE GRATEFUL TO)

TAKE ONE MORE DIP.

Note:  This is lifted as CHO KU REI for Reiki attunement .   The symbol must have THREE AND A HALF COILS for Shakti –the Kundalini.

Below:  The tongue of  the snake must NOT touch the vertical axis -- just leave it slightly short..

This TANTRA symbol was introduced in China by Kerala Tantra master and Kalari grandmaster Bodhi Dharma.    From China this symbol went as DARUMA symbol  ( Kanji/ Onyomi )

WARNING :  DEEKSHA WILL WORK ONLY WITH FEELING OF GRATITUDE.     IF INGRATES USE THIS SYMBOL ,  IT WILL HARM VERY BADLY

Below :   Picture repeated in lesser KB

SOMEBODY ASKED MY—WHAT THIS SUPERSTITION OF THREE AND A HALF COILS?
WELL IT IS MATH – 22/7 = 3.14

THIS IS WHY I HAVE NOT TOUCHED THE HEAD OF THE SNAKE ON THE VERTICAL AXIS OF SUSHUMNA

ALL SUPERSTITIONS BESTOWED ON SANATANA DHARMA ARE PURE DIVINE MATH OR QUANTUM PHYSICS

The Sankhya system is based on Sat-kārya-vāda or the theory of causation. According to Satkāryavāda, the effect is pre-existent in the cause. The Sankhya system is an evolutionary theory of matter beginning with primordial matter.

In evolution, Prakriti ( Shakti )  is transformed and differentiated into multiplicity of objects. Evolution is followed by dissolution. In dissolution the physical existence, all the worldly objects mingle back into Prakriti, which now remains as the undifferentiated, primordial substance.

In Sankhya, direct perception is the most important and fundamental source of all knowledge. When senses cannot directly perceive due to their limitations, inference is needed such as in philosophical disputations.

The very existence of Purusa ( BrahmAn – morphogenetic consciousness ) is possible only through inference.   Prakriti cannot be perceived, not because of its non-existence, but because of its subtlety. It is perceived in its effects.

Purusha, or supreme consciousness ( BrahmAn ) , is the impassive observer of all phenomena. Prakriti,  excited  in response to Purusa’s attention , has her gunas ( Yin-Yang or Tamas –Rajas ) thrown out of equilibrium.

She moves from transcendence to immanence and undergoes a series of transformations through which the multiform world comes into being.  Purusha, was never really in bondage, or enmeshed with Prakriti.

Sankhya philosophy unified the Advaita and Dvaita forms of Hinduism in a most interesting manner.   Here when the insentient Prakriti ( female –Dvaita ) comes in contact with the sentient Purusha (male –Advaita ) , the universe evolves.

Check out the allegory- Purusha is bewitched nay entranced by Prakriti .  Prakriti is only too eager to oblige by displaying her subtle charms.

As a dancer,  after having performed for the observer , stops dancing, so does Prakṛti cease to perform for an individual Puruṣha when her task is accomplished.  Female Prakirti  has danced for male Puruṣha, and as he is no longer interested in her (“I have seen her”), she stops forever (“I have already been seen”).

Sankhya thus is a theory of evolution and understanding the universe.  The dancing girl dances as long as the male observer is there. The moment the observer ceases to look at her and understands the dance perfectly, she fails to amuse him anymore.

Prakriti cannot be perceived, not because of its non-existence, but because of its subtlety. It is perceived in its effects.

THE SHALLOW MINDED WHITE MAN CONVERTED ALL THIS TO BASE SEX BETWEEN TWO MORTALS..

Tantric system borrows the abstract dualism of Sankhya and modifies it into a personified male–female dualism.

BG 13.22: When the puruṣh (individual soul) seated in prakṛiti (the material energy) desires to enjoy the three guṇas, attachment to them becomes the cause of its birth in superior and inferior wombs.

Awakening the power of Kundalini is a journey.  The karmic baggage has to be reduced.  Ego has to take a backseat.  Soul vibration frequency increases.

Once the root chakra, home of Kundalini, opens, the static energy housed there flows freely.. As it flows up the spine, Kundalini boosts the remaining five chakras along the way before igniting the crown, or 7th, chakra.

When energy flows uninterrupted, like a snake winding up the the spine, the chakra circuit is complete. Only then is there potential for transcending the physical plane to reach Enlightenment.

Kundalini refers to  primal energy ( shakti)  located at the base of the spine.

The concept of Kundalini as "the figure of a coiled female serpent—a serpent goddess not of "gross" but "subtle" substance—which is to be thought of as residing in a torpid, slumbering state in a subtle center, the first of the seven, near the base of the spine.

The aim of Tantra and Swara Yoga is to rouse this serpent, lift her head, and bring her up a subtle nerve or channel of the spine to the so-called "thousand-petaled lotus" (Sahasrara) at the crown of the head.

Shakti, rising from the lowest to the highest lotus center will pass through and wake the five between, and with each waking, the psychology and personality of the practitioner will be altogether and fundamentally transformed.. The Kundalini experience is frequently reported to be a feeling of electric current running along the spine.

When this happens the yogi’s aura becomes VIBGYOR encased in a golden sheath.  His soul has ascended the frequency of the first six astral layers and it now of the same frequency of the seventh astral layer—the mother field of Brahman..

The Sanskrit adjective kuṇḍalin means "circular, annular". Energy is said to accumulate in the muladhara, and the yogi seeks to send it up to the brain transforming it into 'Ojas', the highest form of energy. Thishas nothing to do with semen as told by that duffer Freemason Vivekananda.

BG 2.39: Hitherto, I have explained to you Sānkhya Yog, or analytic knowledge regarding the nature of the soul. Now listen, O Parth, as I reveal Buddhi Yog, or the Yog of Intellect. When you work with such understanding, you will be freed from the bondage of karma.

The word Sankhya comes from the roots Saṅ, meaning “complete,” and khya, meaning “to know.” So Sankhya means the “complete analytical knowledge of something.”

Of your 72,000 energy lines, or nadis, three are of particular interest in our exploration of prana breathing. The ida nadi channel flows to the left of your spine, the pingala nadi channel to the right, and the central nadi channel, which approximates your spine, is known as the sushumna.

Just as you need physical oxygen to vitalize your body, you need prana energy to enliven your mind and emotions.  Prana energy provides the basic stimulus that sets all things in motion. In doing so, it enhances your appreciation of, and zest for, life, and opens your heart and mind to new possibilities of every kind—from your personal creativity and productivity at work to your relationships with others and your environment..

Prana energy nourishes your brain as it supervises the workings of your nervous system. You may not be aware of it, but you receive and breathe prana energy all the time—from the food you eat, the water you drink, from sunlight and the air you breathe, and from the people around you. You also give it away to others.

If your body is healthy and full of vitality, you naturally affect those around you in a positive way when you transfer your prana energy, consciously or unconsciously. People enjoy being with you because they feel invigorated by the encounter. But when you feel distressed or lacking in positive energy, others may find your presence emotionally draining.. .

The healing process works by directing prana energy to areas of your body that need help and by breaking up blockages in energy channels to allow prana to flow unimpeded. A good flow of prana stimulates cells and tissues and encourages the elimination of toxins, helping to restore healthy activity to that part of your body.

THE SOUL EXISTS THE BODY AND WHEN ZERO PRANA EXISTS WITHIN THE BODY

In Ayurveda, the sunshine is a source of Prana.

SURYANAMSAKR INCREASES PRANA

Surya Namaskar is NOT a mere physical exercise along with soaking in Vitamin D .

IT RELEASES NITRIC OXIDE AND ALSO GIVES A MASSAGE TO YOUR VAGUS NERVE, DUE TO THE DEEP DIAPHRAGMATIC BELLY BREATHING INVOLVED.

Exposure to sunlight by Suryanamaskar  in the morning is particularly effective; it leads to earlier melatonin onset in the evening and makes it easier to fall asleep.
Low melatonin levels to depression.. Melatonin is decreased in schizophrenia

Insufficient melatonin production can set you up for:--
Decreased REM sleep.
Decreased immune function
Accelerated cancer cell proliferation and tumor growth (including leukemia)
Blood pressure instability
Decreased free radical scavenging
Increased plaques in the brain, like those seen with Alzheimer’s disease
Increased risk of osteoporosis
Diabetic microangiopathy (capillary damage)
Not getting enough sleep may even accelerate aging and shorten your lifespan.
Obesity

Increase in sleep hormone melatonin, prevents the loss of serotonin and dopamine – two hormones responsible for human happiness..

Neurological, cardiovascular, and immune diseases are associated with “sunshine vitamin” vitamin D deficiency. By increasing your exposure to sunlight, you can decrease your risk for these diseases. Many diseases which modern doctors call “ genetic “ can be cured by Surya Namaskar

The west has taken to Surya Namaskar in a big way. Among my 1297 posts , the one of Surya Namaskar has the highest view count and that too 94% foreigners.

Sunlight effects every cell in your body . Unlike ancient Indians modern doctors have ignored cellular level medicine. Sun exposure alters the activity of your immune system in a way that reduces inflammation and helps protect against certain inflammatory diseases. Endocrinology is in its infancy. Well, well, what do they know !

The key to quality REM sleep is optimizing the secretion of melatonin, the hormone that influences sleep the most. As daylight dims so does our energy as less essential chemicals for activity are produced. This causes our core temperature to fall. It is at this point the body starts to convert serotonin into melatonin. As melatonin levels gradually increase we start to tire as our body prepares for sleep

The SCN takes the information from the retina on the light levels, and their duration, and passes it to the pineal gland.

The pineal gland is responsible for the secretion of melatonin. However artificial lighting disrupts this process which can result in the pineal gland misinterpreting the time of day and confuses our circadian rhythm.

This is why spending a lot of time under artificial light can have adverse effects on our health. Good lighting should therefore follow the patterns and rhythms of natural light.

Evening light in your home must be golden , NOT white like Mumbai Irani restaurants

When the sun shines on the skin, the nerve endings absorb energy and send it throughout the entire body.  This calms the nerves. when the sun hits your skin it manufactures vitamin D in your body and then works as a great natural aid to calcium absorption. Calcium soothes the nervous system.

Sunlight is one of the greatest sleep inducers, especially when you combine it with any form of physical exercise.   Prana via sunlight is the major source of vitamin D-producing Ultraviolet B radiation, which has a wide range of positive health effects, including  inhibiting the growth of some cancers.

Having enough vitamin D in your body is essential to reducing your risk of every disease that we know of.

Emotions like anger and fear can COMPRESS DNA,  However, emotions like joy, gratitude ( mantras during Suryanamaksar ) and love UNWIND the DNA, decompress it!

During Suryanamaskar mantras along with UVA causes the release of nitric oxide from skin stores, which promotes widening of blood vessels.

At our most elemental we are energy. Every cell of your body contains the creative power of the universe. Every DNA has its own melody, as energy and matter is musical in nature. Our DNA can be “read” or “rewritten” as a textual (and acoustic!) genetic code.

Hinduism is based on LONGITUDIBAL WAVE sound and SCALAR  FIELDS .

Every thing oscillates  between two states of rest.  Everything produces a longitudinal vibration, --  a "sound of music ".

The brain and DNA are governed by the laws of quantum physics rather than the laws of biology or neurophysiology.

When we are stressed or negative, our biological energy reserves are diverted from the important task of regenerating and repairing the body.

We can counteract cellular quantum nutrient deprivation by focusing on genuine states of care, gratitude , appreciation and love.

Suryanamaskar without its associated mantras aint no Suryanamaskar at all.

You get good REM sleep when you do Suryanamaskar. Many antidepressants suppress REM sleep.. Many people who suffer from insomnia try to solve the problem with alcohol – the so-called night cap. While alcohol does help people fall into light sleep, it also robs them of REM and the deeper, more restorative stages of sleep. Instead, it keeps them in the lighter stages of sleep, from which they can be awakened easily.

REM sleep stimulates the brain regions used in learning. This may be important for normal brain development during infancy, which would explain why infants spend much more time in REM sleep than adults .

REM sleep affects learning of certain mental skills. People taught a skill and then deprived of non-REM sleep could recall what they had learned after sleeping, while people deprived of REM sleep could not.

People who do NOT get proper REM sleep can do PHD in a subject.    But after a year he has forgotten everything he learnt and is unable to put what he learnt in practice.  You can see that most of your bosses belong to this category and they illtreat you, so that fear can make you fill up his blanks and sustain his job security.  Without REM sleep you will lack perception.

REM sleep helps  prevent seizures that begin in one part of the brain from spreading to other brain regions, while deep sleep may promote the spread of these seizures. Sleep deprivation also triggers seizures in people with some types of epilepsy.

People with depression have very little REM sleep.  They often awaken in the early hours of the morning and find themselves unable to get back to sleep. The amount of sleep a person gets also strongly influences the symptoms of mental disorders. Sleep deprivation is an effective therapy for people with certain types of depression, while it can actually cause depression in other people.

Extreme sleep deprivation can lead to a seemingly psychotic state of paranoia and hallucinations in otherwise healthy people, and disrupted sleep can trigger episodes of mania (agitation and hyperactivity) in people with manic depression.

Sleeping problems are common in many other disorders as well, including Alzheimer's disease, stroke, cancer, and head injury.

These sleeping problems may arise from changes in the brain regions and neurotransmitters that control sleep, or from the drugs used to control symptoms of other disorders. In patients who are hospitalized or who receive round-the-clock care, treatment schedules or hospital routines also may disrupt sleep.

The old joke about a patient being awakened by a nurse so he could take a sleeping pill contains a grain of truth. Our good old Florence Nightingale( suffering from OCD )  was one such.

Once REM sleeping problems develop, they can add to a person's impairment and cause confusion, frustration, or depression. Patients who are unable to sleep also notice pain more and may increase their requests for pain medication.

Go to bed at a set time each night and get up at the same time each morning. Disrupting this schedule may lead to insomnia.

We typically enter REM approximately 90 minutes after falling asleep.

Suryanamaskar enhances Ojas -- the main life-supporting force within your body. According to Ayurveda, insomnia is often caused by being out of sync with nature.

Vitamin D isn’t like most other vitamins. Your body can make its own vitamin D when you expose your skin to sunlight. But your body can’t make other vitamins. You need to get other vitamins from the foods you eat.

Also what makes vitamin D unique compared to other vitamins, is that when  your body gets its vitamin D, it turns vitamin D into a hormone. This hormone is called “activated vitamin D” or “calcitriol.”

In olden days if they wanted you to die in prison, they would put you in a cell where NO daylight comes in.

The ideal calcium to magnesium ratio for the human body should be 1:1.

Too much calcium, depletes magnesium levels.

Humpless cow A1 milk's Calcium/ Magnesium ratio is 10:1.    Humped vedic cow milk has a lower ratio of 3:1.

Every 1 part of calcium will use up 1 part of magnesium, in order to be assimilated.  By relying on such humpless cow's milk for calcium, you will have magnesium deficiency and imbalance.

Magnesium is anti-inflammatory and a de-toxifier. Magnesium is the master molecule of the human body and is needed in over 300 different process the body performs. It is the catalyst of life.

The main reason for magnesium deficiency in the human body is drinking useless HUMPLESS cow’s toxic A1 milk and stress.

The WHITE REVOLUTION has spoilt the health of Indians.

Stress causes Magnesium to be flushed out through the urine or bowels . Deficiency of magnesium causes the body to accumulate toxins, degenerate quickly and premature aging leading to a host of other diseases.

Magnesium deficiency can trigger muscle tension, muscle soreness, muscle spasms, muscle cramps, and muscle fatigue.   Magnesium activates the enzymes necessary for a number of physiological functions, including neuromuscular contractions, heart and cardiovascular function, and the regulation of the acid-alkaline balance in the body.

Athletes use magnesium to increase energy and endurance.   Magnesium influences the release and activity of insulin, the hormone that helps control blood glucose (sugar) levels. If there is not enough magnesium to do this job, both insulin and glucose become elevated. The excess glucose gets stored as fat and contributes to obesity.

Now you know why hilly billy yanks who drink hajaar A1 milk are so fuckin’ fat and daft too for good measure —splitting hairs , sweating the small stuff and behaving like CHOOTS.

Too much calcium can contribute to depression and irritability, whereas magnesium helps your brain make the calming and feel good chemical called dopamine.  Depression and anxiety can begin with an imbalance of calcium and magnesium.

Magnesium, not calcium, is the mineral that calms your emotions as well as your muscles.  Serotonin is a natural antidepressant, but your brain needs magnesium in order to make serotonin.  Low serotonin production can cause a number of symptoms including depression, obsessive thinking, and anxiety. When you're under stress your body loses more magnesium than usual.

An imbalance of too much Calcium and too little magnesium causes depression. In USA  the top 20 highest-selling drugs are antidepressants ,which could be well solved with a proper diet and exercise

72% of Migraines are related Calcium magnesium imbalance. Magnesium is required for the body to produce and store energy. Without magnesium there is no energy, no movement, no life. It is that simple.

Magnesium permits a small amount of calcium to enter a nerve cell, just enough to allow electrical transmission along the nerves to and from the brain, then forces it back outside. Even our thoughts, via brain neurons, are dependent on magnesium.

Magnesium is essential for proper electrical and neurotransmitter function in the brain.  It help prevents cognitive decline and improve brain plasticity to better deal with stress and anxiety.

Magnesium compounds keep calcium in solution.  If you are deficient in magnesium, you can get kidney or gall stones that contain insoluble forms of calcium. Calcium represents a congealing or cementing quality, while magnesium represents dissolution or flexibility.

CHRISTIAN EVANGELISTS HANG AROUND EVERY KIDNEY HOSPITAL OFFERING FREE DIALYSIS IF THE FAMILY CONVERTS

Magnesium helps utilize B-complex vitamins, vitamin C, and vitamin E.  I drink tender coconut water to keep my magnesium levels.    Excess magnesium that is not deposited in bone or retained in tissue is excreted through the urine.

Stress causes your adrenal glands to produce more adrenaline and other hormones, like cortisol, causing more magnesium excretion. When your magnesium is low, your adrenal glands produce still more cortisol, which in turn decreases your levels of DHEA, -- an anti-aging hormone .

Alcoholism, renal disease, diabetes mellitus may all cause a magnesium deficiency to occur. Magnesium helps blood pressure become and stay regulated, reduces the formation of plaque in arteries, and reduces spasms. Magnesium prevents excessive amounts of calcium from damaging heart cells.

It also dilates your arteries, allowing better blood flow.

Magnesium is essential for proper insulin levels. You cannot produce insulin, you cannot secrete insulin, and your cells cannot recognize insulin without proper levels of Magnesium.

Excess calcium reduces magnesium.  Calcium and magnesium work together in muscle contraction and relaxation.  If magnesium isn't available, the mineral ion channels in cells are left wide open and calcium floods in leading to it's calcification. Loss of magnesium leads to a relentless increase of sodium and calcium which ultimately becomes the greatest form of cellular "Stress”.

Dominance of calcium over magnesium produces symptoms of muscle spasm. Migraines, eyelid twitch, heart flutters, back aches, premenstrual tension, leg cramps and constipation are all linked to calcium overload.  Excessive calcium may also result in kidney stones and heart valve calcifications.

Therefore, the ratio of calcium to magnesium has to be 1:1, as compared with a 15:1 ratio in present-day diets.

Magnesium deficiency can lead directly to cancer. While calcium is not used in many enzymes in the body, magnesium is a component of thousands of enzyme. Magnesium is essential for thousands of enzymes in the body and may be said to represent enzyme strength, while calcium represents structural strength or bone strength. .

In electrical terms, calcium represents a compressive pressure or voltage.  Magnesium is tensive and more about amperage or intensity.  Ohm’s law and Joule’s law apply here.  For example, Joule’s law states that voltage multiplied by amps = power or watts.

Both Calcium and Magnesium are divalent cations, both form hard compounds, and both have a mainly calming effect on the body, although magnesium is needed for energy production, as well.

The calcium magnesium ratio, reveals the physical, mental, emotional and other aspects of a person all at once. With a high ratio, calcium, the cement-like mineral, is more dominant.

This is associated with a kind of defensiveness ( behaving like a PRICK of the first order ).  When the ratio is low, the opposite can be true, and a person often demonstrates less defensiveness.

Magnesium and Vitamin D should be taken together in order to avoid vitamin D side effects and to maximize absorption of both nutrients. Nutrients don't work alone, and when it comes to taking vitamin D, it's important that you take magnesium.

Many of the 'Vitamin D Side Effects' are not problems with the vitamin D, but are problems with not getting enough magnesium!

6200 year old AyurvedIC TEXT Charaka Samhita recommended Magnesium rich foods.

As kids we ate plenty brown rice, fish, green leafy veggies , dhal , bananas, every day.

In TV reality shows like BIGG BOSS they keep the contestants LOW in magnesium so that they fight and behave in a stupid manner in the name of entertainment.

Grain refining processes for bread and pasta remove more than 95% of total magnesium. Bye bye Maggi noodles.

Refined GM oils and refined sugar  remove all Magnesium.  At least twenty nutrients are removed in refining flour. And only five are put back in when refined flours are “enriched”.  Magnesium is not one of them.

The typical American convenience food diet of fast food, pizzas, pastries, cookies and fried foods consists almost exclusively of refined grains, oils and sugars. Over time, excess consumption of these foods can lead to both obesity and magnesium deficiency, a potentially fatal combination.

GREEN REVOLUTION IS PUNJAB HAS BROUGHT DOWN THE LEVEL OF MAGNESIUM.

OUR ZIONIST DARLING AND GM FOOD LOVER MODI MUST NOW THAT GM CROPS GROW BIGGER AND FASTER BUT THEY DO NOT HAVE THE CAPABILITY TO UPTAKE NUTRIENTS AT THE SAME FAST RATE.

Vitamin-fixing bacteria in the soil,  earthworms, natural soil aerators and fertilizers, have been eliminated from GM crop farms.

Without this living environment, soils produce vegetation with dramatically reduced vitamin and mineral content.

Potash, a commonly-used potassium fertilizer easily taken up by plants, severely  reduces the amount of magnesium absorbed by the plant.   Modern nitrogen-based fertilizers have a tendency to make crops bulkier, yet nutrient poor.

The desh drohi GREEN REVOLUTION has caused EVIL pharma to sing all the way to the bank
The human body is equipped to absorb dietary magnesium sources from organic foods and NOT from pills , tablets and processed foods.

Our ancient seer Maharishis with 12 strand DNA laid out the foundation of Quantum physics in our ancient 7000 year old Sanskrit scriptures -none of which is superstition.

BALLS THIS JEW NOAM CHOMSKY IS AN INTELLECTUAL..

NLP-conmen talk about being able to ‘reprogram’ their own (and other’s) brain.. NLP has given credence to Jew Noam Chomsky’s mindless “Colorless green ideas sleep furiously” linquistics ..

Chomsky can fool the whole planet, but NOT Capt Ajit Vadakayil who knows when the emperor walks naked..

Chomsky's linguistics are as warped as his double agent politics…

Noam Chomsky invented something called 'universal grammar' which is somehow programmed into us at birth.. In India almost everybody knows at least 3 languages .. It is pretty obvious to us that there is no such thing as 'universal grammar'..

It is bullshit that we formulate 'deep structures' in our heads using 'universal grammar'—and that too in a stupid language called English..

The combination of junk science and junk politics has made Chomsky an attractive - and unstoppable - juggernaut in the kosher controlled Western academic world…

Linguists who reject the bullshit Chomskyan paradigm are marginalized , blackballed and shut out of the profession entirely..

Chomsky is a Rothschild backed prophet who demands that people believe him. ..Since his claims cannot be proved, they have to be taken on faith…

Universal grammar (UG) in linguistics, is the theory of the genetic component of the language faculty, credited to Noam Chomsky…

The basic postulate of UG is that a certain set of structural rules are innate to humans, independent of sensory experience. .With more linguistic stimuli received in the course of psychological development, children then adopt specific syntactic rules that conform to UG.

Chomsky argued that the human brain contains a limited set of constraints for organizing language. This implies in turn that all languages have a common structural basis: the set of rules known as "universal grammar" ( sic )..

Sanskrit is the mother of all language . .

I know Sanskrit—Chomsky does not. .

My mother tongue Malayalam is the closet language on this planet to Sanskrit-- and I studied Sanskrit in school ..

Sanskrit is the oldest language on this planet , while Malayalam ( the language of Danavas ) is second oldest. .

Every vestige of ancient Indian knowledge is Danava. . I am a Danava..

In Sanskrit every word (except adverbs and particles) is inflected, and the grammatical inflexion itself shows the relation in which one word stands to another.. Thus grammatically speaking, there is no order as such that need be much attended to ....

CHOMSKY HAS NO RIGHT TO CALL HIMSELF A LINGUISTICS EXPERT WITHOUT BASIC UNDERSTANDING OF SANSKRIT—THE MOTHER OF ALL LANGUAGES . ..

SRUTI OF VEDAS IN SANSKRIT IS 400 CENTURIES OLD…

CHOOT Chomsky spAke—“A grammar contains a syntactic component, a semantic component and a phonological component...The syntactic component consists of a base and a transformational component. The base, in turn, consists of a categorial subcomponent and a lexicon. The base generates deep structures. A deep structure enters the semantic component and receives a semantic interpretation; it is mapped by transformational rules into a surface structure, which is then given a phonetic interpretation by the rules of the phonological component”..

In above grammar model of CHOOT CHOMSKY , syntax is given a prominent, generative role, whereas phonology and semantics are assigned secondary, interpretive roles..

The theoretical constructs and principles of the generative grammar introduced by Chomsky such as deep structures, transformations, autonomy and primacy of syntax, etc. deserve to be shat on and thrown on Chomsky’s face. ..

I am sorry, I have been reduced to this…

Mindless Chomskyanism has been the dominant paradigm in linguistics for nearly forty years…

So, so , so-- If you toe CHOOT Chomsky’s line, you are a genius ?..

Not any more !.

  1. CONTINUED FROM 1-

Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) was invented in the mid-70s by Richard Bandler (a psychology and philosophy graduate) and John Grinder (a linguist). It originally grew out of observations made in therapy, and a metaphorical extension of some of the concepts of Chomsky’s transformational grammar..

Noam Chomsky developed the BULLSHIT idea that each sentence in a language has two levels of representation — a deep structure and a surface structure. The deep structure represents the core semantic relations of a sentence, and is mapped onto the surface structure (which follows the phonological form of the sentence very closely) via transformations. .

All this in a BULLSHIT language called English…

Chomsky emphasized the priority of generative syntax over semantics in linguistics. When some of his former students proposed generative semantics, Chomsky denounced them with such vehemence that they couldn’t get published in mainstream linguistics journals. Hey, “Syntax without semantics is meaningless.”..

A sentence like "They criticized the party on the beach" is ambiguous…

The consituent "on the beach" could relate to either "the beach" or "criticized", and thus two different parse trees (syntactic interpretations) can describe this sentence..

The two semantic interpreations corresponding to the trees would be:--

E.g. They criticized the party, which took place on the beach..
    or
They criticized the party while walking on the beach..

While the first interpretation stands out as more likely, one could imagine a context, where the second interpretation is possible. ..This is why English is a BULLSHIT language ..

    Mantras language must have—
    1) More than 5000 years old
    2) Accurate expression
    3) Clear speech and perfect pronunciation
    4) No changes since it was first made
    5) Must have a meaning built into every word and hence must have immense vocabulary.
    6) Must have precise golden ratio sound harmonics ( Fibonacci/ Sri Yantra )
    7) Mathematical and geometrical precision
    8) Phonetic—direct link between sound and signs
    9) Script must be based on the spoken form
    10) Cannot have spellings like English
    11) Cannot have silent alphabets
    12) Words must unfold from seed forms
    13) Natural continuity is word making
    14) Natural continuity in sentence making
    15) Sound must have vibration
    16) Sounds must have resonance— (this is just the tip of the iceberg )
    17) Alphabets must form in cymatics when uttered
    18) Must not have proper nouns
    19) Must be polite with no bad words in the un- abridged dictionary
    20) Mantras in this language must be approved by a gifted seer and the effect felt on his chakras

Only Sanskrit qualifies for all above…

CUNT NOAM CHOMSKY MUST LEARN SANSKRIT –AND THEN BURN ALL HIS BULLSHIT BOOKS ON LINGUISTICS..

This blogsite does NOT get impressed with Noam Chomsky. I have kicked this fellow into my garbage bucket—he is No 4 in this list..

THE LINGUISTICS PART OF NLP - FOUNDED BY BANDLER AND GRINDER ARE DERIVED FROM NOAM CHOMSKYs LINGUISTIC SHIT - TRANSFORMATIONAL GRAMMAR, SYNTAX AND DELETION PHENOMENA..

Noam Chomsky's BULLSHIT book Syntactic Structures on transformational grammar dominates the field of linguistics today..

Noam Chomsky’s BULLSHIT book Aspects of the Theory of Syntax developed the idea that each sentence in a language has two levels of representation — a deep structure and a surface structure. .

The deep structure represents the core semantic relations of a sentence, and is mapped onto the surface structure..

The cognitive revolution is the name for a PSEUDO intellectual movement six decades ago. It began in the modern context of greater interdisciplinary communication and research. The relevant areas of interchange were the combination of psychology, anthropology, and linguistics ( bullshit of Noam Chomsky ) with approaches developed within the then-nascent fields of artificial intelligence, computer science, and neuroscience…

THIS WAS MINDLESS REVERSE ENGINEERING OF THE HUMAN THOUGHT PROCESS..

CONMEN DAZZLED EVERYBODY WITH THEIR BRILLIANCE , MADE SURE NOBODY UNDERSTOOD IT –AND BY THE MID EIGHTIES THE COGNITIVE SHIT HAD BECOME ZE DOMINANT RESEARCH LINE OF INQUIRY IN MOST PSYCHOLOGY RESEARCH FIELDS..

The five key ideas that made up the cognitive revolution:--

"The mental world can be grounded in the physical world by the concepts of information, computation, and feedback."..
"The mind cannot be a blank slate because blank slates don't do anything."..
"An infinite range of behavior can be generated by finite combinatorial programs in the mind."..
"Universal mental mechanisms can underlie superficial variation across cultures."..
"The mind is a complex system composed of many interacting parts."..

WHEN INTELLIGENT PEOPLE OUTSIDE THIS CLOSED GRUP—ASKED WHAT THE FUCK IS ALL THIS COGNITIVE SHIT—THEY GOT CAUGHT WITH THEIR PANTS DOWN AND SEAMLESSLY CROSSED OVER TO POSTCOGNITIVISM..

PEOPLE LIKE NOAM CHOMSKY MUST BE SHOT WITH THEIR OWN SHIT DERIVED AND BLENDED FROM ALL 5 CHRONS KOSHER ASSHOLES ..

ANYBODY WHO TRIES STUNTS WITH NLP LINGUISTICS IS A CUNT OF THE FIRST ORDER— USING PATHETIC “TAG QUESTIONS “..

A NLP tag question is added to the end of a statement to invite agreement. Tag questions are a deliberate device that distracts the conscious mind of recipients with something they can agree with. The effect is that the statement in front of the tag question goes directly to the unconscious mind and is acted upon ( BALLS ) :

    ## This is easy, isn’t it?.
    ## Your health is important, you know?..
    ## You can, can’t you?..
    ## It’s time to relax, don’t you know?.

NLP claims to help people change by teaching them to program their brains. We were given brains, we are told, but no instruction manual. NLP offers you a user-manual for the brain. Hey, how about a user manual for the PRICK ?..

When you have so much deceit—how can Jew Rothschild’s double agent Noam Chomsky be far behind?.

Noam Chomsky , who is called the “father of linguistics “ developed a theory of language which states that the Surface Structure of a phrase or sentence contains elements which point to the Deep Structure, a set of beliefs and assumptions about the world. TEE HEEEE !

Chomsky baby wrote a book Syntactic Structures laid the foundation of his non-empiricist theory of language. .

I have read this BAFFLE WITH BULLSHIT book about transformational grammar-- deep structure/ surface structure. .

Chomsky baby got many accolades for his work worldwide in the fields of linguistics, philosophy, and social/political theory . .

Capt Ajit Vadakayil says—this is mindless bullshit. . This JEW lifted epistemology from Upanishads without any understanding. He has written more than 100 books –all bullshit.. .

Chomsky is credited with the distinction of being cited as a source in papers, books or other writings more than any other scholar still alive. This is a measure of the poor quality of our thinkers on this planet…

This is the reason why he is NO 4 in my trash list..

Chomsky’s linguistics with links to cognitive psychology has been absorbed into NLP. This is the reason why scholars praise NLP. After all Chomsky has been recognized as an world class intellectual by Rothschild’s media…

Hey conman Chomsky, every heard of a language named Sanskrit which emanated from DNA and does NOT care for SYNTAX ? Only stupid western languages have syntax…

Noam Chomsky, you legacy will be written by Capt Ajit Vadakayil

"When it comes to syntax, Noam Chomsky is famous for proposing that beneath every sentence in the mind of a speaker is an invisible, inaudible deep structure, the interface to the mental lexicon. The deep structure is converted by transformational rules into a surface structure that corresponds more closely to what is pronounced and heard. The rationale is that certain constructions, if they were listed in the mind as surface structures, would have to be multiplied out in thousands of redundant variations that would have to have been learned one by one, whereas if the constructions were listed as deep structures, they would be simple, few in number, and economically learned." ..

    BLAH BLAH FUCKIN’ BLAH..

JEW CHOMSKY --THE KING OF ALL OBFUSCATORS ..

To give NLP an aura of infallibility they had LIED that NLP are all formal models based on mathematical, logical principles such as predicate calculus and the mathematical equations underlying holography. BALLS AGAIN . The founders on NLP do not know math.. Capt Ajit Vadakayil does..

The Prana is the finest vital force in everything which becomes visible on  the physical plane as motion and action and on the mental plane as thought..

Prana is the very essence of cosmic life, that subtle principle which evolved the whole universe into its present form and which is pushing it towards its ultimate goal. To the Yogi the whole universe is his body.

The matter which composes his body is the same that evolved the universe. The force which pulsates through his nerves is not different from the force which vibrates through the universe. The conquest over his own body , therefore, means  to him the conquest over the forces of nature.

According to Hindu Philosophy the whole nature is composed of two principal substances. One of them is called the Akasa or ether and the other, Prana or energy..

Everything in this universe that possesses form or that has material existence, is evolved out of this omnipresent and all-pervasive subtle substance ‘Akasa’.   Gas, liquid and solid, the whole universe, consisting of our solar system and millions of huge systems like ours and in fact every kind of existence that may be brought under the word ‘created’, are the products of this one subtle and invisible Akasa and at the end of each cycle return to the starting point.

In the same way, all the way of forces of nature that are known to man; gravitation, light, heat, electricity, magnetism all those that can be grouped under the generic name of ‘energy’, physical creation, nerve-currents, all such as are known as animal forces and thought and other intellectual forces , may be said to be the manifestations of the cosmic Prana.

Conservation of matter and conservation of energy are the two fundamental laws of nature. While one teaches that the sum total of Akasa forming the universe, is constant, the other teaches that the sum total of energy that vibrates the universe, is also a constant quantity.

At the end of each cycle the different manifestations of energy quiet down and become potential: so also the Akasa which becomes indistinguishable: but at the beginning of the next cycle the energies start up again and act on the Akasa so as to involve the various forms.

Accordingly, when the Akasa changes and becomes gross or subtle, Prana also changes and becomes gross or subtle.

As the human body is only a microcosm to a Yogi, his body composed of the nervous system and the internal organs of perception represent to him, the microcosmic Akasa, the nerve-currents and thought-currents, and the cosmic Prana.

To understand the secrets of their workings and to control them is, therefore, to get the highest knowledge and the conquest of the universe.  He who has grasped this Prana, has grasped the very core of cosmic life and activity.

Prana is the sum total of all energy that is manifest in the universe. It is the sum total of all the forces in nature. It is the sum total of all latent forces and powers which are hidden in men and which lie everywhere around us. Heat, light, electricity, magnetism are the manifestations of Prana.

All forces, all powers and Prana spring from the fountain or common source, Brahman.

All physical forces, all mental forces come under the category ‘Prana’. It is force on every plane of being, from the highest to the lowest. Whatever moves or works or has life, is but an expression or manifestation of Prana.

Akasa or ether also is an expression of Prana. The Prana is related to mind and through mind to will, and through will to the individual soul, and through this to the Supreme Being. If you know how to control the little waves of Prana working through the mind, then the secret of subjugating universal Prana will be known to you.

The Yogi who becomes an expert in the knowledge  of this secret, will have no fear from any power, because he has mastery over all the manifestations of powers in the universe. What is  commonly known as power of personality is nothing more than the natural capacity of a person to  wield his Prana.

Some persons are more successful in life, more influential and fascinating than others. It is all due to the power of this Prana.

This working of Prana is seen in the systolic and diastolic actions of the heart, when it pumps the blood into arteries in the action of inspiration and expiration during the course of breathing; in the digestion of food; in the excretion of urine and faecal matter; in the manufacture of semen, chyle, chyme, gastric juice, bile, intestinal juice, saliva; in closing and opening of the eyelids, in walking, playing, running, talking, thinking, reasoning, feeling and willing.

Prana is the link between the astral and physical body. When the slender thread-link Prana is cut off the astral body separates from the physical body. Death takes place. The Prana that was working in the physical body is withdrawn into the astral body.

This Prana remains in a subtle, motionless, unmanifested, undifferentiated state during the cosmic Pralaya. When the vibration is set up, Prana moves and acts upon Akasa, and brings forth the various forms. The macrocosm (Brahmanda) and microcosm (Pindanda) are combinations of Prana (energy) and Akasa (matter).

It is Prana that you are breathing rather than the atmospheric air. Inhale slowly and steadily with a concentrated mind. Retain it as long as you can do it comfortably. Then exhale slowly. There should be no strain in any stage of Pranayama.

Realise the occult inner life-powers which underlie the breath. Become a Yogi and radiate joy, light and power all around you.. Prana is called Jyeshtha and Sreshtha (oldest and best) in Upanishads. It is through the vibrations of psychic Prana that the life of the mind, Sankalpa or thinking is kept up and thought is produced.

You see, hear, talk, sense, think, feel, will, know, etc., through the help of Prana and therefore Srutis declare: “Prana is Brahman.”

The air-sacs of the lungs when spread out over an unbroken surface, would cover, an area of 1,40,000 square feet. The number of respiration per minute is 16. In pneumonia it is increased to 60, 70, 80 per minute. In Asthma, the bronchial tubes become spasmodic.

Lungs purify the blood. The blood starts in its arterial journey, bright-red and rich-laden with life-giving qualities and properties.

It returns by the venous route, poor, blue-laden with the waste matter of the system. Arteries are tubes or vessels that carry pure oxygenated blood from the heart towards the different parts of the body. Veins are vessels or tubes that carry back impure blood from the different parts of the body.

The right side of the heart contains impure venous blood. From the right side of the heart the impure blood goes to the lungs, for purification. It is distributed among the millions of tiny air-cells of the lungs.

A breath of air is inhaled and the oxygen of the air comes in contact with the impure blood through the thin walls of the hair-like blood-vessels of the lungscalled pulmonary capillaries. The walls of the capillaries are very thin.

They are like muslin cloth or sieve. Blood oozes out or exudes readily. Oxygen penetrates through the walls of these thin capillaries. From the arteries the pure blood goes into the thin capillaries. From the capillaries the lymph of the blood exudes, bathes and nourishes the tissues of the body.

Tissue respiration takes place in the tissues. Tissues take up the oxygen and leave the carbon dioxide. The impurities are taken by the veins to the right side of the heart.

Sushumna is the most important of all the Nadis. It is the sustainer of the universe and the path of the universe and the path of salvation. Situated at the back of the anus, it is attached to the spinal column and extends to the Brahmarandhra of the head and is invisible and subtle.

The real work of a Yogi begins when Sushumna begins to function. Sushumna runs along the centre of the spinal cord or spinal column.

Above the genital organs and below the navel is the Kanda, of the shape of a bird’s egg. There arise from it all the Nadis 72,000 in number. Of these, seventy-two are common and generally known. Of those the chief ones are ten and they carry the Pranas. Ida, Pingala, Sushumna, Gandhari, Hastijihva, Pusa, Yusasvini, Alambusa, Kuhuh and Sankhini are said to be the ten important Nadis.

If the coiled-up energy, Kundalini, passes up along the Sushumna Nadi and is taken up from Chakra to Chakra the Yogi gets different sorts of experiences, powers and Ananda.

Kundalini is the serpent power or sleeping Sakti, that has 3 1/2 coils with face downwards, in the Muladhara Chakra, at the base of the spine.

No Samadhi is possible without its being awakened.

The practice of Kumbhaka in Pranayama produces heat and thereby Kundalini is awakened and passes upwards along the Sushumna Nadi.  Then the Kundalini passes along the Six Chakras and eventually gets united with Lord Siva, seated on the Sahasrara or thousand-petalled lotus, at the crown of the head.

Nirvikalpa Samadhi ensues now and the Yogi gets liberation and all the divine Aishvaryas. One should practice control of breath with concentration of mind.

Kundalini is like a thread and is resplendent. When it is awakened it hisses like a serpent beaten with a stick and enters the hole of Sushumna. When it travels from Chakra to Chakra, layer after layer of the mind becomes open and the Yogi acquires various Siddhis (psychic powers).

Chakras are centres of spiritual energy. They are located in the astral body, but they have corresponding centres in the physical body also. They can hardly be seen by the naked eyes. Only a clairvoyant can see with his astral eyes. Tentatively they correspond to certain plexuses in the physical body.

There are six important Chakras. They are: Muladhara (containing 4 petals) at the anus; Svadhishthana (6 petals) at the genital organ; Manipura (10 petals) at navel; Anahata (12 petals) at the heart; Visudha (16 petals) at the throat and Ajna (2 petals) at the space between the two eyebrows. The seventh Chakra is known as Sahasrara, which contains a thousand petals

The Yogi should take his food at a time when Surya Nadi or Pingala is working, i.e., when the breath flows through the right nostril, because Pingala is heating and digests the food quickly.

Pranayama should not be practised just after taking meals, nor when one is very hungry.

For many of us, deep breathing seems unnatural. There are several reasons for this. For one, body image has a negative impact on respiration in our culture. A flat stomach is considered attractive, so women (and men) tend to hold in their stomach muscles.

This interferes with deep breathing and gradually makes shallow “chest breathing” seem normal, which increases tension and anxiety. Shallow breathing limits the diaphragm’s range of motion. The lowest part of the lungs doesn’t get a full share of oxygenated air. That can make you feel short of breath and anxious.

Deep abdominal breathing encourages full oxygen exchange — that is, the beneficial trade of incoming oxygen for outgoing carbon dioxide. Not surprisingly, it can slow the heartbeat and lower or stabilize blood pressure.

Rapid breathing ( hyperventilation ) is controlled by the sympathetic nervous system. It’s part of the “fight or flight” response — the part activated by stress.

LONG AGO, WE WERE IN THE RIVER THAMES

MY THIRD MATE CALLED ME ON THE TELEPHONE AND SAID THAT THE BRITISH PILOT IS RACIST AND HE CALLS INDIANS SUPERSTITIOUS SAVAGES

SO PRETTY SOON WAS ON THE BRIDGE

THE FAT PILOT ( OLD MAN ) WAS SITTING ON THE PILOT CHAIR-- USING A ROSARY AND MUTTERING SOMETHING (LIKE HOLY GHOST FATHER SON--WHATEVER )

SO I ASKED HIM-- HOW MANY BEADS DOES YOUR ROSARY HAVE ?

HE SAID --I DONT KNOW--HIS PRIEST GAVE IT TO HIM

SO I TOLD HIM, EVERY ROSARY ON THE PLANET -- OF ANY RELIGION HAS 108 BEADS-- AS THIS NUMBER REPRESENTS OM-- THE HINDU KING MANTRA

HE COUNTED THE BEADS AND SAID-- YOU ARE RIGHT CAPTAIN , THERE ARE 108 BEADS IN MY ROSARY

THEN I ASKED HIM-- HOW MANY PORTALS DOES YOUR STONEHENGE HAVE ?

HE SAID-- I DONT KNOW

THEN HE QUICKLY PUT ON HIS LAPTOP , COUNTED AND SAID -- 27 PORTALS

I SAID-- THESE ARE THE 27 NAKSHATRAS OF HINDU ASTRONOMY.

EACH NAKSHATRA HAS 4 PADAS .  SO 27 X 4 = 108

YOUR STONEHENGE WAS MADE BY HINDU SAGES --AND THIS STRUCTURE REPRESENTS OM

THIS PILOT WAS TOTALLY TAKEN ABACK -- HE DID NOT EVEN WANT TO CONTEST ---

HE APOLOGIZED TO MY THIRD MATE FOR CALLING INDIANS SUPERSTITIOUS SAVAGES.

Each of the 27 Nakshatra is divided into four Pada = 4 quarters. 27 x 4 = 108= digital value of OM.

108 IS A DIVINE NUMBER --. NOBODY CAN STEAL THIS NUMBER AND GIVE IT TO ANY OTHER LAND OTHER THAN INDIA, OR RELIGION OTHER THAN SANATANA DHARMA.

Every Nakshatra measures 13.20' (13 degrees and 20 minutes).

Each Nakshatra is divided into 4 parts of 3.20' (3 degrees and 20 minutes). These parts are called padas (charan )

As per our Hindu Mythology, Moon had married all the 27 daughters of King Dakshan, who are the 27 nakshatras in the sky. But, Moon loved to spend time with only one his beloved queen Rohini Nakshtara, which is also the exaltation point for Moon. Other wives (Nakshtras) complained to their father (King Dakshan), repeated requested to Moon by King was unable to change Moon's nature, finally King Dakshan got angry and cursed Moon, causing it to wane in size.

Moon started diminishing in size. Since the consequences of this was not good, all Devas intervened and requested King Dakshan to withdraw the curse. King was given assurance that Moon will visit all his wives, since the curse cannot be revoked completely, King Dakshan said Moon will regained his strength for half a month, that is the reason Moon transits all 27 nakshtras in a month, completing the zodiac orbit causing Amavasya and Poornima by waxing and waning in size.

The 27 nakshatras, each with 4 padas, give 108, which is the number of beads in a japa mala,

Each zodiac sign has a total of 9 padas.
There are 12 zodiac signs. So, 12*9 = 108 padas.
Each nakshatra has 4 padas.

Span of each pada is 3° 20′. So, 3° 20′*4 = 13° 20′(which is the span of one nakshatra)

W hen we use the word 'swara', we are talking  about something more than the air which flows from  the nostrils, we are also talking about the flow of prana, a very  subtle and vital aspect of the breath.

Swara yoga is the ancient science of pranic body rhythms  which explains how the movement of prana can be controlled  by manipulation of the breath. With exciting developments accelerating in such areas

As bioenergetics, psychotronics and Kirlian photography, the science of swara yoga is now in great demand. Swara etymologically means 'the sound of one's own  breath'. Yoga means 'union'.

Therefore, swara yoga enables  the state of union to be reached by means of one's breath. Through the practice of swara yoga, one can realize the  breath as being the medium of the cosmic life force ..The  breath has so much importance in human existence that the  ancient rishis or seers evolved a complete science around it just from studying the simple process of respiration.

Swara yoga, however, should not be confused with  pranayama, which involves a different aspect of the breath.

Although both deal with prana, swara yoga emphasizes the  analysis of the breath and the significance of different pranic  rhythms, whereas pranayama involves techniques to redirect,  store and control prana. Swara yoga may therefore be said to  involve the practices of pranayama, but in fact it is a much  more extensive and precise science.

Shiva Swarodaya  extols the significance of  the different types of breath or pranic rhythms as told by  Lord Shiva to his wife Shakti.  Mind you, both are cosmic allegories.

Swara yoga explains how the flow of the swara changes at  regular intervals; it is not at all erratic. Every 90 minutes the active nostril changes. This  rhythm regulates all the psychological and physiological  processes. If the swara is irregular, it is a clear indication  that something is not functioning properly in the body.
.
One swara flows through the left nostril,  another flows through the right, and the third flows through both nostrils together. The different swaras influence us in various ways by stimulating different energy centres and aspects of the nervous system.

The  Swara Yogi can shift his dominant nostril at will.    Hyperventilation is allowed in Yoga only to shift the predominant nostril.. . Thus, swara yoga aims at harmonizing the mind and body by adjusting the actions with the  swara. The left nostril is connected to the ida network of nadis, the  right nostril to pingala, and when both nostrils function  together, the main channel or sushumna network is  stimulated.

In fact, it is not just by chance that the swara flows  sometimes through the right nostril and at other times  through the left. The rhythm of the body is based on the  biorhythms, the energy rhythms of the body, and it also relates to the two hemispheres of the brain.

In swara yoga, mind is known as chitta, life  force as prana and spirit as atma. Chitta controls the sensory  nerves: the eyes, nose, tongue, ears and skin. Prana controls  the five organs of action: speech, hands, feet, reproductive  and urinary/excretory organs.

Atma is the overall witness or  controller. When the left nostril flows, it indicates that the mental  energy, chitta, is predominant, and the pranic energy is  weak. When the right nostril flows, the pranic forces are  stronger and the mental aspect is weak. When both nostrils  operate together, it indicates that the spiritual energy, the  force of the atma, is in power.

In the tantric tradition Lord Shiva, who is known as Adinath (the primordial guru), first expounded the knowledge  of swara to his disciple, his wife.. Shiva implores Shakti ( wife ) to make sure that the science is kept  very secret and sacred, and remains the highest of all the  vidyas or forms of knowledge. Lord Shiva further states that  in all the seven lokas he knows no greater wisdom or treasure  than the swara.

If you ever take the time to observe the breath and the  manner in which the air flows in and out of the nostrils, you  will notice that most of the time respiration takes place  through one nostril only. It appears that respiration occurs  through both nostrils simultaneously, but this is not so.

When you observe the breath, you will find that one nostril  usually remains open for a certain duration of time and the  breath comes and goes through that side only. Later this  nostril closes and the alternate nostril opens.

What does this mean? Physiologically, it has a particular  effect on the nervous system, producing a certain type of  stimulus. Furthermore, it has a specific influence on the  brain which requires very systematic regulation.

The Upanishads refer to swara as atmaswaroopa or brahmaswaroopa, thus inferring that man is a part of Brahman or  the universal consciousness. If you can realize the true  reality of the breath, you can realize the atma or soul.

Ordinary breathing is a mechanical function performed by  the physical body, but in swara yoga breathing is a process which can be manipulated and controlled.

According to the swara shastras, by analysis of the breath deeper understanding of the cosmos is unfolded and the wisdom revealed within the Vedas can be realized. Through knowledge of the swara, a sadhaka can become a perfected yogi.

Effects of swara yoga are also very subtle. It aims at directly awakening the highest human potential.
Swara yoga is a path which leads to total experience and awakening of the entire being.

The energy flows created by the left and right swaras act  something like the positive and negative currents in an  electrical circuit. The left swara is the negative line, while  the right is the positive. When the right nostril is flowing, it  is said that pingala stimulates the body. When the left nostril  is flowing, ida stimulates the mental faculties.

During the time when the swara is alternating, both nostrils become  active simultaneously. Then sushumna nadi is said to  stimulate the atma or spiritual potential. But this usually  occurs only during the period of changeover for a couple of  minutes.

If either swara predominates for too long it is a sign of warning that one of the branches of the autonomic nervous system is being over stressed and only one of the brain hemispheres is being fully utilized. The co-ordination of these three Nadis gives health, strength, mental peace and long life - and clear the way for the spiritual growth. Once this understanding takes place, the breathing pattern can be altered at will to make the life harmonious and balanced.

Sushumna nadi is the cause of spiritual actions and it is  the purpose of every yogic and tantric system to activate it. Sushumna runs straight up the centre of the spine and  merges with ida and pingala a little above the nasal root at  ajna chakra, the point behind the eyebrow centre.

It is  through sushumna that the kundalini shakti, the high- powered spiritual force, has to be channelled. When both  nostrils are active, it is an indication that the sushumna  passage is open. Therefore, equalizing the breath is important for it is associated with the opening of sushumna nadi.

When sushumna flows, the mental and physical energy  patterns become even and rhythmic, the thoughts are stilled  and the mind is calm. Therefore, it is also known as the  shoonya swara. Shoonya means void. For the yogi this is the  most significant type of swara because it aids in the practice  of dhyana or meditation. The aim of swara yoga is therefore  to develop the shoonya swara by reducing the activities of  the alternating breath.

There are many techniques for controlling the swara so  that during the day the left nostril remains active and prana  moves in a particular direction. Or by making the prana  flow through the right nostril during the night you can  create another type of energy movement and stimulus, so  that you can have a good sleep without tranquillizers, work  the whole day without becoming fatigued, or you can digest  food without taking appetisers or digestives. These are all  different aspects of swara yoga.

When you are meditating, praying or contemplating  the truth, it is spiritual action. When you are walking, talking,  urinating or eating, it is physical action. When digestion is  going on and the enzymes are flowing in the body, it is  physical action. But when you are worried or have many  thoughts on your mind, or when you are memorizing a  poem or song, or planning something, it is mental action.

Whether you have compassion in your mind or you are  angry with somebody, it is all mental action. These are just a  lew examples of the three categories of action.

The left swara presides over  mental actions, the right swara over physical actions, and  both swaras together preside over spiritual actions. Sleeping on the left side opens the right nostril, while sleeping on the right side opens the flow through the left nostril. Putting a small cushion under the armpit and pressing it with your bodyweight will help you further.

Inhalation through the active nostril and exhalation through the inactive nostril helps to change the dominance. In order to maintain balance and harmony of body, mind, and prana, the practice Nadi Shodhana Pranayama (alternate-nostril breath) is considered very helpful. It helps in balancing the flow of the breath and re-establishes the natural nasal cycle. It also brings regularity in the inner body system and develops complete control over all pranic and mental activities.

NADI SHODHANA PRANAYAMA

Sit in a comfortable position steadily. Keep the palm of the right hand facing the face. Bend the first two fingers next to the thumb inside. Now put the right thumb on the right nostril and last two fingers of the same hand should be used to press the left nostril. Remember, for the practice of this Pranayama always start & finish the breathing from the left nostril.

TECHNIQUE

1. Breathe in through the left nostril. Close the left nostril with the ring & little fingers and breathe out through the right nostril.
2. Breathe in through the right nostril. Close the right nostril with the thumb & breathe out through the left nostril.
3. This completes one round of Nadi Shodhana.

SWARA YOGA WHEN MASTERED KEEPS YOU IN THE ZONE –IN THE FLOW..
SWARA IS RELATED TO MOON PHASE WHEN IT COMES TO WOMEN

Tattwa sadhana involves analyzing the breath

The philosophy of yoga explains how the whole universe is the composition of the five elements, or Tattwas of prithvi (earth), Jalas (water), Agni (fire). Vayu (air) and Akasha (ether).

The human body, being composed of the same stuff as the universe, therefore reflects the properties of these elements through every cell. In Swara yoga a more detailed explanation is given, for it says that these elements, which are ‘hidden in a subtler level of existence’, can easily be recognized by the nature of the outgoing breath.

Shiva Swarodaya,  which went on ora route alone  consists of 395 sutras with amazingly detailed descriptions of various practical aspects which can be easily learnt and practiced by a modern scientific man with confirmatory tests.

The practice of Shiva Swarodaya allows us to synchronize our breath with the universal rhythm. This alignment removes undue efforts, stress and strain from our daily activities.

Shiva tells his wife -- Now I will describe the science of the origin of the swaras which reside in the body. With the knowledge of the swaras, which move in the form of HAMSO (i.e. the sound of the outgoing HAM and incoming SO breath), one acquires knowledge of the past, present and future.

THIS IS WHAT RASCAL AND FAKE GURU SRI SRI RAVISHANKAR IS PEDDLING AS SOHUM “SUDARSHAN KRIYA “ HYPERVENTILATION—WHICH CAN KILL YOU.

Shiva tells his wife in Shiva Swarodaya  ( just a peek—CHAATNE KE VAASTE  ) —“  O lady of beautiful face, all the shastras, puranas, smritis and the vedangas are nothing beyond the knowledge of swara. The Swarodaya shastra is the best of all scriptures

Within the swara are the three planes of existence (conscious, subconscious, unconscious). Swara is verily the atma (self-illumined). Within the swara the entire Vedas, shastras and musical knowledge are contained. Everything is meaningless without the knowledge of swara. An astrologer without the knowledge of swara isas useless as a masterless house, a mouth without scriptures or a headless body.

The one who has discrimination regarding the nadis, prana, tattwas and sushumna has the right to attain liberation. . In the macro and microcosmos all are created only by the swara, which is also the cause of creation and dissolution..

There has neither been seen nor heard anything more confidential, more valuable or more knowledgeable than the knowledge of swara. Ida nadi is on the left side of the body, pingala on the right side, sushumna in the centre, and gandhari in the left eye.

Hastijihva is in the right eye, poosha in the right ear, yashaswini in the left ear, alambusha in the mouth.

Kuhu is in the reproductive organs and shankhini in the anal region. In this manner all these ten nadis are situated in the openings of the body.  When you exhale, the sound is Ha and when you inhale the sound is SA.  HA is in the form of Shiva (consciousness) and SA is in the form of Shakti (energy).

The controller of the flow of the left nadi is the moon who also resides in it in the form of Shakti. The controller of the flow of the right nadi is the sun in the form of Shambhu (Shiva). Those who always practice thoroughly controlling their lunar and solar nadis have knowledge of past and future ready at hand.

Ida nadi on the left is like amrit (nectar) and the giver of strength and nourishment. Pingala on the right is responsible for all creativity. . Chandra, the lunar flow, is the female principle; and surya, the solar flow, is the male principle.

Understand that the moon is Shakti, the sun is Shiva. The complexion of the moon is fair and that of the sun is dark. During the flow of chandra nadi (ida), placid works should be done.

During the flow of surya nadi, difficult and hard works should be done. During the flow of sushumna those actions leading to bhukti (sensual enjoyment) and mukti (liberation) should be undertaken.

During the first three days of the bright fortnight, the lunar nadi flows first and then alternates. In the first three days of the dark fortnight, the solar nadi flows first and then alternates. From this order you should know the rising time of the swara.

The earth element is concerned with the stars and constellations (nakshatras) of: Dhanishta (Delphini), Rohini (Aldebaran), Jyeshtha (Antares), Anuradha (Scorpionis), Shravana (Aquitae), Abhijit (Vega) and Uttarashadha (Sagittari).

O dear one, the water element is concerned with the stars and constellations of: Poorvashadha (Sagittari), Aslesha (Hydarae), Moola (Scorpionis), Ardra (Betelguese), Revati (Piscum), Uttarabhadrapada (Andromedae) and Shatabhishaj (Aquari).

O beloved one, the stars and constellations concerned with the fire element are: Bharani (Arietis), Krittika (Tauri), Pushya (Cancri), Magha (Regulas), Poorvaphalguni (Leonis), Poorvabhadrapada (Pegasi) and Swati (Bootis).

The stars and constellations concerned with the air element are: Vishakha (Librae), Uttaraphalguni (Lionis), Hasta (Corvi), Chitra (Virginis), Punarvasu (Geminorium), Ashwini (Castor and Pollux) and Mrigashirsha (Orionis).

Lam is the seed mantra of the earth element. One should concentrate on this element which has a shining yellow-colored square, a pleasant smell and a golden light. By this one can obtain lightness of body.

Vam is the bija mantra of the water element. By concentrating on it and the form of a shining crescent moon, hunger and thirst can be overcome, and one can stay for a long time under water. Thus one has power over water.

One who concentrates on the bij a mantra Ram of the fire element situated in a shining red triangle can eat and drink colossal amounts of food, and bear the heat of the sun or fire.

Yam, the bija mantra of the air element, should be meditated upon. It is circular and blue or dark in color. The person who has power over it can move through the air, fly like a bird (experience levitation).

For concentration on the ether element, which is formless and multicolored, one uses the bija mantra Ham. Through these practices comes the knowledge of past, present and future and gain of prosperity, jewels, gems, etc.

ABOVE IS JUST A PEEK – REMEMBER !

IT TALKS ABOUT HOW TO HAVE A MALE CHILD – OR HOW TO HAVE SEX AND NOT HAVE A CHILD – OR HOW TO HAVE AN IMPOTENT CHILD-- I WONT TELL THIS

THE STARS SHOW THAT SWARA YOGIS WERE ALSO EXPERT ASTRONOMERS/ ASROLOGERS

IF PATANJALIs YOGA SUTRAS WERE LKG STUFF — SHIVA SWARODAYA IS PHD STUFF—MIGHTY AND MINDBOGGLING

PATANJALIs YOGA SUTRAS ARE BELOW—I HAVE ALREADY WRITTEN ABOUT IT IN MY SANATANA  DHARMA SERIES

http://ajitvadakayil.blogspot.in/2016/08/sanatana-dharma-hinduism-exhumed-and_17.html

Prana is not stagnant—it is a  force in constant motion, like a  vibration moving to and fro without any interception.  Prana has two aspects - cosmic and individual. Cosmic prana is  very subtle and can only be perceived by the infinite mind of a Jivan Mukt,  but individual prana related to the body is grosser and more  tangible.

In the order of creation, prana emanates from the  unmanifest reality known as hiranyagarbha, the golden womb  or egg. On the physical level it manifests as individual  existence. Swara yoga develops awareness of the manifestation and existence of prana within our own being so that we  can come to realize its cosmic propensity.

In yoga, breathing is considered to be a very important  process because it is the most vital means of absorbing  prana into the body. The shastras explain how prana gives  consciousness and life to every creature which breathes. In  the Taittiriya, Brahmana and Maitri Upanishads and Shiva  Swarodaya, the breath is referred to as the vehicle of Brahman or cosmic consciousness.

Prashnopanishad, which specifically aims at clarifying the nature of creation, explains that, "Prana brings from the atman and is as inseparable from the self as the shadow is from he who casts the shadow."  Through the practice of Swara yoga, we are attempting to experience the grosser aspect of prana in order to trace it back to its original source

In most of the yogic texts the term prana is associated with life force or bioenergy.Matter has many stages of existence and manifestation. At one level it is inert. In the process of evolution it manifests life. Later it manifests consciousness, then energy emerges and the final manifestation is knowledge and experience. This is the truth about both physics and metaphysics, about science, tantra and swara yoga.

According to swara yoga the body is a storehouse of vital energy, a dynamo with infinite electrical currents flowing throughout. The ordinary man sees this body as a combination of flesh, blood and bone. But the yogis and scientists have perceived a greater force behind the physical elements, and that is the force of energy or prana.

The Maharishis with 12 strand DNA found that there is an energy link between the physical and psychic bodies.  They found out that  that energy or pranic force is convertible into material force and that material force is convertible into pranic force.

You know the famous equation of Albert Einstein, E = mc 2 , that matter is energy in its potential state. This is an ancient truth written down in the Vedas 7000 years ago.

Every single thing for which Jew Albert Einstein was awarded was stolen from the Vedas. He just gave a Math veneer to it.

Albert Einstein was VERY VERY POOR IN MATH  --he outsourced his Math to India..

Einstein outsourced his math to his first wife Serbian Mathematician Mileva Maric (older than him by 4 years ) , Marcel Grossmann, Satyendranath Bose and the students of Calcutta University—the Indian vice chancellor would be knighted by Rothschild in gratitude.

Sir Ashutosh Mukherjee , the second Indian Vice-Chancellor of the University of Calcutta for four consecutive two-year terms (1906–1914) and a fifth two-year term (1921–23)..

The Calcutta Mathematical Society was also founded by Mukherjee in 1908 (with a sinister purpose of helping white Jews  ) and he served as the president of the Society from 1908 to 1923..

Ashutosh baby became a member of the London Mathematical Society, the Paris Mathematical Society and the American Mathematical Society (1900).

Whenever Jew Albert Einstein wanted help with his Math—the students of this fellow Sir Ashutosh Mukherjee did all the work.

Syama Prasad Mookerjee, the mentor of Atal Bihari Vajpayee was the son of Sir Ashutosh Mukherjee.

The 108 elements have Brahman and Prana within.

It is recorded in 7000 year old Vedas that if an object is devoid of prana, it will disintegrate.

Science has come to the same conclusion that every existing thing is a composite structure of energy and matter.

When a person is calm and relaxed, the pranic emanations are steady and elongated.

But when the person becomes anxious, the aura becomes flared and jagged.

In swara yoga it is said that when there is no longer any indication of prana,( loss of aura – chakras become stationary—soul exits  ) death will ensue.

Swara yogis devised different practices to increase the pranic capacity and pranic field or aura. These practices enable us to perceive the subtlety of our existence in relation to the universe.

THE SOUL OF MAHARISHI SWARA YOGIS COULD EXIT THE BODY ( LIVING ) –TAKE A ASTRAL FLIGHT , RE-ENTER THE BODY AND ENERGISE IT BACK TO NORMAL .

THIS BODY FROM WHICH THE SOUL EXITED FOR ASTRAL FIGHT HELD ENOUGH PRANA TO KEEP SPINNING THE CHAKRAS AND MAINTAIN AN AURA

When the external air comes into contact with the nasal passages, minute nerve detectors situated in the mucous membrane of the nose relay impulses to the brain and energy circuits. Swara yoga says that by manipulation of the breath flowing in and out through the nose you can regulate the inner body mechanisms and develop complete control over all pranic and mental activities.

Scientific investigations have shown that many autonomic and voluntary functions are related to the breath and these nerve components situated at the base of the nose. In fact, it has been reported that the nerves in the nasal mucosa are connected with the visceral, excretory and reproductive organs. Improper breathing and irregularity of the breath in the nostrils can create a disturbance in any of these organs and vice versa

Obstruction of the nasal passage affects the lympatic system as per Swara Yoga

YOGA  AND AYURVEDA WAS THE FIRST TO RECORD THAT THE BODY HAS A LYMPH FLUID SYSTEM WHICH DID NOT HAVE A PUMP ( LIKE THE HEART )

Since there is no pump, the lymph movement relies on contraction of smooth muscle tissue lining the walls of lymph vessels. In order to clear the “lymph” (the clear extra cellular fluid that is collected by the lymphatic vessels and filtered by the lymph nodes), the lymphatic system must be pumped manually by yoga asanas ..

When the lymphatic system operates at its optimum, it's like a free-flowing riverdespite the presence of hundreds of lymph nodes which tries to slow down the lymph fluid .

The west never knew why yogis did complicated asanas till they came to India and learnt bout the lymphatic system..

The lymph system is an important part of our immune system. The lymphatic system defends your body against disease by removing germs (bacteria, viruses and parasites) and toxins (poisons). It also helps to destroy cells that are old, damaged or have become abnormal.

Lymph is a clear fluid that flows around the body in the lymphatic system. It is formed from plasma. Plasma is carried around your body in your blood vessels. It leaks out of the blood vessels and bathes your tissues and supplies the cells of your body with nutrients. Most of this plasma then drains back into the blood vessels.

Lymph vessels in the small intestine also absorb fats and fat-soluble vitamins. The lymph nodes contain lots of lymphocytes (white blood cells that fight infection). Anything that doesn’t belong in your body, and any damaged and abnormal cells are removed in the lymph nodes. Lymph leaving the lymph nodes also carries lymphocytes.

These lymphocytes can fight infections elsewhere in the body if needed. When the lymph reaches the lymphatic ducts, it goes into your bloodstream, draining into the large veins close to your heart. This removes excess fluid from around your body, helping to maintain your blood pressure and to avoid swelling.

Unlike blood, lymph is not pumped around your body by the heart. Instead, it is pushed along when your lymph vessels are squeezed by your muscles, and by gravity if the vessel is above the heart. It is a one-way system: valves stop any lymph flowing backwards.

KALARI MARMAS TARGETTED THE LYMPH NODE SYSTEM.. ONE BLOW ON A MARMA—THE MAN WILL BLOAT UP AND DIE

The proportion of autonomic nerve fibres in the nasal cavity is more than twenty times greater than in the other parts of the central nervous system. Therefore, the nose has been described as a 'peripheral organ of the autonomic nervous system

The nasal cavity (nasal fossa, or nasal passage) is a large air filled space above and behind the nose in the middle of the face. Each cavity is the continuation of one of the two nostrils. The two nasal cavities condition the air to be received by the other areas of the respiratory tract.

Owing to the large surface area provided by the nasal conchae (also known as turbinates), the air passing through the nasal cavity is warmed or cooled to within 1 degree of body temperature. In addition, the air is humidified, and dust and other particulate matter is removed by vibrissae, short, thick hairs, present in the vestibule.

The entire mucosa of the nasal fossae is covered by a blanket of mucus, which lies superficial to the microscopic cilia and also filters inspired air. The cilia of the respiratory epithelium move the secreted mucus and particulate matter posteriorly towards the pharynx where it passes into the esophagus and is digested in the stomach.

The nasal cavity also houses the sense of smell and contributes greatly to taste sensation through its posterior communication with the mouth via the choanae. There is a rich blood supply to the nasal cavity.

. The Hatha Yoga Pradipika  states ---
"when breathing is disturbed, the mind also becomes disturbed. Control of the breath enables steadiness of mind."-( 2 : 2 )

When the sense of smell is triggered off by an actual chemical odour, certain impulses are sent to the olfactory nerve and the rhinencephalon, the centre which stimulates instinctive responses of fear, aggression, pain and particularly sexual behaviour.

In most primitive vertebrates the brain registers the majority of information by smell. Thus the rhinencephalon is known as the 'smell brain'. Smell activates many of our natural and spontaneous reactions, but because we also have higher faculties of awareness and intellect, its influence is far less than in other primates.

Nevertheless, it has been found that the influence of particular chemical odours can create certain emotional reactions within the human body. The smell of a person or an object will determine our reactions and responses to it.

Women in particular have been found to be most sensitive to smell, especially during the time of the mid-menstrual cycle .  This fact has led science to discover the connection between the sense of smell and the production of sex hormones.

WHEN A MAN SEES SHIT—

THE FIRST RELEX IS TO SALIVATE –

THE SAME RESPONSE WHEN HE SMELLS  TASTY FOOD.

According to tantra, the sense of smell is connected to mooladhara chakra, the energy centre situated at the base of the spinal column. This centre is the seat of man's  spiritual energy. In order to awaken mooladhara, we therefore utilize the yogic practice of concentration in which you gaze at the nosetip.

This arouses the sensation of psychic odours, and is particularly associated with that of sandalwood.
Different odours stimulate different energy centres, and sandalwood is said to activate the centre at the bottom of the spine. It is also the smell of the subtle body.

So even though this practice is based on a physiological process, it enables the awareness to become more sensitive to subtle vibrations. It can even help bring about the awakening of kundalini, the high-powered generator which illumines the hitherto unexplored areas of the brain responsible for all of man's ingenuity, higher knowledge and self-realization.

Swara yoga says that by concentrating on the pranic flow, one can experience the existence of supreme consciousness.

Shiva is consciousness, and it manifests as mind. Shakti is energy manifesting as prana, and in swara yoga it becomes the tool for understanding consciousness. Just as prana exists in cosmic and individual states, so does consciousness.

Tantra and yoga define matter as a gross form of energy. Of  course, the energy inherent in matter can be liberated, but  still it will not be the final product. Inherent in energy is consciousness.

The difference between these three states is only the vibrational rate and density of energy. At the highest  and most subtle level of vibration, energy manifests as pure  consciousness.

As the rate of vibration decreases, it appears  to be pure energy, and finally it solidifies into matter.

In the  reverse order, matter can be transformed into energy, and  energy into consciousness. The objective of swara yoga is to  experience the inherent energy in matter and mind so that consciousness manifests.

One therapeutic goal of yoga and pranayama is that it can alleviate some of the chronic negative effects of stress.

Deep diaphragmatic breathing, called ventilation consists of two phases, inspiration and expiration. During inspiration the diaphragm and the external intercostal muscles contract. The diaphragm moves downward increasing the volume of the thoracic (chest) cavity, and the external intercostal muscles pull the ribs up and outward, expanding the rib cage, further increasing this chest volume.

This increase of volume lowers the air pressure in the lungs as compared to atmospheric air. Because air always flows from a region of high pressure to an area of lower pressure, it travels in through the body’s conducting airway (nostrils, throat, larynx and trachea) into the alveoli of the lungs. During a resting expiration the diaphragm and external intercostal muscles relax, restoring the thoracic cavity to its original (smaller) volume, and forcing air out of the lungs into the atmosphere.

Whereas breathing is involved with the movement of air into and out of the thoracic cavity, respiration involves the exchange of gases in the lungs. With each breath, air passes through it’s conducting zone into the microscopic air sacs in the lunges called alveoli. It is here that external (referring to the lungs) respiration occurs.

It is in the alveoli that one of the most important transfers in our entire body takes place. It is here that the respiratory system comes into direct contact with the circulatory system, or blood vessels. There are about 600 million alveoli in the lungs, with a total surface area of about  76 square metres ..The large alveolar surface area, combined with the thin membranes, allows gases to diffuse easily across the alveolar walls.

The diameter of the capillaries surrounding the alveoli is so small that only one red blood cell can pass through at a time.

This slows down the blood cells, so that gases have more time to diffuse through the capillaries. Oxygen in the lungs passes through the alveoli into the blood..

External respiration is the exchange of oxygen and carbon dioxide between the air and the blood in the lungs. Blood enters the lungs via the pulmonary arteries. It then proceeds through arterioles and into the very tiny alveolar capillaries.

Oxygen and carbon dioxide are exchanged between the blood and the air; oxygen is loaded onto the red blood cells while carbon dioxide is unloaded from them into the air. The oxygenated blood then flows out of the alveolar capillaries, through venules, and back to the heart via the pulmonary veins. The heart then pumps the blood throughout the systemic arteries to deliver oxygen throughout the body.

The respiratory center in the brainstem is responsible for controlling a person’s breathing rate. It sends a message to the respiratory muscles telling them when to breathe. The medulla, located nearest the spinal cord, directs the spinal cord to maintain breathing, and the pons, a part of the brain very near the medulla, provides further smoothing of the respiration pattern.

This control is automatic, involuntary and continuous. You do not have to consciously think about it. The respiratory center knows how to control the breathing rate and depth by the amount (or percent) of carbon dioxide, oxygen and acidosis in the arterial blood . There are receptors, called chemoreceptors, in the arch of the aorta and throughout the arteries that send signals and feedback (to the respiratory center) to increase or decrease the ventilatory output depending on the condition of these metabolic variables.

For example, when you exercise, carbon dioxide levels increase significantly which alert the chemoreceptors, which subsequently notify the brain’s respiratory center to increase the speed and depth of breathing. This elevated respiration rids the body of excess carbon dioxide and supplies the body with more oxygen, which are needed during aerobic exercise.

Upon cessation of the exercise, breathing rate and depth gradually declines until carbon dioxide in the arterial blood returns to normal levels; the respiratory center will no longer be activated, and breathing rate is restored to a pre-exercise pattern. This arterial pressure regulation feedback system that carbon dioxide, oxygen and blood acid levels provide is referred to as the metabolic control of breathing

Breathing is most unique as compared to other visceral (e.g. digestion, endocrine cardiovascular) functions in that it can also be regulated voluntarily. The behavioral, or voluntary control of breathing is located in the cortex of the brain and describes that aspect of breathing with conscious control, such as a self-initiated change in breathing before a vigorous exertion or effort

The differentiation between voluntary and automatic (metabolic) breathing is that automatic breathing requires no attention to maintain, whereas voluntary breathing involves a given amount of focus.

The aim of pranayama breathing appears to shift the autonomic nervous system away from its sympathetic (excitatory) dominance.

Pranayama breathing has been shown to positively affect immune function, hypertension, asthma, autonomic nervous system imbalances, and psychological or stress-related disorders

The main philosophy behind the yoga control of breathing is to increase awareness and understanding of the relationship between cognitive states, physical functioning, and breathing styles.

Breath awareness was originally developed to the movements being done by the yogi to achieve the joining of the mind, body, and spirit in search for self-awareness, health and spiritual growth cause

By becoming aware of the breath and the flow of prana, you attune the mind to more subtle vibrations. Swara yoga says first realize the energy potential operating in the body, then realize the potential energy of the mind, and finally realize the inherent consciousness in both.

Matter, energy and consciousness are convertible and reconvertible. This is the basic principle of tantra and modern science. Physics defines matter as a combination of trillions of particles, molecules, atoms and subatoms.

The difference between each mass is in the arrangement and vibration of the particles. If you change these factors, the mass also changes form.  Yoga considers pure consciousness to be the basic element that manifests in the various forms of creation.

Particle physics explains how the atoms of every object interconnect with the particles of the surrounding environment. Thus every manifestation in creation forms part of a never-ending field or matrix of particles.

Everything is part of an undifferentiated whole, and whatever exists within this field is changed only by the restructuring of the particles.

In the continual process of nature, all these particles interact and vibrate unceasingly. The field is thus in a state of constant motion, and yet as a whole it is not moving anywhere. This is exactly what is explained in the Ishopanishad in reference to the nature of consciousness: "It moves, it moves not. It is far, it is near. It is within all this, and it is outside all this."

Physics talks about the undifferentiated field, and yoga about an all-pervading consciousness.

Einstein, lifted from Vedas and spAke --"We may therefore regard matter as being constituted by the regions of space in which the field (consciousness) is extremely intense . . . There is no place in this new kind of physics both for the field (consciousness) and matter, for the field (consciousness) is the only reality."

VEDAS WAS THE FIRST TO MENTION THE WORD CONSCIOUSNESS

T he ancient yogis were able to define mind and consciousness by becoming receptive to the subtler vibrations in the universe. The more sensitive their awareness became, the more subtle vibrations they were able to perceive. In every realm of existence they perceived the underlying consciousness.

The word consciousness has often been confused with the individual mind, but the individual mind is only the tool of consciousness. That capacity which enables us to be aware is more than mind; it is consciousness.

The ancient Vedic rishis in all their wisdom said, that our universe is not woven from  matter but consciousness .  These seers and channels with 12 strand DNA and king sized pineal glands said,  that the universal laws are clear, your attitude about your life will shape it.

Your current thoughts are shaping your future life When you visualise you generate powerful thoughts and feelings of having it now.

The law of attraction returns that reality exactly  as you saw it in your mind. Matter, energy and consciousness are interchangeable .

There are connections between quantum mechanics and consciousness . Consciousness is the intelligence, the organising principle behind the arising of form. The quantum field or pure consciousness is influenced by intention and desire.

We see incredible order and harmony and pattern which no accident can produce. Consciousness is the  intelligent force that started the blueprint which ultimately manifested itself as a particular form. Self awareness or reflective thought is thus the difference between animals and humans.

Reflection is the power to turn one’s consciousness upon oneself, to know oneself and especially to know that one knows..  maths , physics, philosophy , astronomy etc is due to man’s unique ability to reflect inwardly.

The expanded abilities of self awareness is abstract reasoning, free will, creativity, foresight etc.   Our culture is oriented towards reducing one’s self awareness rather than expanding it.

After the ancient Vedic rishis, it is the flower children ( hippies ) of the sixties , who took on big brother and tried to expand it. These Hippies who consumed Cannabis gave us the internet..

Perception occurs in the gap of alert attention. This is the inner space. There is a consciousness in every molecule of matter. Realm of no mind—is pure consciousness. You can create a gap in the mind stream simply by directing the focus of your attention into the NOW.

Consciousness enables us to think and at the same time observe our thinking process. Consciousness is a form of matter just as matter is a form of consciousness. All atoms in the entire universe are capable of mind reading and communicating with other atoms.

On the subatomic level—mind is over matter.

Your Soul controls your mind .

Our separation from each other is an optical illusion of consciousness.

Scalar waves ( not accepted by modern science ) is the point of fundamental intersection where matter and consciousness  influence each other. Kundalini is the cellular expression of energy generated from the ZPF ( akasha ) and this is why Kundalini exhibits  psychic and trans-temporal effects.

Primordial scalar waves can be used in  “precursor engineering” and can be coupled with intention and consciousness, and be used for healing  and also to bring back the immune system in a previous blue print state.

In India there is the ancient tradition of the enlightened sage, the one who breaks free of ordinary human conditioning and attains a state called "awakening. By various means such as breath control, deep meditation,  by the control and understanding of the mind these historical figures broke through into universal consciousness itself, and beyond that even, into the pure awareness of the absolute..

They experienced a quantum leap and a arrived a state that cannot be defined and described. People simply called them the enlightened ones.. Stream of consciousness is  a flow of thoughts inwardly expressed, similar to a soliloquy.

Chanting the vedic king mantra OM raises your vibration to a higher consciousness, and it clears the channel for intuition..which are messages from your unconscious mind making contact with your consciousness.

Cosmic Consciousness lies in a mystic state above and beyond Self-consciousness, which is an acute sense of self-awareness. The classical physics of stupid Newton takes a material perspective in which the universe is composed of discrete building blocks, solid and unchangeable.

Quantum physics takes a spiritual perspective in which there are no separate parts, in which everything is fluid and always changing.

After stupid Newton and party divorced spirit and classical science this planet  is faced now with the question of how to promote the ascension of consciousness to higher levels of existence amongst the entire world population.

With quantum physics, science is leaving behind the notion that human beings are powerless victims and moving toward an understanding that we are fully empowered creators of our lives and of our world.

With Newton, we were insignificant cogs in the Universal Machinery. With quantum physics, we are creators of the Universe.

The brain does not create consciousness, but consciousness created the brain. When you do Pranayama and are conscious of your breath you are absolutely PRESENT. You cannot think and be aware of your breathing. Conscious breathing stops the mind.

But far from being in  a trance or half asleep you are fully awake and highly alert. You are not falling below thinking, you are rising above it.

Ancient Vedic Ayurveda , depended on the mind body connection to heal the body. This is different from western medicine which works on a “ cause and effect “ principle, and addressing the symptoms till they disappear.  This causes side effects.

Matter and mind are both possibilities of consciousness. Collapsed quantum possibilities could be physical or mental. It is about conscious choice and downward causation.

This downward causation is free and unpredictable and the result of CONSCIOUS CHOICE ( on which hinges of destiny are forged ) , where outer follows inner-- it does not care for logical algorithms.

Quantum healing works outside the fabric of space and time.  True natural healing takes place at the quantum level. The holographic brains extension throughout the body is the nervous system. The only reality is consciousness. It is our intent that affects reality.

Mind can wipe off mistakes or deviations of the blueprint .  DNA protein scientists may not agree, that in natures perfect design nothing ever dies.

This blogsite was the first to say—don’t allow DNA to be mired in the rut created by stupid protein scientists..

Brain is the ultimate pharmacy.  It produces the ultimate body friendly  antibiotics, painkillers, tranquilisers etc with perfect dosage. This is the  reason why there are no side effects.

Ayurveda says 6200 years ago in Charaka Samhita : "Purusho'yam loka sannidah" --"Man is an epitome of the universe."

Yajurveda reveals the same truth 7000 years ago : "Yatha pinde tatha brahmande, yatha brahmande tatha pinde"--"As is the individual, so is the universe, as is the universe, so is the individual."

Rig Veda says 7000 years ago-- "As it is anywhere, so it is everywhere."  You are the embodiment of all the Laws of Nature. You are the constitution of the Universe.

Mind you, this was written at a time when the white an was running around naked doing GRUNT GRUNT for language

Mind is non material but it works in partnership with communicator molecules.  A quantum event does not follow cause and effect rules.

When you know man, you know the universe.  This intimate relationship between the human body and the universe forms a major topic of the most holistic system of health care, Ayurveda.

Summarized in one of its textbooks, written 6000 years ago : "All material and spiritual phenomena of the universe are present in the individual. Similarly, all those present in the individual are also contained in the universe. This is how the wise desire to perceive."

How did the ancient Indian yogis survive on substandard diets for several years during severe penance?  Warrior saint Bodhi Dharma ( from my home state ) sat in meditation for 9 long years, with the Chinks checking , every inch of his progress.

Ancient Vedic sages stood on one leg , with one hand raised, in penance for as long as 20 years with creepers / vines growing on their body and entangling it to the spot and snakes crawling all over.  Alexander the Great’s soldiers witnessed this and the lost their war , right there

The human body is a good illustration of the effect of consciousness on form . Without an overseeing consciousness that can maintain an overview of the body's form and processes, we wouldn't be able to exist in our physical form.

Morphogenetic fields help to differentiate cells and form biological systems. They  instruct genes to produce necessary proteins in a given biological environment. Morphogenetic fields are not material, but are more like biological blueprints giving birth to various forms. They carry encoded organizational information.

Consciousness is the creative force of the entire universe. The entire universe is in fact a single living conscious organism with complete awareness of itself. Not only is consciousness responsible for the physical universe and its elements-- it is the universe. The field of consciousness contains information about everything that has happened since the dawn of time.

Mind and mater are not separate. Matter is just an expression of mind. The wise ancient vedic rishis knew this carried this on oral route for 330  centuries and penned it down 70 centuries ago. Nothing in Vedas has been proved wrong till date.

We have unlimited access to the radiant field of consciousness which is infinite active universal intelligence. We all have direct and immediate access to the scalar field of consciousness. The ancient Vedas tell us that the basis of all creation is the all pervading  morphogenetic consciousness field.

The Vedas said that all energy is a spiral and that empty space is not empty at all. It is a plenum, containing zero point energy..

Scalar waves are very different from electromagnetic waves. They can travel over immense distances with no loss of energy at super-luminal speed ( faster than light! ).

There is a cosmic dance of energy back and forth between the physical realm and the zero point field, a constant creation and destruction of matter from the void. The continuous flow of energy in and out of the material world is THE COSMIC DANCE OF SHIVA/ SHAKTI..

Consciousness becomes energy and then transforms to matter. Forces of attraction cause the particles to come together to form nuclei with electrons orbiting around them giving the illusion of matter.

These atoms are attracted together to form molecules. Molecules are brought together by organizing forces inherent in the particular morphogenetic field of that being or material, causing the creation of DNA, cells, tissue, organs, systems, organisms, societies and on a larger scale, planets, solar systems, galaxies and universes.

All of this from the one and only quantum field of consciousness . The whole of material creation is conscious.  Our consciousness creates our reality. What our consciousness can conceive , it can also create.

God resides in your DNA.  DNA is a blueprint. It is a transceiver for information at 98.7 deg F.. DNA has powerful Mobius coil which can generate scalar energy, which cannot be blocked by Faraday’s cage.

There is DNA everywhere around you. It remains unchanged for the past 4 billion years. In your body you have 125 billion miles of DNA, which is 500 billion trips around the earth.

The DNA double helix looks like 2 snakes making love, or rather a twisted rope ladder. DNA is conscious. It knows where to go and what to do and how and when to divide. It is a supercomputer which can hold enormous information. Yet, it is so small that you cannot see it without a electron microscope

WHEN YOU DISREGARD THE LAWS OF THE UNIVERSE THE DNA PROGRAM GETS CORRUPTED.

THE ENTIRE WHITE WORLD HAS A PROBLEM WITH HOMOSEXUALITY BECAUSE THEY DID CANNIBALISM DURING THE DARK MIDDLE AGES .

REALLY THIS IS THE GIFT WHICH POPE GAVE THEM

There is a connection between DNA and consciousness . The brain and the DNA are transducers for quantum information from the scalar field..

In plasma we can see that the gaseous electrons show intelligence. In biology the organic matter shows intelligence.

In inorganic chemistry the 108 elements show intelligence. Perpetual motion of electrons within atom can only be created and sustained by the field of Brahman

Within the electromagnetic force of the atom is the key to everything:  creation, transmutation . . -limitless power.

When the white man read this is our Vedas they laughed in extreme sarcasm. When the first atomic bomb was exploded , there was a new respect for Vedas.

Almost all the white scientists of that age, threw away their Bibles and picked up Bhagawad Gita –and wrote in their wills that they want to be cremated the Hindu way

Quantum Physics which suddenly appeared in the 20th century is the result of ancient Vedic Sanskrit texts being translated by the Christian invaders . These texts are 7000 years old.

This intelligent field decides why a electron should remain in a particular orbit. : Electrons can change position instantly without taking time. They suddenly appear in another orbit of higher or lower energy or distance from the nucleus.

We are NOT independent from this cosmos. We are part of it. This is the reason we must live in harmony with the laws of the universe by exercising our free will.

Newton’s absolutism broke down at the foundation level of matter. Newton’s billiard ball would miss the pocket hole every time at the sub-atomic level. Newton’s laws applies only to the macroscopic world, the world which can be detected by our 5 senses.

In the microscopic world quantum physics rules. Nothing is certain. In the quantum realm the observer is king, as he creates reality, as demonstrated by the Double slit experiment.

Stupid Newton pushed consciousness into the realm of religion and mysticism. Scientists who wanted to factor consciousness in were chucked out of the scientific community and the peer reviewed magazines controlled by free masons and Rothschild’s white commies, made them pariahs. With the advent of quantum science we now know what great injustice was done.

The classical physics of Newton takes a material perspective in which the Universe is composed of discrete building blocks, solid and unchangeable. Quantum physics takes a spiritual perspective in which there are no separate parts, in which everything is fluid and always changing. In the quantum world there are no causes.

The least we talk about Darwin in this age of DNA , the better. But such is the control of big brother that we still are forced to learn Darwin’s stupid theory in our schools. Freemason sponsored Darwin with his bag of dried finch beaks and goodies is the greatest blunder of science.

Matter is NOT a inert substance. It is conscious and active. Experts in organic and inorganic chemistry know what I mean.

Matter constantly makes choices for alternate possibilities.

The Vedic Maharishis experienced Turiya ( Samadhi ) when they meditated. This is a fourth state of transcendental consciousness beyond waking, sleeping and dreaming. By using Soma they went into the fifth state of cosmic consciousness. When they got enlightened they went into the sixth state. The last state is pure consciousness, a state of bliss where everything inside is same as outside, in which state they can defy classical scientific laws..

Every atom within us depends on the rest of the cosmos. This is the basis for Vedic Jyothish or astrology. There are very few real astrologists nowadays, most are pretenders. Unless you follow the laws of the universe you cannot be a good astrologer and read into the akashic field or ZPF

With focused INTENTION it can achieve the extraordinary. The brain is governed by the laws of quantum physics rather than the laws of biology or neurophysiology

At our most elemental we are energy. All living things are a coalescence of energy in a field of energy connected to every other thing in the world. This pulsating energy field is the central engine of our being and our Consciousness .

Collective consciousness is a life force flowing through the universe. Consciousness of the observer brought the observed object into being. Nothing in the universe existed as an actual thing independently of our perception of it.

All orderliness that we find exhibited in all levels of nature - from the smallest atom, through the living organisms, to the largest cluster of galaxies - is the expression of the infinite orderliness that is contained in consciousness.

Quantum coherence in the micro tubules of every cell is the key to consciousness .

Our brain is holographic.

While introducing Nikola Tesla to Akasha or longitudinal field ZPF waves , in 1903,  Vivekananda told him  - "Every part is a whole and everything springs from the whole".

This was 45 years before a hologram was invented.

Om Purnamadah Purnamidam Purnat Purnamudachyate
Purnasya Purnamadaya Purnamevavashisyate

From infinity is born infinity.
When infinity is taken out of infinity,
Only infinity is left over.
Om, the BrahmAn is infinite, whole and complete,

Our brain can store unlimited data, because our brain is holographic.Holograms are all about changing the angle at which two lasers strike a piece of photographic film- to record many different images on same surface.Any image thus recorded can be retrieved simply by illuminating the film with a laser beam possessing the same angle as the original two beams.

Our FREE CHOICE is about finding the right angle to call up the image / memory of what we want or search. This is why a person seconds away from suicide can be given a tight slap across his face , to force change this angle-- and then he would not want to commit suicide at all.

According to Rig Veda the knowledge of the "soul," or the Self of all beings is the prerequisite to the understanding of anything else. The Upanishads say: "Know that, by which everything is known”.

Once we have a glimpse of the omnipresent nature of our consciousness, once we have a glimpse of a field of existence that is indeed the omnipresent source of all that exists, we naturally start to be aware of the interconnectedness of all levels of creation.

Once we have seen the whole, we start to recognize the parts as expressions of the whole. Since the whole is holistic in its nature, its expressions are holistic representations of the whole.

Of the twelve major meridians of acupuncture, six (stomach, bladder, gallbladder, large intestine, small intestine and triple heater) have either their points of entry or of exit in the area of trigeminal nerve innervation which surrounds the nasal mucus membrane.

The trigeminal nerve is the largest and most complex of the 12 cranial nerves (CNs). It supplies sensations to the face, mucous membranes, and other structures of the head. It is the motor nerve for the muscles of mastication and contains proprioceptive fibers.

Nasal concha , also called a turbinate , is a long, narrow, curled shelf of bone that protrudes into the breathing passage of the nose.. In humans, the turbinates divide the nasal airway into 4 groove-like air passages, and are responsible for forcing inhaled air to flow in a steady, regular pattern around the largest possible surface area of nasal mucosa, which, as a ciliated mucous membrane with shallow blood supply, cleans and warms the inhaled air in preparation for the lungs.

A rapidly dilating arteriolar circulation to these bones may lead to a sharp increase in the pressure within, in response to acute cooling of the body core. The pain from this pressure is often referred to as "brain freeze"..

The shallowness of the venous blood supply of the mucosa contributes to the ease with which nosebleed can occur. The turbinates comprise most of the mucosal tissue of the nose and are required for functional respiration.

The turbinates are enriched with airflow pressure and temperature-sensing nerve receptors (linked to the "trigeminal" nerve route, the fifth cranial nerve), allowing for tremendous erectile capabilities of nasal congestion and decongestion, in response to the weather conditions and changing needs of the body..

In addition, the erectile tissue undergoes an often unnoticed cycle of partial congestion and decongestion called the nasal cycle. The flow of blood to the nasal mucosa, in particular the venous plexus of the conchae is regulated by the pterygopalatine ganglion and heats or cools the air in the nose.

The nasopulmonary and nasothoracic reflexes regulate the mechanism of breathing through deepening the inhale. Triggered by the flow of the air, the pressure of the air in the nose, and the quality of the air, impulses from the nasal mucosa are transmitted by the trigeminal nerve to the breathing centres in the brainstem, and the generated response is transmitted to the bronchi, the intercostal muscles, and the diaphragm.

The turbinates provide, first and foremost, the humidity needed to preserve the delicate olfactory epithelium, which in turn is needed to keep the olfactory receptors healthy and alert. If the epithelial layer gets dry ( due to inability to shift the dominant nostril )  , it may cease to function

The entire mucosa is highly concentrated with blood vessels and contains large venous-like spaces; bodies which have a vein-like appearance and swell and congest in response to allergy or infection. Unlike other nasal mucosa, the epithelium of the olfactory system does not project cilia. This mucosa contains nerves which connect to the olfactory nerve.

The conchae (turbinate bones) of the nasal mucosa expand the total surface area of the mucosa and create turbulence in air entering the respiratory passage. This causes air to swirl as it moves through the nasal cavity and increases contact between infiltrating air and the nasal mucosa, allowing particles in the air to be trapped before entering other parts of the respiratory system (e.g. the lungs).

Eithelial cells  regulate immune responses which occur if the physical barrier fails and pathogens infiltrate cells of the nasal mucosa.

Allergens can directly activate the epithelial cells to produce an inflammatory response Endothelial cells are cells which line the walls of the arteries that feed the nasal mucosa. They are also involved in allergic responses.

Cilia or small hairs which project from the epithelium and line the nasal mucosa create motions which drain mucus from the nasal passage to the throat from where it is swallowed and digested by stomach juices.

The activity level of cilia is dependent on temperature and in cold temperatures cilia become less active. The thin walled veins on which the nasal mucosa rests function to warm air entering the respiratory passage. Due to the high concentration of blood vessels in the nasal cavity, changes in these blood vessels contribute to nasal congestion.

The different types of nerves found in the nasal cavity and mucosa have various functions. For example, constriction of blood vessels which feed the nasal cavity is regulated in part by the sympathetic nervous system, while the parasympathetic nervous system plays a role in regulating secretions of mucus from nasal glands.

Other nerves in the nasal cavity influence the dilation of blood vessels, nasal secretions, inflammation and interactions between nerves and the mast cells which mediate allergic responses.

The nasal cavity has a very rich blood supply arising from both the internal and external carotid arteries. The nose is  richly supplied by special nerves from the autonomic nervous system. The autonomic nervous system controls many involuntary functions in the body (blood pressure, heart rate, breathing) via “sympathetic” and “parasympathetic” nerve fibers.

In the nose, the autonomic nerves control the air-conditioning action, nasal resistance, mucus secretion and the function of the cilia and mucus blanket.

Nasal secretions and mucus gland production are controlled by “parasympathetic” innervation, which is carried to the nasal cavity via the greater superficial petrosal nerve. This nerve ultimately becomes the vidian nerve, which sends parasympathetic nerve fibers along with branches of the sphenopalatine nerve

Blood flow to the nasal cavity and nasal mucosa is controlled largely by sympathetic innervation, fibers of which also travel along with the sphenopalatine nerve. Changes in sympathetic stimulation result in a rhythmic swelling of nasal blood vessels and a corresponding increase in nasal airway resistance (nasal cycle)

Modern research and clinical studies have verified the efficacy of the practices of swara yoga.
Scientists have long known that two eyes are absolutely necessary for stereoscopic, three dimensional vision.

Similarly, two ears are needed to precisely locate the source and direction of sounds, and two vestibular organs are necessary to give an adequate sense of position and balance.

This false conclusion can be understood when we consider that the breath flows as two separate columns for only the length of the nostrils (4 cms), before mixing together in the nasopharynx at the back of the nasal cavity.

It then flows as a single column of air down the trachea and larynx towards the lungs. In this light, the individual flow for a few inches along each nostril does not seem, on the surface, to be important.

The question of why man possesses two nostrils seems to have never been considered serious enough to warrant further scientific  investigation—though it was expounded in Vedas 7000 years ago.

The nasopharynx connects the nose to the rest of the pharynx.  It allows air to flow from the nose and through the oropharynx, hypopharynx and larynx. Air then flows into the lungs through the trachea.

The pharyngeal plexus is a network of nerve fibers innervating most of the palate and pharynx. Intrinsic muscles of the larynx are innervated by the vagus nerve -- not by the pharyngeal plexus. Instead, they are innervated by the recurrent laryngeal nerve and the external branch of the superior laryngeal nerve, branches of the vagus..

Yoga dabbled with the Vagus nerve-- the longest nerve of the autonomic nervous system in the human body.  Vagus nerve transmits GUT instincts to the brain.

This nerve an amygdala is mentioned in Susruta Samhita 6200 years  ago.

Below:   90% of the nerve fibers in the vagus nerve are dedicated to communicating the state of your viscera up to your brain.  Cutting the vagus nerve turns the usual feedback loop between gut instincts and the brain from a two-way communication into a one-way street.

Yoga is NOT savage superstition.

Healthy vagus nerve communication between your gut and your brain helps to slow you down like the brakes on your car by using neurotransmitters such as acetylcholine and GABA. These neurotransmitters literally lower heart rate, blood pressure, and help your heart and organs slow down so that you can rest-and-digest.

The vagus nerve has a sympathetic function .The vagus nerve supplies motor parasympathetic fibres to all the organs (except the adrenal glands), from the neck down to the second segment of the transverse colon.

The vagus nerve also plays a role in satiation following food consumption. Knocking out vagal nerve receptors  causes hyperphagia (greatly increased food intake).Vagal and spinal ganglionic nerves mediate the lowering of the heart rate.

Excessive activation of the vagal nerve during emotional stress, which is a parasympathetic overcompensation of a strong sympathetic nervous system response associated with stress, can also cause vasovagal syncope due to a sudden drop in cardiac output, causing cerebral hypoperfusion.

Vasovagal syncope affects young children and women more than other groups. It can also lead to temporary loss of bladder control under moments of extreme fear.

Vagus nerve stimulation (VNS) therapy using a neurostimulator implanted in the chest is a treatment used to control seizures in epilepsy patients and has been approved for treating drug-resistant cases of clinical depression.

The nasopharynx is the space above the soft palate at the back of the nose and connects the nose to the mouth, which allows a person to breathe through the nose.

Modern studies on nostril domination is incomplete--it will take them another 200 years

Patients whose breath flowed predominantly via the left nostril (89% of cases), suffered a higher than average incidence of a wide variety of respiratory disorders, including chronic muco-purulent sinusitis, middle and inner ear infections, partial or total loss of senses of smell, hearing and taste, recurrent pharyngitis, laryngitis and tonsillitis, chronic bronchitis and bronchiectasis.

Sufferers from this syndrome were more likely to suffer from one or more of a wide variety of more distant disorders, including amnesia, intellectual weakness, headaches, hyperthyroidism (with associated irritability), cardiopulmonary weakness (manifesting in palpitations, asthma-like attacks and chronic heart failure), insufficiency of liver and gallbladder (with varied symptoms), persistently altered cellular constituents of the blood and lymphatic fluid, chronic gastritis and enterocolitis (with symptoms of heartburn, gastric reflux, peptic ulcer and constipation), and sexual and reproductive disorders (symptoms of diminution of libido, ovarian irregularities and diminished virility).

Patients whose breath flowed predominantly through the right nostril,  were found to be predisposed to arterial hypertension and its numerous consequences.

It is now confirmed that the state of general physical and mental health has a definite relation to the patency of the nasal passages and their sensitive lining of mucus membrane.

Scientists surgically removed the folds of nasal mucus membrane from 40 NON-CONSCIOUS ( whocannot pass color / mirror tests )  different animal species, including hares, dogs and guinea pigs, and found that it resulted in the cessation of sexual maturation in young animals..  By crushing the extracts of mucus membranes and administering it to female guinea pigs, muscular activity of the uterus was induced.

According to yogic physiology and philosophy, three main nadis exist within the frame of the spinal column - ida, pingala and sushumna. Ida and pingala are responsible for the two sides of human nature coexisting within every individual. Ida is the introverted, mental side of our personality and represents the lunar, subjective and receptive aspect of our being.

When the flow of prana in ida nadi is predominant, mentality predominates over vitality, and the jnanendriyas (organs of outer knowledge or sensory input, the eyes, ears, nose, tongue and skin) are activated. Pingala nadi corresponds to the extroverted, expressive side of the personality, and represents our solar, dynamic and objective aspect.

When the prana flows predominantly in pingala nadi, vitality predominates over mentality, and the karmendriyas (motor organs or organs of action, the hands, feet, sexual organs, anus and vocal cords) are activated.

Symbolically, ida can be understood as the receptive, feminine side of our being and pingala as its masculine, expressive counterpart.

Swara yoga concerns the realisation of man's essential nature as the balance between these dual and complementary polarities. The third nadi is sushumna and prana is induced to flow in this nadi only when ida and pingala, the mental and vital sides of the personality, are functioning in perfect balance.

This can only occur when an equal volume of breath is moving in and out of each nostril. At that time, the awareness is neither introverted nor extroverted, but remains balanced between the two. This is when sushumna nadi flows and the state of meditation (dhyana) dawns effortlessly.

The right hemisphere has been found to assume responsibility for the holistic, intuitional and psychic side of our perception which are ida nadi functions, while the left hemisphere has been found responsible for our logical, rational and analytic faculties and sequential and linear modes of thought - all pingala nadi functions.

Further, the left sensory and motor cortex regions of the brain are known to be responsible for the movement and sensation of the right side of the body, while the right cortex assumes responsibility for the left side of the body. This reciprocal innervation occurs via the ascending sensory and descending motor nerve tracts, which cross over to the right side of the midline within the brainstem and spinal cord.

In terms of swara yoga, therefore, the right side of the brain is activated when the left nostril is flowing; the left brain is activated when the right nostril flows, and whenever both nostrils flow equally, every faculty of the human brain is functioning in an optimal and integrated manner as sushumna nadi awakens. Then meditation is directly experienced.

The nostril which makes the highest pitch sound is the one that is most constricted.

Swara yogis were masters  of pranic body rhythms and explores how prana can be controlled through the breath.

Swara Yoga is a closely guarded science, taught only through direct transmission from guru to disciple, very little has ever been written about it. This is because this science can be misused.

Swara yoga emphasizes the analysis of the breath and the significance of different pranic  rhythms, whereas pranayama involves techniques to redirect, store and control prana. Swara yoga may therefore be said to involve the practices of pranayama, but in fact it is a much more extensive and precise science.

Energy is familiar to us in many ways such as light, heat, kinetic and potential, electric and magnetic energy. In the same way sound is also a form of energy The sound having frequency below 20 Hz are called Infrasonic while those having frequencies above 20,000 Hz are called Ultrasonic. Ultrasonic waves are very useful in scientific laboratories, diagnostic instruments and ultrasonic machines.

Sound is propagated through a material medium as a wave.  The longitudinal sound wave moves as a pressure wave in the air - compressing and than rarefying the air.

When a wave is propagated in a medium, each particle in the medium vibrates simple harmonically about its mean position. The energy of vibration is imparted to the succeeding particles, which also starts vibrating. Thus energy is transformed from one particle to another.

This is termed as wave motion A sound wave, on the other hand, is a longitudinal wave. As the energy ofwave motion is propagated outward from the center ofdisturbance, the individual air molecules that carry the sound move back and forth, parallel to the direction ofwave motion.

Thus, a sound wave is a series of alternate increases and decreases of air pressure. Each individual molecule passes the energy on to neighboring molecules, but after the sound wave has passed, each molecule remains in about the same location

Two traveling waves which exist in the same medium will interfere with each other. If their amplitudes add, the interference is said to be constructive interference, and destructive interference ifthey are "out of phase" and subtract.

Interference of incident and reflected waves is essential to the production ofresonant standing waves.
Interference has far reaching consequences in sound because ofthe production of "beats" between two frequencies which interfere with each other

It is the Swara that has given form to the first accumulations of the divisions of the universe; the Swara causes involution and evolution; the Swara is God Himself

The Divisions of Time ~
I shall begin with a Truti as the least division of time.
26-2/3 truti = 1 nimesha = 8/45 second.
18 nimesha = 1 kashtha = 3-1/5 seconds = 8 vipala.
30 kashtha = 1 kala = 1-3/5 minutes = 4 pala.
30 kala = 1 mahurta = 48 minutes = 2 ghari.
30 mahurta = 1 day and night = 24 hours = 60 ghari.
30 days and nights and odd hours = 1 Pitruja day and night = 1 month and odd hours.
12 months = 1 Daiva day and night = 1 year = 365 days, 15”, 30”, 31”.
365 Daiva days and nights = 1 Daiva year.
4,800 Daiva years = 1 Satya yuga.
3,600 Daiva years = 1 Treta yuga.
2,400 Daiva years = 1 Dwapara yuga.
1,200 Daiva years = 1 Kali yuga.
12,000 Daiva years = 1 Chaturyugi (four yuga).
12,000 Chaturyugi = 1 Daiva yuga.
2,000 Daiva yuga = 1 day and night of Brahma.
365 Brahmic days and nights = 1 year of Brahma.
71 Daiva yuga = 1 Manwantara.
12,000 Brahmic years = 1 Chaturyuga of Brahma, and so one.
200 yuga of Brahma = 1 day and night of parabrahma.

These days and nights follow each other in eternal succession, and hence eternal evolution
and involution.

If Prana recedes from any part of the body (for some reason or other), that part loses its
power of action. This is local death. It is in this way that we become deaf, dumb, blind, etc.

In the act of breathing, cosmic energies are drawn into the body. Thus the breath becomes the intermediate link between man and the universe, between the gross and subtle realms of existence.

Tantra teaches us that whatever exists in the macrocosm exists in the microcosm. So, the individual body is but a replica of the cosmic body, the breath being the mediator of the two.

HE SAVES A SMALL AMOUNT FOR HIS FUTURE LIFE ( NO EARNINGS ) IN A BANK... SO THAT HE CAN LIVE OFF THE INTEREST. THIS ENTIRE MONEY HAS BEEN EARNED ABROAD , SENT TO THE BANK FROM ABROAD --AND THE GOVT HAVE NO RIGHT TO TAX IT.

BUT THE INTEREST HE GETS ON THIS SAVED AMOUNT IS TAXED BY THE GOVT , NOW THAT HE IS NOT AN NRI ANYMORE.. DUE TO INFLATION, THE REAL VALUE OF THIS BANK SAVINGS DIMINISHES EVERY YEAR ..

THIS POOR MAN DEPENDS ON THIS MEAGRE MONTHLY INTEREST TO SURVIVE AND EDUCATE HIS CHILDREN-- WHO DONT GET JOBS KERALA ( DUE TO THE SCOURGE OF COMMUNISM )

NOW LET US CHECK OUT A PRIVATE EMPLOYEE IN AN IT COMPANY WHO GETS POOR WAGES ..HE PAYS HIS INCOME TAX EVERY MONTH. HE SAVES LIKE A BEE EVERY MONTH BIT BY BIT -- SO THAT HE CAN SURVIVE AFTER HE RETIRES ..

WHY SHOULD THE GOVT TAX HIM ON THE INTEREST HE EARNS FROM WHAT HE HAS SAVED IN THE BANK BY LIVING FRUGALLY ALL HIS EARNING LIFE -- THE PRINCIPAL AMOUNT HAS ALREADY BEEN TAXED ONCE AT SOURCE ..

WE WANT THE MODI GOVT TO ADDRESS THIS GRAVE INJUSTICE..

WHY DOES A BLOGGER NEED TO ASK THIS QUESTION ? ..

ARE THERE NO INTELLIGENT PEOPLE IN INDIA? ..

WHAT ARE OUR THINK TANKS WORTH? .. DO THAY HAVE SHIT FOR BRAINS?
