THIS POST IS CONTINUED FROM PART 99, BELOW--
Again, in Yoga, the three main channels of prana are the Ida, the Pingala and the Sushumna. Ida relatesto the right side of the brain, and the left side of the body, terminating at the left nostril andpingala to the left side of the brain and the right side of the body, terminating at the right nostril.
Alternate nostril breathing balances the prana that flows within the body. When prana enters a period of uplifted, intensified activity, the Yogic tradition refers to it as Pranotthana.
The Moon moves in the Ida and the Sun in the Pingala. Ida is cooling. Pingala is heating. Ida flows through the leftnostril and the Pingala through the right nostril. The breath flows through the right nostril for one 90 miniutes and then through the left nostril for 90 minutes.
Man is busily engaged in worldly activities, when the breath flows through Ida and Pingala . When Sushumna operates, he becomes dead to the world, and enters into Samadhi.
A Yogi tries his level best to make the Prana run in the Sushumna.. . A person who practices this Yoga of swara is called a Swara Yogi and he can control the Prana through Pingala and mind through Ida.
Yogis consumed little food when breath runs in the Pingala / Suryanadi runs --right nostril, and this nutrition was not wasted , as Suryanadi produced heat and digested the meagre food well. .
The solar and lunar forces that work at a macrocosmic level are reflected at a microcosmic level in man as his Pingala nadi and Ida nadi. This principle of equivalence of the microcosm and macrocosm is a very important principle that all occult sciences share as a fundamental law.
In Swara cycle, during bright fortnight (Poornima) Chandra Nadi (Ida) becomes active at sunrise on days 1, 2, 3 after FULL moon
During darker fortnight (Amavasya) Surya Nadi (Pingala) becomes active at sunrise on days 1,2,3 after NEW moon.
The Lunar or solar swara flows from sunrise for one hour each and then alternates for 24 hours. During the flow of Ida or Pingala for one hour, the tattwas become active in order. For a normal healthy person first air element flows for 8 minutes then fire for 4 minutes then earth for 12 minutes then water for 16 minutes and ether for 20 minutes.
This is used during answering Prashnas. Astrologers studied the subtleties of breath. Unwholesome lifestyles like smoking and use of stimulants should be avoided strictly if one wants to develop such awareness.. Ida represents the natural benefics, while Pingala represents the natural malefics
In the Chandogyopanishad it is stated that the five tattvas have evolved from the mind, the mind has evolved from prana and prana has evolved from pure consciousness. Thus the tattvas are present in every form of creation. In the physical body, they manifest as chitta shakti, prana shakti and atma shakti, which act on the body and mind through energy channels or nadis and the breath or swara.
Swara means ‘flow’ or ‘movement’. Nadi also means ‘flow’. Nadi is the flow of shakti in the subtle body, and swara is the flow of shakti in our breath. Therefore, the swara shastras deal with the science of the flow of breath and nadis.
Chitta shakti, or the force of ida, is the vital mental energy which governs all the functions of thought, mind and chitta. All mental activity is a result of the flow and dominance of ida.
I must repeat again.
This flow of energy is connected to the flow of breath through the left nostril, which is known to influence right brain hemisphere activities. It is also known as Chandra (moon) swara and considered as the negative polarity of energy within the body.
Prana shakti, which flows in pingala, is the vital life force and positive polarity of energy which governs all active physical functions. The physical work you perform throughout the day is a direct consequence of the level of prana shakti that is flowing in you. The activities of pingala are connected to the flow of your breath through the right nostril, which influences left brain hemisphere activities. It is also known as surya (sun) swara.
The third shakti or energy, atma shakti, is channelled through sushumna nadi, the central passage of prana. Ida is the channel of the mental energy force and pingala is the channel for the vital energy force, sushumna on the other hand is the channel for spiritual energy force.
Sushumna is a neutral energy and when it is active, the breath flows through both nostrils simultaneously. Then the flow of both ida and pingala are harmonised, and this occurrence is known to influence the activities of the higher dormant brain centres.
In the physical body, these three nadis correspond to the parasympathetic (ida), sympathetic (pingala) and autonomic (sushumna) nervous systems. However, throughout the life of most people, sushumna remains dormant. Until sushumna is awakened through the practices of tantra, yoga or other spiritual practices, an individual is entirely under the control of chitta and prana shakti ie. ida/pingala.
These three aspects of energy manifest in the physical breath or swaras in a cyclical pattern. The flow of ida or the Chandra swara lasts for approximately 90 minutes , after which it changes to pingala for the next hour and then back to ida.
At the time of changeover, there is a brief span of a few seconds when the third nadi, sushumna, flows. This cycle continues day and night and is strongly influenced by the lunar/solar movements, adjusting itself to the bright and dark fortnights of the lunar cycle.
As the entire body and mind structure is made up of the five tattvas, they are inherent in every aspect of our existence and can even be witnessed in the flow of the swara. Each tattva has a particular pranic frequency and affects the various body mechanisms. The activities of the tattvas cause the breath or swara to flow in different directions, for varying distances and durations, and influence the energy system of ida, pingala, and sushumna.
The two nadis, ida/pingala, channel shakti or energy into the various chakras or energy centres situated in the spinal column, beginning from mooladhara, right up to ajna chakra. These centres increase in vibration and are intersected by ida / pingala. The influence of the tattvas is also conveyed to the chakras through the swara.
Each chakra is dominated by one of the five elements:---
Mooladhara by the earth element (the lowest vibration of prana)
Swadhisthana by water
Manipura by fire
Anahata by air.
The subtlest element, ether, rules over vishuddhi chakra, the throat centre. The chakras beyond vishuddhi fall under the influence of the subtler elements of the antah karana.
Antahkarana ( inner cause) refers to the totality of two levels of mind, namely the buddhi, the intellect or higher mind, and the manas, the middle levels of mind which exist as or include the mental body.
Antahkarana is also called the link between the middle and higher mind, the reincarnating part of the mind
Antahkaraṇa (internal organ) is organised into four parts:--
Ahamkāra (ego) – identifies the Atman (self) with the body as 'I'
Buddhi (intellect) – controls decision making
Manas (mind) – controls sankalpa (will or resolution)
Chitta (memory) – deals with remembering and forgetting
Below: A crop circle representing ANTAHKARANA --which is lifted by Reiki, for healing
AHAMKARA, the ego, literally means “I am the doer”. All our feelings, perceptions, ideas and desires are inextricably linked to Ahamkara. The ego is that psychic authority that creates the illusion that we are autonomous to all the other independently existing individuals.
From that we naturally derive the idea that the external world that confronts us is also an independent, separate reality. However, Vedanta philosophy, which is also the philosophy of Yoga, teaches us to see the unity – God – behind the variety of appearances.
Just as the different swaras influence and govern different spheres of mental, physical and spiritual experience, the five tattvas also have individual characteristics which affect our state of mind, body and consciousness.
For example, when Prithvi or earth element is active, your thoughts may be materialistic, whereas if ether is flowing then there are no such thoughts, but complete stillness or shoonya.
Therefore, to understand the levels of awareness we are experiencing, other than the awareness of which tattva is active we also need to know which swara is flowing through our body at that time. In the final analysis, it is a combination of both the swara and predominating tattva which influences our physical, psychological and transcendental states of mind.
It is said in the Shiva Swarodaya that if the element of fire is predominant during the flow of sushumna, it consumes the fruit of all your actions. This is because when sushumna flows, the awareness is absorbed in the subtlest tattva, paramtattwa, which is beyond action and result. Agni tattva, in combination with sushumna, intensifies this effect. This is why it is said that when sushumna begins to flow, one should stop all work and sit down for meditation or spiritual practices.
If the element of ether is active during the flow of sushumna, then the mind travels at a very great speed; like a swift rocket, it is catapulted into the higher consciousness. At that time it is easy to transcend material or external awareness, and meditation during that period will undoubtedly give good results. However, this combination is known to occur very rarely.
During the flow of ida and pingala, these five tattwas arise separately in succession. In each hour of the Chandra and surya swaras, all five tattwas are active individually in the following order:
Air
Fire
Earth
Water
Ether
Each tattva has a fixed duration during which it flows, and when that is over it is replaced by the next tattva. It is possible to detect the prevailing tattva in the swara at any particular time in several ways.
A tattva yogi, who has complete knowledge or jnana of the tattwas in relation to the swara, can judge his physical, mental, emotional and spiritual state and act in accordance with that. However, more important than this is knowing how to induce the experience of your true nature through awareness of the tattwas in the different swaras.
A tattva yogi can define the active tattva that is flowing, by examining the nature of the perceptions arising therefrom. After developing proficiency in the art of defining the tattva, he develops the experience of the tattvas through several tantric practices that accentuate their flow.
Swarayoga is a systematic practice of the observation of the breath flow through the nostrils in relation to the time of day, the position of the moon, sun, planets, seasons and the play of five basic elements earth, water, fire, air and space with the physical, mental and emotional conditions of the practicing individual.
Swara breathing is a process, which can be manipulated and controlled whenever you want to. It helps us to understand how to maximize our potential, control moods, heal ailments and be attuned to the cosmic rhythm.

The predominant nostril changes every 90 minutes. If either swara predominates for too long it is a sign of warning that one of the branches of the autonomic nervous system is being over stressed and only one of the brain hemispheres is being fully utilized.
The co-ordination of three Naddis ( Ida/ Pingala / Sushumna ) gives health, strength, mental peace and long life - and clear the way for the spiritual growth. Once this understanding takes place, the breathing pattern can be altered at will to make the life harmonious and balanced.

When Ida is flowing, the breath will be more in the left nostril. It indicates that the mental energy is dominant. The mind is passive, cool, introverted and any kind of mental work can be undertaken. It is like nectar and gives strength and nourishment to the soul and the body.
When Pingala is flowing, the breath will be more in the right nostril. It indicates that the vital energy is dominant. The mind is active, extroverted, and any kind of physical work can be undertaken. It is responsible for the growth of the body.
When Ida and Pingala Naddis flow together then the main channel the Third Swara or Shoonya Swara is stimulated
Sushumna unites both Ida and Pingala at the eyebrow centre in the region of medulla oblongata.
When both nostrils flow together, both hemispheres operate in unison. The physical organs and mental organs function simultaneously and it indicates that the mind is blissful, calm, pure, balanced and the spiritual energy is in power and time is good for concentration, meditation, and worship.
In subtle body terms the Sushumna Nadi is the path to enlightenment.
This cant happen unless the Karmic baggage is light and the soul frequency is high.

In the past these specific branches of tantra and Swara Yoga were kept secret because people frequently misused the techniques in order to gain greater power for selfish and destructive motives.
Sanatana Dharma does NOT allow rock star gurus who try to be messiahs . But worse than that, the reputable science of tantra defamed as deviant sex .
For this reason, since ancient times, such techniques as Tantra or Swara yoga could only be learned under the tutelage of a guru.

Prana Vidya is the knowledge of Prana and the ability to guide it. Learning to to use cosmic energy which is freely available to all, allows us to create changes in the patterns of our body, mind and consciousness diverting, directing, or extracting Prana/energy to certain areas.
Pranotthana is the first thing that happens as the individual evolves, and it is this release of energy which triggers off the actual awakening of kundalini.
Without pranotthana the kundalini is not awakened.
When kundalini begins an upward ascent through the sushumna, she pulls prana along with her.
There are two ways in which pranotthana can take place. The first is by regular practice of asanas, pranayama, concentration and meditation techniques. Through these practices, the prana is gradually released in the body, starting the preliminary process of purification of organs, glands, nervous system, brain and nadis.
The complete purification comes only with the kundalini awakening and rising to the brain. Once pranotthana has finished its initial work of purification, it normally stabilises itself for a time, before it starts dealing with the kundalini energy,. After a time, kundalini awakens.
Normal breathing is a mechanical function performed by the physical body but in Swara yoga this process can be controlled and manipulated.
Think of pranotthana as the phenomena, like the heat, the kriyas, sensations, and so forth—it’s the thing that you experience. Think of kundalini as the functioning of the energy inside the sushumna unbeknownst to the practitioner.
Kundalini awakening is awakening of the self; the possibility to go beyond the life matrix one is vibrating in. It is bursting of the dam that is holding back the inherent power and inner wisdom.
The absolute power of Kundalini awakening is clarity, auspiciousness, self-esteem, pure love, concern for others, enlightened attention, infinite joy, peace and the ultimate self-realisation.
Advanced Yoga, pranayama and meditation practitioners indicate feeling of energy surge, lifting from the base of the spine, all the way up to the brain stem. Most of us confuse it with uncoiling of Kundalini whereas this is simply a Pranotthana.
Pranotthana is the release of Pranic energy within the body. It starts getting activated when the endocrine glands, nerve plexus, meridians, nadis, blood vessels are flush with a right mix of oxygen and carbon dioxide in the body.
This right balance triggers combustion of energy and this pranic energy is called Pranotthana.
According to the Tantras, the distinction between the breath from the left and right nostrils is due to the movements of the celestial bodies. Indian astrology observes the movement of the moon through a different set of constellations than those of the Western zodiac.
These constellations, or "asterisms," are called nakshatras in Sanskrit, and are identified by their prominent stars. Asterisms are sub- or supersets of constellations which build a constellation itself, or a group of stars, physically related or not. Best known is the Big Dipper ( Sapt Rishis ) as a part of the Great Bear.
There are 27 nakshatras, one for each day of the lunar cycle; they are also referred to as the "lunar mansions."

In astrology - just as the breath elements influence human behavior and destiny, so do the nakshatras, or asterisms.
According to the Shiva Svarodaya Shastra, "As the moon moves through the signs of the zodiac, so the breath moves from the moon (left) nostril to the sun (right) nostril."
A correlation has been established between the asterisms and the five elements of the vital breath. In the list below each element is shown with its corresponding (numbered) nakshatras and their prominent stars.
Earth: (1) Dhanishtha (Alpha, Beta, Gamma, and Delta Delphinis), (2) Rohini (Aldebaran), (3) Jyeshtha (Alpha, Sigma, and Tau Scorpionis), (4) Anuradha (Beta, Delta, and Pi Scorpionis), (5) Shravana (Alpha, Beta, and Gamma Aquilae), (6) Abhijit (Alpha, Epsilon, and Zeta Lyrae), and (7) Uttarashadha (Zeta and Sigma Sagittarii).
Water: (8) Purvashadha (Delta and Epsilon Sagittarii), (9) Ashlesha (Delta, Epsilon, Eta, Rho, and Sigma Hydrae), (10) Mula (Epsilon, Zeta, Eta, Theta, Iota, Kappa, Lambda, Mu, and Upsilon Scorpionis), ( 11) Ardra (Alpha Orionis), (12) Revati (Zeta Piscium and so on), (13) Uttarabhadrapada (Gamma Pegasi and Alpha Andromedae), and (14) Shatabhisha (Gamma Aquarii).
Fire: (15) Bharani (35, 39, and 41 Arietis), (16) Krittika (Pleiades), (17) Pushya (Gamma, Delta, and Theta Cancri), ( 18) Magha (Alpha, Gamma, Epsilon, Zeta, Eta, and Mu Leonis), (19) Purvaphalguni (Delta and Theta Leonis), (20) Purvabhadrapada (Alpha and Beta Pegasi), and (21) Svati (Arcturus).
Air: (22) Vishakha (Alpha, Beta, Gamma, and Iota Librae), (23) Uttaraphalguni (Beta and 93 Leonis), (24) Hasta (Alpha, Beta, Gamma, Delta, and Epsilon Corvi), (25) Chitra (Spica and Alpha Virginis), (26) Punarvasu (Alpha and Beta Geminorum), (27) Ashvini (Beta and Gamma Ariatis
Space has no corresponding asterism.
In astrology there is also a relationship between the planets, the signs of the zodiac, and the breath elements. On the left (ida) channel, the earth element is influenced by Mercury, water by the moon, fire by Venus, and air by Jupiter.
On the right (pingala) nadi, earth is under the rule of the sun, water under Saturn, fire under Mars, and air under the ascending node of the moon (rahu).
On the central channel (sushumna), earth relates to Mercury, water to the moon and Venus, fire to the sun and Mars, air to the ascending node of the moon and Saturn, and space to Jupiter.
INDIAN ASTRONOMY WAS DEVELOPED THOUSANDS OF YEARS BEFORE THE WHITE MAN GRADUATED FROM GRUNT GRUNT TO A LANGUAGE..
YET THESE WHITE BASTARDS STOLE OUR ASTRONOMY AND PATENTED IT IN THEIR OWN NAMES
THE ITALIAN WAITRESS AND HER HALF BREED MULATTO CHILDREN MUST KNOW THIS —
THERE IS NO NEED TO GET COCKY ABOUT ITALY
ALL GLORY OF ANCIENT ITALY—BELONGS TO INDIA .
Again, Ida Nadi or left nostril breathing or lunar swara is located on the left side of the spinal cord and connected to the right hemisphere of the brain-- it represents Moon / female Shakti ( energy) principle. This is associated with the mental activities, parasympathetic nervous system (relaxation and rejuvenation).
Again, Pingala Nadi or right nostril breathing or solar swaras is located on the right side of spinal cord and connected to the left hemisphere of the brain-- it represents Sun / male Shiva (consciousness) principle. This is associated with pranic activities ( physical activities), sympathetic nervous system (fight or flight response / stress response). All the activities that involve strenuous work may be undertaken during breathing with the right swara.
Swara Yoga is very subtle and it aims at directly awakening the highest human potential.
The right understanding of Swara can be of immense help to regulate the body temperature. By the virtue of this, there is less feeling of warmth during the hot summers and similarly the winter cool becomes bearable. Naked yogis can melt ice around them.
For readers who are curious why Captain blogs at odd hours- this is the secret. I wont take any questions on this.
Swara yoga is an ancient science of nasal breathing which was NOT penned down in 5000 BC like the rest of Vedic literature . Through the systematic flow of breath, one can attain harmony between inner and cosmic consciousness.
Swara yoga relates the dominance of breath and personality. In Swara yoga we learn to tune in with the lunar and planetary cycles and change the swara at will. The key technique of swara yoga is to influence the nadis.
Nadis carry prana to all parts of body. There are several sensory nerves in the nose and the nostrils that are connected to the nadis. The swara yoga technique activates Sushmna nadi and eliminates psychological and physical problems.
Swara yoga is the ancient science of pranic body rhythms and explores how prana can be controlled through the breath. Traditionally a closely guarded science, taught only through direct transmission from guru to disciple, very little has ever been written about it.
Swara yoga, it is the association of the breath in relation to the activities or phases or positions of the sun, moon, planets, seasons, time of day, with the physical and mental conditions of the individual and then taking the appropriate action according to these subtle relations.
For example, knowing the moon phases and checking the flow of your nostrils before you get out of bed in the morning and letting the corresponding foot be the first to touch the floor ( earthed ) and make the first step, is a simple practice that ensures success in everything that happens for that day.
The first foot to touch the ground will get the prevailing 'successful' flow of energy from the cosmos.. It was kept as a closed secret by the ancient sages and saints
This ancient divine knowledge was available only for sadhaks, to those who had risen above the worldly and mundane affairs of life, those who had a spiritual attitude, and the dedication and devotion of a disciple, so that this precious knowledge was kept pure and it didn't go into the wrong hands.
Some Swara yogis who come down from Himalayas for Maha Kumbh Mela know this science , conveyed from guru to shishya for 400 centuries.
You must know this truth --- a rich man like Rothschild can pay for happiness ( false one ) . The naked yogi is truly happy—as happiness is a state of mind. It does NOT depend of outside circumstances..
It depends on the way you look at things..it depends on the loftiness of your thoughts. The cause of happiness is never the external situation—but your thoughts about it. This is why yogis can meditate even if a cobra climbs on his head..
These yogis adapted to self imposed solitude smear themselves in ash to keep unwanted people away. Life is NOT about pleasing others. The richest man can have everything—but is he does not have peace of mind—what is he worth ?
Some of these yogis are very old—yet they are physically and mentally fit and happy.
A happy mind is the highest state of mind — a state of BLISS—nay— UNBRIDLED EXHILARATION .
Out of bliss comes creativity. It is not a feeling-but a state of being .
Out of bliss comes creativity. It is not a feeling-but a state of being .
BEWARE OF ROGUE GURUS LIKE SADGURU JAGGI VASUDEV WHO GUFFAWS ( ONLY WHEN VIDEO CAMERAS ARE PRESENT ) FOR NO REASON -- JUST TO SHOW THAT HE IS IN A STATE OF BLISS
This is why ancient Maharishis could write such profound stuff—things which don’t have an expiry date—things which will last till the sun goes supernova .
Even the language Sanskrit has NO expiry date. It has NO additions of subtractions since this divine language was created and Vedas went on oral route for 330 centuries before being penned down 70 centuries ago..
Follow your bliss and the universe will open its doors.
The real purpose of Swara Yoga was a man to forge the hinges of his destiny on his own terms. This was to lower the weight of the Karmic baggage. Through the knowledge of swara yoga one can become free from all kinds of negativity and he can achieve heightened awareness.
The swara yoga practices related to breath were used understand the governing forces of life, to understand the nature of the universe and effects of the elements on body and mind by observing the different patterns of breath.
Further, it was used to go beyond the limitations of the mind. Swara yoga is a tantric science coming from from Shaiva Tantra, where Lord Shiva is the guru and his wife –nay—lover Shakti is the disciple. She asks questions about nature and the governing forces of the universe.
Lord Shiva ( consciousness ) gives this precious knowledge of swara yoga to his wife Shakti ( energy) — both are cosmic allegories
Tantra is NOT perverted sex as made out to be by the white invader .
The cosmos in all its manifestations, as an act of love.
Shiva and Shakti are one and the same.
There is no place that He is not.
There is no place that She is not.
They are one and the same.
She is in every thing.
She is in every word.
She is all there is.
See Her in all things.
Hear Her in all sounds.
Know Her in all thoughts.
Feel Her in all feelings.
She is all there is.
She is the one in the three worlds.
Shiva and Shakti are one and the same.
That is the secret.
Each of the trinity gods are powerless without their consorts. This does NOT make the male a transgender Hijra as is to tommed in every desh drohi literary fest by white men and Indian commies
Tantric art has captured the images of the Purusha ( Shiva ) and his consort, Prakriti ( Shakti ), in ecstatic union.
This is NOT perverted sex.
Purusha and Pragati is expressed as Shiva and Shakti in the same body 50:50 – this is NOT a she boy or a transgender . It is a mindboggling, intelligent concept.
Purusha is the embodiment of pure consciousness, and Prakriti as the embodiment of pure energy.
Through uniting with Purusha , Pragati gave form to his spirit and created the universe---we are talking about CREATION OF THE COSMOS here- not street side whore sex as figured out by small minds
When the insentient Prakriti comes in contact with the sentient Purusha , the universe evolves.
At the MACRO level-- Shakti is manifested by Shiva only during creation and is withdrawn into himself at the end of creation. Modern science repeats from our Vedas that matter and energy are interchangeable. So does consciousness and energy .
In the highest planes they are interchangeable, which is why we see a great incongruence between our spiritual experiences and the external reality.
All this is beyond shallow white minds.
Purusha ( Shiva ) symbolizes consciousness, the masculine principle. Prakriti ( Shakti ) symbolizes the feminine principle, the activating energy.
In the Tantric cosmology, the whole universe is perceived as being created, penetrated and sustained by two fundamental forces, which are permanently in a perfect, indestructible UNION. These forces or universal aspects are called Shiva and Shakti.
Sankhya philosopy is about the male and female joint TEAM effort. This is NOT a dance of opposites— like in Dvaita Vedanta.
At the MICRO level-- Shiva resides in the highest Sahasrara Chakra and Shakti in the lowest Muladhara Chakra.
When Prakriti and Purusha unite in the Sahasrara Chakra ( raising of Kundalini ) , knowledge, knower and the object of knowledge become one. The union of Shakti with Shiva by Kundalini rise is the liberation of seeker from the cycle of endless birth and death.
Swara yoga is a science which is realization of cosmic consciousness through control and manipulation of breath.
Prana is the primordial energy of the universe. Prana is dispersed through the entire material world.
Prana cannot be measured as it is scalar energy
Prana is both macrocosmic and microcosmic and is the substratum of all life. Mahaprana (the great prana) is the cosmic, universal, all-encompassing energy out of which we draw substance through the breathing process
The moment prana leaves the body consciousness departs because prana and consciousness are the two poles of one source – the self
The best anti-stress medicine we have may be right under our own nose. Slow, deep diaphragmatic breathing is the single best anti-stress medicine we have.. When you bring air down into the lower portion of the lungs, where oxygen exchange is most efficient, everything changes. Heart rate slows, blood pressure decreases, muscles relax, anxiety ceases and the mind calms
Nothing in the Universe happens haphazardly. Nature moves in rhythm. There is an immutable law that governs the movement of the stars, planets etc. There is constancy in the working of all the laws of nature.
Everything is scheduled to happen according to some strict commands, as though there is a very severe law-maker and a strict maintainer of these laws!
IN KERALA TEMPLES YOU WERE NOT ALLOWED TO COVER YOUR UPPER BODY— SO THAT BELLY BREATING IS ENCOURAGED , RATHER THAN CHEST BREATING..
Menopausal women who learned the deep diaphragmatic breathing technique were able to reduce the frequency of hot flushes by more than 60 percent. Deep diaphragmatic breathing and other mind-body techniques can significantly reduce symptoms of severe PMS as well as depression. Yoga can combat infertility
The healthy breathing, brought on by Yoga and Meditation, is the deep and slow breathing using diaphragm and abdominal muscles (belly button breathing). This is modulated through the parasympathetic system.
The parasympathetic nervous system (PNS) controls homeostasis and the body at rest and is responsible for the body's "rest and digest" function
Following are the specific reactions of sympathetic nervous system:---
increase in the rate and constriction of the heart
dilation of bronchial tubes in the lungs and pupils in the eyes
contraction of muscles
release of adrenaline from the adrenal gland
conversion of glycogen to glucose to provide energy for the muscles.
shut down of processes not critical for survival
decrease in saliva production: the stomach does not move for digestion, nor does it release digestive secretions.
decrease in urinary output
sphincter contraction.
The parasympathetic nervous system counterbalances the sympathetic nervous system. It restores the body to a state of calm.
The specific responses are:--
decrease in heart rate
constriction of bronchial tubes in the lungs and pupils in the eyes
relaxation of muscles
saliva production: the stomach moves and increases secretions for digestion.
increase in urinary output
sphincter relaxation.
Digestive enzymes are released
As a deep inhalation is done, enhanced venous return occurs along with better lymphatic drainage. The rhythmic up and down movement of the diaphragm massages the abdominal organs, increasing their circulation and efficiency.
Changes in coronary flow occur during pranayama, allowing more blood to flow into the coronary vessels. The input of healthy blood into the lunges increases, allowing better uptake of oxygen and build up of adenosine triphosphate (ATP) molecules at the cellular level, which is the source of energy to the cell.
In emergencies, we usually ‘forget’ about the proper breathing exercise. Thus, some of us experience cardiac arrest that leads to coma and even death. When our air passages become constricted due to panic, our body reacts in a different way, usually the reverse of the natural process.
Most of us are only half-breathers: we breathe in because we can’t help it but we fail to breathe out completely. The sigh is nature’s way of deflating the lungs when we have neglected the breathing apparatus long enough.

Imagine you are riding your bicycle uphill. Your muscles strain to keep the bike moving upward and forward. You start breathing harder to get more oxygen into your lungs. Your heart is beating faster to deliver that oxygen to your muscles.
After a while, your breathing rate and your heart rate reach their maximum. Yet even this maximum isn’t delivering enough oxygen to your system. At that point, you switch over to anaerobic respiration. Anaerobic means without oxygen.
Anaerobic respiration is a type of respiration that does not use oxygen. It is used when there is not enough oxygen for aerobic respiration. Anaerobic respiration allows you to continue to temporarily make some ATP, even when your your body can’t deliver enough oxygen.
Both aerobic and anaerobic respiration involve chemical reactions which take place in the cell to produce energy, which is needed for active processes.
Aerobic respiration takes place in the mitochondria and requires oxygen and glucose, and produces carbon dioxide, water, and energy. The chemical equation-- (glucose + oxygen = carbon dioxide + water.
Anaerobic respiration also produces energy and uses glucose, but it produces less energy and does not require oxygen. This is useful in tissues which have a high energy demand such as in working muscles, in which there is not enough oxygen to produce all the energy needed by using aerobic respiration alone.
Anaerobic respiration takes place in the cell cytoplasm and produces lactic acid. The lactic acid then needs to be oxidised later to carbon dioxide and water afterwards to prevent it building up. This process requires oxygen and therefore following anaerobic respiration there is oxygen debt in the cell, as oxygen is needed to break down the lactic acid produced.
In order to respire your body needs oxygen and so your breathing rate increases. Although, if even with you breath more, your body cannot respire enough, your cells will respire anaerobically.
Pranaam Vadakayil ji,
1) If Kerala invented every thing, then what did the Yogis, tantriks, Maharishis of Saraswati civilisation and the Himalayas contribute?
2) Why did Parshuram snatch lands from Thiyyas and give it to Namboodiris? Wasn't it wiser to live in harmony for both the communities? In Mahabhata, Parshuram and his discipline Bhishma have a fight and Bhishma almost kills Parshuram as he was about to use Brahamastra. What sense did the system make of the eldest son marrying 4 times but the younger sons not marrying? There are other ways to prevent land segregation. Reading all this, I wonder the significance of Bhagwan Parshuram.

SOUL HAS A FREQUENCY INEXORIABLY LINKED BY THE WEIGHT OF NEGATIVE KARMIC BAGGAGE.
You cannot have an experience on this planet without attracting it through frequency. Every emotion, including love and hate tunes into a specific frequency. Health has a frequency. Disease has frequency. Your organs are each tuned to a specific frequency as is your entire body which resonates at its own frequency.
You are a symphony of frequencies while you project yourself through this universe and create your physical reality. You are a master of your energy, and thus you are able to control everything you are, everything you do, everything you experience.
From the day you are born until the day you die, nothing will ever change the fact that you are both a frequency emitter and receiver in flux with your internal and external environment.
Most of the molecules in the body are electrical dipoles. These dipoles electronically function like transducers in that they are able to turn acoustic waves into electrical waves and electrical waves into acoustic waves.
Chronic disease occurs when voltage drops below a certain voltage. Cells then don’t have enough energy to work correctly and amount of oxygen in cells drops, switching from aerobic (oxygen- available) metabolism to anaerobic (oxygen diminished) metabolism.
The natural properties of biomolecular structures enables cell components and whole cells to oscillate and interact resonantly with other cells. The cells of the body and cellular components possess the ability to function as electrical resonators.
Healthy tissues have more structured water than unhealthy tissues. Mantras in Sanskrit can improve water structuring in the tissues .
The cells of the body are composed of matter. Matter itself is composed of atoms, which are mixtures of negatively charged electrons, positively charged protons and electrically neutral neutrons
There are multiple structures in cells that act as electronic components. Biological tissues and components of biological tissues can receive, transduce and transmit electric, acoustic, magnetic, mechanical and thermal vibrations
The planet is a living being, each cell has its own individual bio-quantum potential , each molecule has its own electromagnetic signature. Our DNA is capable of producing and receiving sound (phonons) and light (photons) The DNA is a kind of a lens which can attract electromagnetic energy into itself. Every biochemical reaction is preceded by an electromagnetic signal
Cells themselves have the ability to perfectly reprogram their own DNA when the external environment demands it. Life is fundamentally electromagnetic than biochemical, the DNA blueprint functioning as a biohologram which serves as a guiding matrix for organizing physical form.
DNA can be influenced by acoustic, electromagnetic and scalar waves our DNA can even be “read” or “rewritten” as a textual (and acoustic!) genetic code.
Protein scientists know SHIT about human DNA
Space is literally efflorescing with virtual photons and electron-positron pair production. It is not dead, empty or inert but radiant and shimmering with energetic potential. Zero Point Field—the mother of all fields—provides the ultimate holographic blueprint of the world for all time, past and future. It is this that we tap into when we see the past or future.
ALL OF US TAP INTO AKASHIK FIELD DURING REM SLEEP
THIS IS WHY AFTER BRAINSTORMING—I ALLOW MYSELF AT LEAST ONE REM SLEEP BEFORE I TAKE DECISIONS
Brainstorming is the name given to a situation when a group of people meet to generate new ideas around a specific area of interest. Using rules which remove inhibitions, people are able to think more freely and move into new areas of thought and so create numerous new ideas and solutions.
The participants shout out ideas as they occur to them and then build on the ideas raised by others. All the ideas are noted down and are not criticized. Only when the brainstorming session is over are the ideas evaluated. To brainstorm is to use a set of specific rules and techniques which encourage and spark off new ideas which would never have happened under normal circumstances..
Brainstorming is where a group of people sit in a room and shout out ideas as they occur to them. They are told to lose their inhibitions and that no ideas will be judged so that people are free to shout out any ideas at all without feeling uncomfortable. People should build on the ideas called out by other participants.
The purpose of this is to gain as many ideas as possible for later analysis. Out of the many ideas suggested there will be some of great value. Because of the free-thinking environment, the session will help promote radical new ideas which break free from normal ways of thinking.
I DO BRAINSTROWMING ON SHIPS REGULARLY— WHERE THERE ARE DEEP ROOTED TECHNICAL PROBLEMS OR WHEN THERE IS AN IMPENDING DISASTER .

Scalar waves from DNA propagate at faster-than-light speed except when transmitting scalar information on electromagnetic carrier waves. If something travels faster than light, it means that it can penetrate any matter as though it wasn’t there. Therefore scalar waves pervade all matter and cannot be shielded against by Faraday cages.
Reiki healing waves pass through the earth.
Scalar waves are not blocked by Faraday cages or other kind of shieldings, they are emitted by living systems, and they are intimately involved in, scalar electromagnetics is a unified field theory of electromagnetics and gravitation, since it recaptures the scalar wave portion of electromagnetics .every body in the universe spins!
Interstellar molecules spin. Stars, planets, satellites, even entire galaxies and clusters of galaxies all are known to spin. The whole universe spins as a spiral vortex !
The discovery of the biofield meter shows the existence of a spin force around the human body and other living organisms. The existence of spin as a force would account for why the universe has not come together in clumps, for spin forces operate at right angles to gravity forces.
As per Vedas there are no stagnant circles in real life—there can only be a vortex
PANTANJALI YOGA SUTRA
2.53 - - dharanasu ch yojnata manasah
The mind also becomes fit for concentration.
Pranayama is not only an instrument to balance the mind, but also the gateway to concentration - dharana. Once the new light of knowledge has dawned through the practice of pranayama, the mind is fit and knowledgeable to move on towards the realisation of the soul. The allusion here is clear that the sadhaka who had to struggle initially to cultivate a yogic way of life by self-discipline and study, now finds his efforts transformed into a natural fervour to progress in his sadhana. The covering to the light of the Chitta is attenuated. Thus the mind becomes fit for concentration. Dharana practice requires a preliminary mastership in certain aspects of prana energy control. This is why when someone sits to meditate without first doing pranayama , he cannot be successful even though he may imagine for himself in peace happiness and light. Dharaṇa means single minded focus. The prior limb Pratyahara involves withdrawing the senses from external phenomena. Dhāraṇā builds further upon this by refining it further to ekagrata or ekagra chitta, that is single-pointed concentration and focus. Samatha is done by practicing single-pointed meditation, through mindfulness of breathing. All other operations of the mind are suspended or stopped. According to the Hatha Yogic school, a Yogi who can suspend his breath by Kumbhaka for 20 minutes can have a very good Dharana. He will have tranquillity of mind. Pranayama steadies the mind, removes the Vikshepa and increases the power of concentration. Fixing the mind on something is Dharana or concentration of mind. Dharana can be done only if you are free from the distractions of mind. The Vrittis that arise from the mind obscure your native state. They are like clouds that screen the sun. During the time of concentration, the seer identifies himself with his own native state. At other times of concentration, the seer identifies with his Vrittis. This is a great distraction of the mind. When all the Vrittis are controlled and when the mind is one-pointed, it is transparent like a crystal. The mind loses itself in the object concentrated upon. The mind acquires the power of appearing in the shape of whatever is presented to it, be it the knower, the knowable or the knowledge. Just as the crystal becomes coloured by the colour of the object placed before it and then shines according to the form of the object, so also this mind is coloured by the colour of the object presented to it, and then appears in the form of the object. Vedantins try to fix their mind on Atman, the Inner Self. This is their Dharana. When Hatha Yogins concentrate their mind on Shat Chakras or the six centres of spiritual energy, they concentrate their mind on the respective presiding Devatas and Tattvas. Bhaktas concentrate their mind on their Ishta Devata. Dharana is an important stage for any kind of Sadhana. When the mind is intensely fond of anything, there will be no perception of pain even if destruction awaits the body. You find lovers committing suicide together all over the world. There are five Yoga Bhumikas or stages or five states of mind, viz., (1) Kshipta (wandering); (2) Mudha (forgetful); (3) Vikshipta (gathering mind); (4) Ekagrata (one- pointed); (5) Nirudha (controlled or well-restrained). In Kshipta state the rays of the mind are scattered. It is always wandering. In Mudha state, the man does not know anything. He is quite dull. He will harm others. In Vikshipta state, the mind is centered for a short time only; but wanders about for a long time. In Ekagrata state, it is one-pointed and concentrated. You can enter into Samadhi with the help of this mind. In Nirudha state, all the Vrittis are controlled. This is the state of Vritti-sunya. But Samskaras which are the seeds for Vrittis are here. No Yoga is possible in the first three states of mind. Yoga is possible in the fourth and fifth states only. Purify the mind first through the practice of Yama and Niyama. Then take to the practice of Dharana. Concentration without purity is of no use. Ethical perfection is of paramount importance. A man whose mind is filled with passion and all sorts of fantastic desires can hardly concentrate on any object even for a second. His mind will be jumping like a monkey. There can be no concentration without something upon which the mind may rest. The mind can be fixed easily on a pleasing object such as a ishta devata or a fresh fragrant flower. It is very difficult in the beginning to fix the mind on any object which it dislikes such as a lump of stinking shit, a cobra or a bleeding body. Practise concentration till the mind is well- established on the object of concentration. When the mind runs away from the object of concentration bring it back again to the object. It is very difficult to practise concentration when one is very thirsty or when one is suffering from an acute disease. One has to make the mind fit for yoga practice (yogyata manasah). The mind will prevent the attention from linking to a higher concentration force or person if the mind itself is not surcharged with a higher grade of pranic energy. It will be unable to make a higher linkage, except now and again, by a fluke, haphazardly. For consistent practice one must do the asana with pranayama daily before meditation practice. Dharaṇa is the sixth stage, step or limb of eight elucidated by Patanjali's Ashtanga Yoga.
Balancing the Ida and Pingala, the mental force and vital force is one of the main objectives of Pranayama. . Yoga recommends Nadi Shodhan Pranayama, (alternate nostril breathing with Kumbhaka and Bandhas) for purifying Ida Nadi and Pingala Nadi.
Pranayama is Practice only after purifying Nadis. Nadis can be purified by practicing ANULOM-VILOM Pranayama. A common learner must begin the practice of Pranayama with Anulomvilom.
Being simple in nature, even common people also easily practice Anulomvilom Pranayama. It is a kind of Nadi Shodhana, or the sweet breath, is simple form of alternate nostril breathing suitable for beginning and advanced students. Nadi means channel and refers to the energy pathways through which prana flows. Shodhana means cleansing -- so Nadi Shodhana means channel cleaning.
Through this Pranayama, the blood gets an increased amount of life giving oxygen that thoroughly cleans and purifies it, calms the mind, soothes anxiety and stress, balances left and right hemispheres, promotes clear thinking— makes you be IN THE MOMENT which will help you to reduce your karmic baggage .
Pratyahara makes the mind calm. Dharana steadies the mind. Dhyana makes one forget the body and the world. Samadhi brings infinite Bliss, Knowledge, Peace and Liberation.
During Yogic Samadhi, the flame of the Yogagni (fire of Yoga) extending from navel to the head melts the Amrita in the Brahmarandhra. The Yogi drinks this with joy and ecstasy. He can remain without food and drink for months by drinking this Yogic nectar alone.
The body becomes lean, strong and healthy. Too much fat is reduced. There is lustre in the face. Eyes sparkle like a diamond. The practitioner becomes very handsome. Voice becomes sweet and melodious. The inner Anahata sounds are distinctly heard.Nadis are purified. The Vikshepa is removed and the mind becomes one-pointed.
The mind of a man can be made to transcend ordinary experience and exist on a plane higher than that of reason known as superconscious state of concentration and get beyond the limit of concentration. He comes face to face with facts which ordinary consciousness cannot comprehend.
When the mind is so raised into the superconscious state of perception, it begins to act from there and experiences higher facts and higher knowledge. Such is the ultimate object of Yoga, which can be achieved by the practice of Pranayama. The control of the vibratory Prana means to a Yogi, the kindling of the fire of supreme knowledge, the realisation of the Self.

BG 6.16: O Arjun, those who eat too much or eat too little, sleep too much or too little, cannot attain success in Yog.
The nano world is governed by a different set of physical laws, which we have taken to calling quantum physics.
The Casimir effect, a force found between quantum objects inside a vacuum due to fluctuations of electromagnetic waves. When viewed through the paradigm of classical physics, the force can’t be seen. Researchers have to apply quantum field theory to spot it.
A famous experiment was done by Casimir which proved the energy could be tapped, when two non magnetic plates were placed close together they started to attract and the attraction got exponentially stronger the closer the plates were from each other.
ZPE- Zero Point Energy ( brahmAn ) was causing this effect, the Casimir Effect.
The Casmir force is the ultimate cause of friction in the nano-world.
SonoLuminescence is a display of ZPE in action. In this action high intensity ultrasound (>20 Kh ) cavitation is used on a bath of water with Argon added. The water glows a bright blue (blue shifted) which is found to be the ZPE spectrum, then bubbles violently.
ZPE gathers on the 100 micron bubble surfaces and when the bubbles implode, massive energy is released creating temperatures of 5500 degrees C greater than the surface of the sun, and pressures greater than 2000 bars, for less than 1 millionth of a second ..
You can see this in the Hollywood thriller Chain Reaction starring Morgan Freeman.
The silicon structure looks like two plates lined with teeth that face each other across a tiny gap which is only about 100 nanometers wide. (A human hair is 60,000-80,000 nanometers wide.) As the two plates are pushed closer together, the Casimir force comes into play and pushes them apart.
This repulsive effect happens without any input of energy and to all appearances, in a vacuum. These characteristics led this energy to be called "zero-point energy." They also fueled earlier claims that the Casimir force could not exist because its existence would imply some sort of perpetual motion, which would be impossible according to the laws of physics.
It's a source of energy so obscure it was once derided as a fanciful source of "perpetual motion."
A new and unexpected force that acts on nanoparticles in a vacuum, allowing them to be pushed around by pure "nothingness". Quantum physicists have shown that vacuums are actually filled by tiny electromagnetic fluctuations that can interfere with the activity of photons — particles of light — and produce a measurable force on objects.
Dark energy is a hypothetical form of energy which permeates the entire universe and has strong negative pressure. This negative pressure acts in opposition to gravity, and explains the recent observations that the universe is expanding at an accelerating rate. It also accounts for the missing mass in the universe.
Astronomers say dark energy comprises 70% of the universe, while 26% is dark matter (90% of all matter in the universe) and only the remaining 4% is actual physical matter we are all so familiar with.
Dark energy makes itself known as the inflationary force related to the Casimir effect that creates massive voids of ever-expanding space throughout the cosmos between galaxies resulting in some sort of vast, universal, eternal texture of foam.
These massive cells of quantum energy “bubble up” as countless trillions and trillions of pairs of virtual particles constantly blinking in an out of existence as they are created and annihilate each other resulting in an infinite sea of energy.
Ubiquitous dark energy, also known as vacuum or zero point energy seems to act in a way that is opposite to or counterbalances gravity and is so much like a universal creative force quite similar to what many religions would call an aspect of God
OUR ANCIENT VIMANAS TAPPED INTO LIMITLESS ZERO POINT ENERGY
Only an occasional “asymmetric” virtual particle formation in every cubic meter of space throughout the history of the universe would be needed to create enough baryonic matter to build an entire 100 billion galaxy universe.
Even vaster, more complex universes of dark matter have been created from dark energy with even greater ease, because the particles of dark matter are of an even finer vibration and much more common than those of physical (baryonic) matter which is of a lower vibration.
Only the most elementary baryonic particles need to be produced by dark energy, starting with the energy patterns of quarks, which in turn create electrons, protons, neutrons, etc. that ultimately come together to form the lightest elements and eventually stars, galaxies, etc.
In late 1920 Edwin Hubble discovered that the universe is expanding and the rate of expansion of a galaxy is linearly proportional to its distance from the observing point, Earth. In 1998, two independent teams of astronomers found that the expansion of the universe is speeding up. The universe is expanding at an accelerating rate.
This acceleration started roughly 5 billion years ago. Since this breakthrough discovery, a new theory is emerging that the universe is filled with a uniform sea of dark energy that counts for two-thirds of the cosmic energy density, which is gravitationally repulsive, and does not appear to cluster in galaxies.
Dark matter is needed to exist to provide the essential gravity lurking between the stars to hold galaxies together, otherwise they would fly apart at the rates they spin.
That dark energy is the prime source of all energy and is already a kind of “matter” in the form of virtual particle/anti-particle pairs constantly forming by the trillions in every cubic centimeter of space and almost always annihilating one another as soon as they are formed creating some sort of expansive energy in the process.
Dark matter is material created from higher frequencies of light than physical matter, and therefore interacts only with matter of its own frequency, and not our frequency. To us it acts as a sort of “ghost” material which cannot be seen, felt nor touched, etc. by any of the physical five senses. It does, however emit gravity, and therefore only its gravitational effects can be “seen” or detected.
What is the UFO phenomenon and where do most of the unidentified objects in the sky come from? Many civilizations are visiting us from these realms of dark matter but they have to calibrate their vibration rate just for us to see them as strange objects and/or lights in the sky that quickly disappear back into their natural invisible or “dark matter” state
In Sanatana Dharma we say that this universal zero point energy is part and parcel of a Trinity ( Brahma/ Vishnu/ Shiva ) of creation . These are our gods.
Its density is roughly 10-29 grams per cubic centimeter. Dark energy can have such a profound effect on the universe since it uniformly fills otherwise empty space.
Edwin Hubble discovered that the universe is expanding and not static at all. Einstein famously referred to his failure to predict the idea of a dynamic universe, in contrast to a static universe, as his greatest blunder.
This IDIOT mistook Hiranyagarbha to be a static cosmos.
