BG 16.1-3: The Supreme Divine Personality said: O scion of Bharat, these are the saintly virtues of those endowed with a divine nature—fearlessness, purity of mind, steadfastness in spiritual knowledge, charity, control of the senses, performance of sacrifice, contemplation , austerity, and straightforwardness; non-violence, truthfulness, absence of anger, renunciation, peacefulness, restraint from fault-finding, compassion toward all living beings, absence of covetousness, gentleness, modesty, and lack of fickleness; vigor, forgiveness, fortitude, cleanliness, bearing enmity toward none, and absence of vanity.
The term svadhyaya comes from the Sanskrit roots sva, meaning "self" or "own," and adhyaya, meaning "lesson,""reading" or " the root dyhai, which means ""contemplate." Both interpretations connote a close study of the self.
See what you discover when you delve into yourself with an open mind and heart. By thoroughly contemplating yourself, you’ll move beyond the boundaries of thought and emotion and tap into the pure consciousness that lies deep within.
Svadhyaya refers to any activity wherein we quietly study ourselves and reflect upon our actions, thoughts, emotions, motivations, aspirations, desires and needs in pursuit of a deeper experience of our lives and our own selves.

If we know we are divine, then we can hear others in their hate, and remain unaffected. If we know we are beyond the body and mind, we can sit in our pain without pushing it away
WE ARE THE SOUL.. INDIANS RESPECT THE SOUL IN OTHERS BY DOING NAMASTE

SOMEBODY ASKED ME ABOUT REIKI IN HOSPITALS SURGERY THEATERS
IN USA ALONE THERE ARE MORE THAN 1200 MAJOR HOSPITALS WHO OFFER REIKI WITH INSURANCE COVER DURING SURGERY
FOR ONE SINGLE SURGERY THESE REIKI PRACTITIONERS MAKE MORE THAN 3000 USD..
MY WIFE WAS CALLED TO THE HOSPITAL ONCE AS ONE OF MY CLOSE RELATIVES ( YOUNG BOY ) HAD A MOTORCYCLE ACCIDENT AND PAIN MEDICATIONS WERE NOT WORKING
AS SOON AS SHE PUT HER HAND ON THE GUY, HE WENT INTO DEEP SLEEP WITHIN A MINUTE

Please clear a doubt of mine...in the verse "yada yada hi dharmasya, glanirbhavati Bha-ra-ta"
...is Bha-ra-ta a reference to the land of India or Arjuna? Because the true meaning changes the entire context of the verse. Thanks.
